He does not return calls dealing with John R Moore for 4 years still no settlement call the office his sister says she will pass it on to John but nothing happened try to tell him my wife passed on in 2020 and I’m the one he should talk to but no response all I want is a yes or no that all just don’t shut me out tell me something 2018-2021 what do you think enough time????

Mr. Moore is excellent. He handles everything for you and when he feels that offer is not fair he lets you know and lets you decide if you should take settlement or not. I like that he lets you make that decision. He doesnt take his expertise for granted. One more thing he is very punctual. 8am means 8am and not 8:05 or 8:15. Always communicates with customers and calls and mails reminder letters.

My experience was very pleasant. I purchased my house February of 2019 July 25, 2019 it caught fire. The fire was bad with it starting in the dressing room of my home and spreading throughout my entire upstairs. I lost EVERYTHING. When I arrive to my house there was 5 fire trucks fighting the fire. John Moore him self was on there waiting for the house to be cleared to view. He waited patiently until and I was able to view. He was compassionate about helping me in my time of need. As I was talking to him my uncle call me and advised me to use John Moore as he himself had a VERY pleasant experience. John dealt with me personally through the whole process. I never spoke to my insurance company. John handled everything. He kept me updated on what was going on everything step of the way. He turn around time was way better than I expected (even with my insurance changed the adjuster on their end half way through) I am very please and I can admit there were no short cuts taken. I was handled with care during this difficult time. While at first I was no really sure about using John (only because I didn’t know anything about this process). We had smoke and water damage in our Marlton home and decided to go through our insurance company directly which turned out to be a big mistake. After a couple of months of haggling with our insurance company and getting nowhere we called Garden State. Within a week or so John had negotiated a much larger settlement that actually covered the cost of repairs. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I were away for the weekend. When we came home, we found our bathroom toilet water supply line had burst while we were away. Our carpet was soaked and to make matters worse, the water got into the hvac duct work and ran into the basement wrecking the ceiling and soaking the walls 2’ up. We contacted garden state public adjusters and within hrs the owner showed up. Not a worker or a foreman, but the actual owner came out at 8 pm on a Sunday night. He organized the clean up, the insurance paperwork and had crews that also could do the repairs. I have known John for a long time, he has been a friend for a while. I always knew he was a public adjuster but wasn’t really sure what that meant. I called him when we had extensive water damage from our upstairs bathroom that leaked into our kitchen leaving us with a major mess and tons of water damage. He was extremely quick to respond and have people at my house cleaning up the mess and assessing the damage. From start to finish he handled everything for me, from the insurance company to the assessments, to the follow ups. I learned very quickly what a public insurance adjuster does and how big of a difference they can make! The first offer we got from insurance wouldn’t have even been able to put back the damaged cabinets, he told us if we have a little time it would be well worth the wait for more money. We followed his advice and he was right, our offer nearly doubled! We are able to fix our house properly with no money out of pocket. He really made this experience as positive as it could be. With myself and my husband both working full time and two small children, we would have never had the time or energy to get this done ourselves. Awful experience, would not recommend. They withhold your insurance money and they do not call you back. Dealing with Mr. Moore has stressed me out more then the actual tree that fell on our house. I wish we had used someone else.

When our faulty refrigerator line had caused water damage in our kitchen, friends of ours had recommended we call Garden State Public Adjusters. We are beyond thankful we did!!! They came out immediately and assessed the damage, as well as made sure to dry the area to prevent any mold. We’ve never worked with a public adjuster before so we weren’t sure what to expect. They are absolutely amazing! They contacted our homeowner’s insurance and proceeded to work with them to make sure they gave us a fair amount for our damages. Our insurance company estimated the damage at half of what it would cost to repair our kitchen. Garden State Public Adjusters were so professional and continued to work to get us the money we were owed. When everything was said and done, we received ALL the money we needed to repair our kitchen (which was double what our insurance company tried to settle at). On top of that, they fought to get us an extension on the depreciation holdback so that our insurance company didn’t keep a portion of our reimbursement. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us! If it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t have been able to repair our kitchen as quickly as we did.

I am a long time resident of Marlton. I had moved to Mt Holly in 2017 and recently had water damage to my kitchen on Christmas Eve. John Moore and Garden State Public Adj came highly recommended by my father and they really pulled through for us. They sent a crew out within 24 hours of my phone call to start accessing damages and pulling up the floor. The crew checked the kitchen and crawl space for the extent of the damage and they put out dehumidifiers and fans. Everything was set up within in a timely fashion and was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend GSPA to anyone going through any homeowners insurance claim!
