We have had several issues with this company. First off, we were never told when our product was delivered to the store, which was not a huge deal. We called to confirm near closing time and were told we could pick it up the next day and that they had been too busy to call. We tried to pick it up the next day, and the store was closed during business hours, with no notice or sign.Several phone calls later, they kindly delivered the flooring, minus a few parts and the receipt, which were told to pick up next business day. We attempted to do so for the next several days, and again, the store was closed during business hours without notice. We attempted to call, but kept getting voicemail. We again recently attempted to reach out to get the pieces and were told that they had called us several times (theres nothing in either of our phone logs, and we have the number saved). I will never be doing business with them again after this hassle. We had taken off days from work to do this project, which ended being a waste of vacation time. I recommend calling before you go to confirm will be there, if you choose to do business with them.

Beautiful place and nice work people

We had post road tile come in after a friend of mine recommended them, They tiled both our entry area floor and we also have an exposed chimney that we had stone applied from floor to ceiling. We could not be happier with the work they did. Two guys came in. I was told they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and they showed up around 8:40. They quickly and quietly set up and went to work. They asked a couple questions immediately like which direction did we want the tile (it is a rectangle tile, not square) and asked how we wanted the thresholds. They worked all day and needed to come in the second day to grout. The work they did was flawless. They were professional, clean and did the work so quickly. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day, you wouldnt have even known they were here. I would absolutely recommend them to do anyones tiling jobs. I will tell you that we even had a great experience with the store as well. When we went in to pick out our tile the girl that manages the front (I am sorry, I forgot her name) was also professional, and helped us a lot. Every question we had she was able to answer or get the answer quickly. If she had to call us back after she got an answer, she always did. They do what they say they are going to do. That can be one of the most frustrating parts of dealing with contractors and such, but I didnt experience any frustration with Post Road Vinyl & Tile.
