My AC completely failed. I called different companies for estimates and I was lucky if they called me back. The estimates I had for AC replacement were extremely high and they all said it would be 2 weeks minimum before they would be able to install.After seeing such wonderful reviews for Marlton Heating and Air I called and ask if they could come out for an estimate. Frank, the owner was so courteous and came out the same day for an estimate. His price was fair My new unit was installed the next day!!!Franks work and knowledge is second to none. The work is beautiful and he educated me on so many things. If you are looking for someone with experience and honesty and does fantastic work look no further call Marlton Heating and Air!!!

Had our ~15 year old condenser serviced by Frank last week. Hes prompt, courteous,fair, and extremely knowledgable. He fixed our AC unit but more importantly made sure we understood our system including the age and health of each component. While were hoping to keep this condenser running for a bit longer, we will definitely use him when its time to upgrade.Franks an honest, local, highly competent veteran who doesnt push expensive forklift upgrades when theyre not needed. Id give him 6 stars if it was an option!

Frank always does a great job! He arrives on time, takes the time to assess and explain any issues and makes sure he over delivers. Frank has worked and serviced my heating and air on several properties over the last 25 years.

Frank is probably one of the only honest HVAC guys left out there. He is not going to try to sell you a new system unless you really need it. He just came and worked on my existing A/C unit that is about 40 years old from the 1970s and got it working again. Anybody else would not have even tried to work on it. He has 40 years of experience and he does the work, not some young guy right out of tech school. I highly recommend him.

It astonishes me how small business owners forget who the customer is and be so aggressively rude. I called MARLTON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING for help today to finalize a mini split system with the refrigerant lines. The answering party proceeded to scold me, that it was a slap to the profession that I could buy a refrigerant charged system without a license. That he wouldnt touch anything he didnt install. That helping me wAs too much of a risk to his license. I Didnt realize it was such a big deal that I could anchor and wire the components myself, didnt need to pay for that work. I have a central unit too, guess who I wont be calling about that for service.

This is a small business at its best. Prompt curtious service. Whats more, Frnak, who did the job, was very knowledgable, not only about how to fix the issue, but also showed us how to prevent future issues you pointing out problems and possible solutions.I feel he went above and beyond to make sure before he left our unit was running properly. He also fixed some shoddy work that had been done from previous installers. Everything was left clean and nothing was too much trouble for him. Use Marlton Heating if you are looking for a professional job, I have no qualms giving this business 5 stars!! Nice to know good service still exists. Be aware they dont take crefit cards, but the prices are reasonable so this should not be an issue.
