This is one of those washes where you leave your vehicle with an attendant who drives it into an automated wash, then they hand dry and detail. There was a line of cars waiting out to the road but it moved quickly. Staff is very efficient and cashier was friendly. Car wash was decent and inside was wiped down and vacuumed nicely. Wish they had paid a little more attention to the wheels, but it was probably due to how busy they were.

I’ve got services here a few times and I was happy with the wash and notice to details. This time I came and I paid for the most expensive package. You would expect the workers to vacuum the sand from the trunk but it was all still there. It’s hard to see on camera. Also the wipe down was sloppy and I had to redo it myself. I called a few times to make this complaint and no one even bothered to call me back. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back there. I’ll save my 30$ plus tip for another caring business.

I waited a while on line, which is fine. I read all the signs and what they offer. They offer a lot and at different budget levels. I thought prices were fair. I was slightly annoyed that when I finally got up for my turn, I was told the guy who does express detailing wasn’t there. That should be posted in the sign when he’s not there. Otherwise very clean, staff very nice, my car looked amazing inside and out w the cleaning. I will go back.

Extremely disappointed. This place has a line that extends out onto shoulder of Rt. 73. With reviews and long wait time, youd think theyd be good. I waited for an hour for a wash and paid $65 for a premium wash and interior detailing plus another $5 for tip and they still missed so many spots. Rims are still dirty, exterior and interior still dirty. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the wait time and money by going elsewhere. Not worth the hype. NEVER AGAIN! My first visit to this car wash and I will now be a loyal customer. The car wash was thorough and I am looking forward to trying an Express Detail on my next visit . Lastly, the customer service is so outstanding it makes you want to dance and sing !

Never coming to this place again. How are you going to charge $30 to give me back a dirty car everyone was so rude and argumentative no class just ignorant I called the lady on the phone to let her know how dissatisfied I was and she acted like I was doing her a favor she was so rude cut me off every time I tried to talk it was basically like “well you can either come now and we can try to fix it or that’s that” like I can’t believe this is how they run a business there’s no such thing as customer obsession I came here for a second time for them to fix the problem and they try to charge me another $40 to have my car re-cleaned This was my first and last time coming here I had to wait in the line for like 40 minutes to wait in the line again for another 15 minutes just to be told basically there’s nothing to be done this place doesn’t have the right to call them selves a car wash they should be ashamed.

Great service and reasonably priced. They have a genuine care for making sure your vehicle looks great. I havent tried the detail option yet, but I have confidence they put that extra effort toward cleaning the vehicles with an added touch.

I was very surprised at how well my car came out of this car wash. It was washed, dried and vacuumed extremely well. Will consider signing up for unlimited monthly washes, which pays for itself in only 2 visits. Coffee was nice to have in the lobby. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Mind you, that I had only payed for their middle-of-the-road option, colloquially known as The Gold, but my first time there, which was about 6x weeks ago, was quite pleasant. I was surprised that a valet was used, to send your car through their machines. My car, after it came out, shined almost like she came off of the showroom floor, and my car is almost 25x years old. They has also cleaned and wiped-down the entirety of my interior, which was kind of them! The waiting area was decent. I did read somewhere that they supposedly give out free coffee or tea, and donuts, while you wait, but I didnt see any of that there, so Id like to see that nice, little touch, when I go again, shortly. Overall, they did a good job, for the prices that they ask. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU BRING A TIP! It is not required, but they will look at you, a bit strangely. (Bring like $5, or even $3 would suffice).In conclusion, and though reviews are often skewed by exceedingly high expectations and opinions, the only real way to find out, if this is right for you, is to buy it and try it. For my own experience, I will go to them, again.

This car wash always does a wonderful job. Great prices too. I always get the platinum deal and its just a really good buy to keep your car tidy and shiny.

I’ve been going to The Promenade Car Wash for over 4 years now. The staff is always friendly, they even recognize me and my car! Sometimes the wait is long but it’s well worth it. Recently I had my car detailed by Mike, I’m now going to have him detail it twice a car. It was showroom new. I strictly get the Platinum wash and Ricky at the beginning of the tunnel waves at me and brings me my ticket, I love that.

Car wash is superb for results. The wait is too long however. You need patience or go somewhere else.

Always and outstanding job. The detail team is the best around and knows how to clean and dry a car. If you havent been, treat your vehicle.

