Truly unbelievable. They mounted my tire with a bent and cracked rim, then wanted to tell me it was fresh but my tire hasnt been flat. Before I arrived I had a flat and drove it 4 miles which would mean the rim deploy best or cracked yet They decided to still.mpunt the tire on it, then blame me for being over weight that this was the issue on why I was getting a flat tire. When I told then it was there mistake they denied it and said the vrack was fresh and the bend too yet my tire wasnt flat to the ground just kept losing 5 or so psi. Totally unbelievable. I thank God that nothing bad happened to me. Instead of taking responsibility they denied it. Smh. Make sure to check things out before leaving there
Place is very neat and exhibit a great professionalism until they get your order.Not the place when you want to replace tires without appointment or when unexpected road hazard happened and you want to change tires on the same day. Even if they accept replacing it, expect a surprise call at end of day mentioning that they don’t have stock!
First and last time I visit this location. I liked that they included a complimentary full vehicle inspection. However I didnt like that they failed to seal the engine once completed. Even worst was the fact that I had to miss work to run out and get a new oil filler cap. I recommend that you avoid this place and if you cant to make sure that your car is still intact after theyre done. Otherwise you may be left with a very expensive repair bill to fix the damage.
Fast and friendly. I travel a lot and these guys kept me moving. Matched my exact tires in less than 24hrs even though they said they were extremely busy...well thats cause youre awesome.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. I dropped this off for service early morning and was able to pick it up next day after work easily. The woman at the front desk who helped me was so nice and applied some coupons to save me some money without even asking. Thank you all so much!

Friendly customer service is so important in any industry however for a female knowing very little about cars I feel SO comfortable letting Sullivan take care of my car! They explain the suggested repairs and maintenance and are honest as well fair prices! I absolutely love that Sullivan also offers different discounts. I have always had excellent, reliable service from this Sullivan Tire location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will guide someone who really doesnt know what is needed. They have never guided me to a more expensive option, which I truly appreciate. I actually go out of my way to go to this location because of the way Im treated.
Second visit here.Time and time again this place and its staff show not only how well they do their job but also how much they care. With everything going on this year and how tough things can be, they made sure to suggest exactly what I needed and offer some advice for a future visit (which I made in a heart beat).They kept me well informed throughout the service, showed compassion and pride in wanting to help me. At one point I even made a mistake by not triple checking my tire size and they emphasized that it was no big deal and immediately adjusted the order and schedule.First visit was wonderful, this visit blew my mind. I use the Marlborough location for all of my tire, wheel alignments, general maintenance for my 2018 BMW. They are experts honest and I’ve always Given me good guidance, proper instructions to maintain longevity on my tires, and have always made me feel important.
I was traveling home to Maine from NJ and hit a truck tire that damaged the under part of my bumper and it was dragging on the road. I found Sullivan on a google search and I am so happy I did. The guys there were so helpful, took my car right in and removed the broken part so I could get back on the road safely. I didn’t get the guys name but I want him to know how grateful I am for his help, it’s really refreshing to find good humans in this world!

Gail or whatever her name is was rude over the phone and then hung up on me mid-conversation all because I said I really needed a tire patch tonight and she got mad saying she couldnt fit me in because she only had 2 guys on today, offered an appt for next week, I politely said no and informed her I needed a patch tonight, she mumbled something, said thanks and hung up. Never been here, never will.

