We were looking for a company that did both windows and siding and did it well. Siding and window replacement are best when done together and we wanted to do both at the same time. Franca Services came out and gave us a very competitive estimate, so we decided to go with them. We had several old windows replaced and had fiber cement siding installed. Franca kept their promises, the crew was polite, professional and did great job cleaning up after themselves. Could not be happier with the work!

After we completed an addition, we hired Franca services to replace our old chipped wood siding and trim with hardie plank siding and PVC trim. Our house is old and 3 stories so there are a lot of angles and unique spots. Franca came in and did a tremendous job. We did this work from Jan-Feb, the team was here every day at 630am before it was bright out and left when it got dark, they worked through brutally cold days and the end result was amazing. We interviewed five different painting companies, and decided to hire Franca Services to paint our three-story home and garage, as well as perform some carpentry work on the balcony railings and front steps. We were a little nervous, given that Franca’s bid came in substantially lower than the other four firms — more than $20,000 less than the highest bid! — but based on meeting David Franca and working with his office, they seemed to be a good fit for our project.We are nothing short of thrilled with the work. The crew thoroughly power-washed, scraped, sanded, and primed before painting, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. I was especially pleased with their care and attention to detail with the trim. When we asked them if they could re-hang our mailbox a bit lower than their original height, they filled in the old holes and left it looking good as new.Unlike other contractors we’ve worked with, Franca stuck by their original estimate, and given the amount of rotting boards they found and replaced on our balcony, the price for materials and labor was fair. We would definitely work with Franca Services again, as their professionalism, excellent communication, work quality, and cost place them well above the competition.

I hate to write this. But, when a project is being planned and youre not responsive, it puts a huge burden on us. We dont know whether youre going to do the job, interested in the job or just not interested at all. We had several communications in the past. But, pretty fed up with the lack of responsiveness. Weve seen your work and its the reason we contacted you.

We used Franca Services for painting our old colonial home-requiring light carpentry and fresh paint. I obtained a few estimates and went ahead with Bryan and his team due to his responsiveness and competitive estimate. I knew this was a big project and he responded quickly to my many questions.