My husband has been here with our limo in the past. Today, I, his wife, took the limo to get washed. I admittedly dont drive the limo often, but the worker was so condescending, asking if I could get it into the building, and I replied asking if I had any issues if he though someone could help me. 10 minutes later the condescending worker came out and said the limo was too big and wouldnt fit. Again I explained that my husband had brought the limo in before, and he said well things have changed and brushed me off and told me I had to leave. He told me he could pull around and go out to the left. I misunderstood, and ended up in a tight situation and really struggled to get the limo out (again, not a car that I drive, and I was extremely flustered and embarrassed at this point) Fortunately, one of the worked came out and helped me right the car and I was able to leave. Here are pictures of said limo in the car wash that the condescending worker who has worked there for 8 years has never seen there before.

Update: As can be seen here someone contacted me saying I could go in and get car re-cleaned. While I appreciate it VERY much “Alex” and am grateful for quick & great owner response. I do have to say, unfortunately it doesn’t help me because I cleaned car so I could take family on a road trip in a clean car.I can’t take it back in for about two weeks. I just wish what was shown on your sign was what would actually be done, and done correctly on customers first trip to your facility. Especially since I had to wait so long and pay so much to be disappointed. I did go by yesterday to try to have it redone, but there was too long a line. When I get back I will try to take it back in and will update my review accordingly to what happens. It was impressive and nice to see upper management from this business taking time to respond to a customer. Thanks again Alex!I had seen signs about Thursday ladies get a discount so stopped in today for the 1st time. My car was dirty so I waited awhile both in line to get started and then for my car to get done. Paid almost $60 + a good tip. And shopped in store so all in all it was close to a $100 2 hours. But what got me was, once I left there ( I was in a rush after the time I spent there) I get home and see that it appeared they didn’t touch my trunk!! I was charged extra for having an SUV yet they only cleaned my front and back seats. I paid for the special detail job which states it includes trunk. I will not be returning. It was too much $$ to not be happy with their service. Make sure you check your car completely before leaving there! I took a video of what my trunk looked like to send to them, that’s how bad it was left.

I really would have preferred sending this comment via private messenger, but alas that option is available. I had my Subaru Ascent washed this past Tuesday. I asked for the Platinum VIP with the $5 special Armorall etc. Your staff did not do the inside of the vehicle, it was still dirty. I had the same wash performed on my Subaru Outback and my Mustang convertible. Each time the inside of the vehicle was clean AND shiny, but my Ascent was not. I did call and left a voice mail, but I ave not received the courtesy of a return call. This is why I am posting my complaint here. I paid for a service not received.

I just had my Nissan Pathfinder washed at Promenade Car Wash. The workers did an AMAZING job on my vehicle! I went on a Wednesday morning ($5 off customer appreciation day) and chose the Platinum Car Wash. For $20.99 with discount, my car looks GREAT!! They vacuumed the entire vehicle, wiped and cleaned all surfaces and windows. It looks like a completely professional detail job!! Wow!! I just want to say thank you to the men and women who work at this car wash! You all did an amazing job and I can’t wait to bring my vehicle back! On a Wednesday of course :)

They might be a little pricier than the competition but you essentially get a small detailing with there basic washes. Couldnt ask for better service, everyone is friendly and always has a smile on their face

First, do yourself a favor and sort the reviews and see exactly what people have to say, it’s exactly my experience and the theme of RUDENESS.Second, I will say the quality of the detail is good just took 7 hours. I’ve been taking my car here from Philadelphia for the last six years. I’m in outside sales so I have to get my car detailed quarterly due to the nature of my business. Saying that only because I want you to know I’m not a Novice when it comes to car washes and details. The level of professionalism by the older lady working the front desk is beyond shameful and just unnecessary. You’d think people would learn to be a little nicer after what we’ve been experiencing in the world lately.Side not, I don’t usually give reviews, good or bad, especially bad because I know some people can have a bad day. I respect and understand that my one experience could be because something bigger was going on that I’m unaware of. Maybe that is the case with the grey haired lady working the counter today. I work with the public for a living as well, it’s hard but I do my best to check my problems at the door and go above and beyond to try and make those strangers happier than when I left them, even on my bad days.From the morning when I dropped off the vehicle she wasn’t friendly, when I handed her the car keys, she condescendingly asked if I would need my other keys. I brushed it off and actually thanked her for double checking. I called at 1:30pm after dropping my car off at 8:15am to check on the time because I was depending on a ride back to the carwash. She acted like I called back 1 hour into the detail...like... “hey mom, are we there yet” 5 mins into the ride! She said I can go “down there” and check in an hour. I proceeded to ask if my car could be finished now or done within that hour but I wouldn’t know until she went “down there” in an hour. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I also use quotes with the “down there” because it’s literally right outside the door. She said she had customers at the counter, which I understand, I’m also a customer. If she can tell me wait an hour, I’m guessing she can tell the person checking out to wait 30 seconds to walk “down there” to check on my ETA.I waited until 2:30 because frankly she gave me no choice the first time I called. She had the same attitude when I called back and said she didn’t have the time in the last hour to “go down there and check”. At this point, I had to stand up for myself and let her know I was so upset by her awful behavior to the point I felt tears. I couldn’t wrap my head around someone being so nasty for NO APPARENT REASON. She told me she would go check but had customers and I told her I had no problem waiting on hold. About 1-2 mins later a gentleman got on the phone and told me about another hour. All that for a 15 second solution. What an energy drain that place is and I hope that lady has a better day and God Bless her heart.

They provided amazing service even for just a basic exterior wash! They are really attentive to detail and make sure to get all the dirt they can see off. Unlike some drive through car wash, this one actually do some pre-wash and scrub before going through the wash! Unbelievable price for the service they provide! My car came out looking like it just went through a wash from a dealership. Definitely will be coming back!

This morning my daughter dumped an ENORMOUS cup of coffee all over the passenger seat of my car, the upholstery/cushion was SOAKED with coffee and milk that by the middle of the day was already starting to smell sour. They werent too busy so they took me right away, shampooed/cleaned the seat, didnt press me to have more work done, and they were FAST. The man doing the cleaning was so friendly and easy to talk to, the front desk was polite and efficient, and it was INFINITELY cheaper than I thought it would be. These guys are awesome!

This is the closest car wash to us but have never used it until today. That was a mistake. The staff was prompt, professional, and courteous. The have a waiting area stocked with fresh bagels, muffins, and a coffee machine that makes coffee from freshly ground beans. We got the silver wash, but the staff still went through and wiped down the interior with more attention to detail than even I would if I did it at home. Well definitely be back.

For a quick run through to knock off the travel bugs, this place did a wonderful exterior only cleaning at a reasonable rate. High appreciated!

I paid for the highest wash. 29.99 plus tax. I was told included everything. I dont feel like my car is clean. They missed lots of obvious spots. Wouldnt recommend it, i dont think it was worth my money. My windows still have water marks but pictures cant show.

I was blown away by how great a job the guys did on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it in for an interior detailing because my young kids had destroyed the inside with dirt and food. When I picked up my car it looked like it was brand new again! I would highly recommend their detailing service especially since it’s such a great price too!

So only thing is that I don’t like about the car wash is the line gets so long it’s out on the street and yiur there for two hours that’s why I get there when they open, if they open at 8. I’m there at 745. It’s just crazy it’s like they need to build a whole separate car wash

Been coming to this place for 5+ years. Pro tip NEVER come here during rush hour. I would give this place a 1 star rating but the lady up front is kind and they did a decent vacuum job. My kid spilled some juice on the passenger side door, along with some cleanable spots in the backseats that I pointed out. The guys would just look at me and not say nothing Not sure if they didn’t speak English or what the case was? But this was the 2nd time this happened in a week. Used to think of this place highly and would recommend it to tons of family and friends but I don’t think that’ll be the case anytime soon. At least until the guys wiping down the vehicle listen or care enough to see the spots that needs to be cleaned and not a 3 minute Hurry up job.

This car wash was a horrible experience. I am in a wheelchair and I have a handicapped van. I paid for the platinum package but all I got was a car wash. They wiped down the inside of the two front doors and that’s it. No vacuuming. No wipe down of the dash. When I tried to ask why no vacuum, no one spoke English. They parked my van where I couldn’t get in it. I have a ramp that comes out the right side. I had to ask 3 different people to move it. The guy inside washing my car was very rude to me about getting me and my wheelchair out of the car. I paid over $20 for just a car wash. I will never go there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. A lot of people said they do a good job. But they treated awful and no respect.

Second time I brought my car to this Car Wash and on both occasions the employees were careless and broke my antenna. Do not and I repeat do not take your car here.

Went for a full wash in and out. Waited 30 min in a very short line. Told attendant I wanted a platinum service. He said we are short handed and because of virus cant do inside of car. I asked well is it still them same price if your doing half the work he said yes. I wanted to pull out of line but couldnt go back or forward to get out. I ended up paying for the basic wash which was 17.00. I have a membership in Berlin car wash for 12.00 a month unlimited outside washes. Wanted the inside done like I know the promenade can do to getting nothing and it took almost 50 min for whole wash. Sorry wont return.

They really do a wonderful job they take time wiping down the interior of the vehicle even the door jam. And now they sanitize the interior with a fog. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

The end result is only as good as the last rag that touches your interior windshield. The one that touched mine was obviously due for a swap. For $33.99 I wasnt expecting detail service, but I wasnt expecting to have to reclean my interior windows, dashboard, or outer mirrors, all of which were rediculously streaked, either. Three stars because the greeter was nice and the vacuum job was decent.

This is by far the worst car wash experience. I would not go and recommend.1) My place is 5 miles away from this car wash place and they promised me a free drop and pick up and they honored only the drop . When I called for pick up they rejected and said they did not promise for free pickup. 2) I took the full service interior detailing and car seat shampooing was not park of the package. I explicitly asked if they can do the car seat shampooing as we have allergies they said they will do it but when I went to pick up the car the shampooing was not done. Again full of lies that they did not agree to that.

This is the best car wash around. Great deals on Wed ($5 off) and Thurs (40% off premium wash for ladies) and they do an excellent job. While you wait there is a little seating area in the storefront with pastries and a Starbucks machine. Bathroom was extra clean and nicely decorated. Puts other car washes to shame!

Great service like always. Just few changed since COVID. They will only do the exterior with their car wash packages. If you want to have your interior cleaned youll have to pay $30. The have to disinfect your interior before they can clean it while you wait.

Overall it is a good car wash inside and out. No complaints.

I saw someone wrote that they are rude . I have been there many times they always been polite, professional and reasonable. They take their time and give 100% . So if you need a good car wash, cleaning, detailing etc. this is the place to go .

This past week, I spent ~50 minutes waiting in line / inside for a mediocre interior and exterior wash. Dirty rags with dust, subpar vacuum, spray fluid dried on my windows, and scuffs of dirt on the exterior. Can supply photos.

Never had a better car wash in my life. The only car wash in the area I know of that includes a basic interior clean at no extra charge.

This is hands down the best car wash experience I have ever had! The wash is all hand done to prevent scratching your paint. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is so thorough. You can tell that the employees really care about making it a positive experience and that they truly want to do a good job!

This feels like an upscale car wash. You have to get out of your car and walk through an enclosed area as the vehicle goes through the different stations. Each station is manned by an actual person, or multiple people. Whats also different about this from all others is that its very large inside. It can accommodate oversized trucks. My previous car wash cannot. The automatic machinery inside standard car washes is not wide enough to accommodate large trucks, including the Ford Raptor.

Very good place in Route 73 for car wash, they are very quick and highly professional. One guy behaved very rude when it took few seconds to start my car after wash. Other than that had a very nice experience. They have very good deal on Wednesday. Almost everyday there are some perks.They deserve 5 star without being rude for just few seconds dealt .. I could have moved even if they said politely ..

Brought my new car in for carwash, paint had hairline scratches after wash and dry, owner didnt even want to see car. Totally unprofessional, told me I scratched my car. Will never use this carwash again. Hope he goes out of business.

Great job on my car

I came here referred by my father in law who has worked here before. He spoke wonderful things about this place. Finally today I had time to stop when it wasnt raining. Workers are very pleasant and professional. However, I paid for the platinum service $39.99 and the inside of my car is still dirty. My windshield is smeared, parts of my dashboard were not cleaned, my shifter wasnt even touched, and my cup holder is still dirty. Dont think I will be going back.

I get up and down results from this place. When its done right, its worth it, but you never know what youll get. Prices are comparable to the competition.

The Promenade Car Wash is top notch. Professional services. Excellent cleaning and all the possible extras that you could want.The free coffee is an added bonus!

Great place to get your auto washed!

I drove over 30 minutes to purchase a gift card for a loved on for this holiday season. I went on a weekend, and the person working the register did not know how to process a gift card, and no other employees on site knew how to process a gift card either. The fact that it is the holiday season, when gift cards are a high demand items, and NO ONE could help me! I was most definitely outraged that I drove all that way, for nothing. Terrible service! I was not able to give zero stars, so this 1 star rating is just so that others can see my post.

These people at the promenade car wash know nothing about customer satisfaction. My car was not properly cleaned and the guy working on my car was giving me an attitude. If there is anything less than a one star, that is what they deserve. Wasted money and time.

The inside waiting area is always immaculately cleaned, they have a free Starbucks coffee car, teas and pastries while you wait.