I am giving these guys full marks! I have had only one experience with them but it was great. I stopped in with my minivan after 5 PM after the serpentine belt had dropped off on the highway. Long story-short fixed by early afternoon the next day and at a reasonable price despite a overfull booking of appointments. I will go back, thanks Sullivan Tire.
The first and highest mark of a quality business is the value it assigns its customers. I arrived to drop off a vehicle for service (for which an appointment had been made - by another) and was met by potentially the least courteous staff Ive encountered in some time. I explained I didnt have the specifics of the service requested as I was simply delivering the vehicle and that the information requested was provided at the time the appointment was made. After being told there was no record of the appointment (which was later located) I was told there were no details of the service requested. [I find it odd an appointment would be made with no description entered, how would a timeline be established? How would they otherwise know they had the capacity to take the car in to service?] While I waited for a ticket to be opened for them to intake the car I stood there listening to a team member (NOT assisting in ANY way) prattle on about how long its been since theyve serviced a vehicle from our fleet (which was a clear lie as I accompanied someone on a drop off within the last 45 days), how their team consists of only 3 people to implicate she would be clued into what was going on and therefore would know if services had been rendered for us etc. Everything to suggest someone somewhere was in the wrong. As the manager wrapped up inputting the vehicle information he mutters something unnecessary about his crystal ball being broken and when I called minutes later with the specifics of the service requested the team member answering the phone chirps up about having the car but us not knowing what was being done. I gave him the issues and explained this was the second time in 60 days there had been a breakdown between the center who takes their calls and their on site team. At which point I was told to call the store direct. 1. I didnt call to make the appointment & 2. dont have a service (call center), team or other resource in place if it is to be circumvented. Im not personally paying for the service and have no say in where our fleet in managed but I will forever reference this when people ask me personally why I pay the extra money in having my car serviced at the dealership service center. You get what you pay for!Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a team devoid of customer service skills & basic manners.
Ive been a customer at Sullivan Tire for very long time, 10+ years so its much past due for me to leave a review. Every single time Ive had my vehicles serviced at Sullivan, Ive left completely satisfied. Whether its changing my oil or tires or even a small pebble stuck in my brakes, they fix it promptly and with great care. I trust their work and have never had an issue with any vehicle after service.Past that, on many occasions Sullivan has gone the extra mile time in terms of customer satisfaction. Discounts on your bill if youre a local or work for a local company. The shuttle service to bring you to work or home that will pick you up later so you dont have to wait in the lobby. Price matching a competitor(BJs offered the same tire for almost $30 less than Sullivan and they matched it without problem).Mike and Gale are usually at the front desk and they are always friendly and helpful and they dont bullshit you around. They dont push things I dont need just to make an extra buck. Quality service from quality people. As long as I live in New England, I will use Sullivan for my auto service.
The management at Sullivan Tire must be insane to charge $130 just to read the computer error code. I recognize that Diagnosis has a cost, but I dont think I should need to pay that when I have Sullivan Tire fix the problem for a few hundred dollars. Ill be taking my 3 cars elsewhere!To be honest the staff is great and the repairs, while costly, have always solved the problems. I just dont like getting nicked for $130 when I could buy a device to read the codes for $30.
I love going there because I feel like they value me as a customer and a person. Everyone is always nice and takes the time to talk to you and not just sell you a service and product. I think Gail is a great asset to the branch and I trust she is looking out for my best interest as a car owner.

My wife and I started coming to this shop about five years ago for routine inspections and oil changes. They have since become our primary mechanic for everything. They have met or exceeded our expectations on every visit. We recently had an issue with one of the parts that was replaced by them. They immediately took responsibility for the issue and handled it in the best way possible. You learn more about the people/business you are working with when things dont go as planned. In this case, they again exceeded our expectations and earned our trust and loyalty as customers. I would highly recommend Sullivan Tires and more specifically, the Marlborough location and the folks running it.

Really dissapointed by this location. Bought tires from Sullivan partially because they offer free tire rotation but whenever I try to drop it off early in the morning for a rotation they say they are booked up and I need to schedule days out 🙄. Can only assume its because they are not actually interested in following through with the free service. Definitely going to buy new tires somewhere else next time.

My wife and I needed 4 new tires in a hurry on our family vehicle. I called Sullivan Tires in Marlborough on the recommendation of a friend. Mike, the manager, went out of his way to get us tires as quickly as possible. He was even willing to get us a happy spare (you know the tire that tides you over until your service). Unfortunately for us, the tire size we needed was so limited in availability, not only was there not a happy spare but the tires needed to be shipped in. The prices couldnt be beat so we ordered them. Mike made the service price beat the dealership special and then some. His going above and beyond attitude won me over. I had requested an e-mail estimate and it was promptly received. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but phone service and the in person service with the wife and knowledge of my particular vehicle was outstanding. The tires arrived on time, and the service was done promptly and correctly. The vehicle rides better than it did coming from the factory. Thanks Mike!
During a road trip to New York our car started to make a noise that we had it serviced for at a different Sullivan tire earlier in the week. Although this wasn’t serviced in Marlborough the man at the front desk was overly helpful and got the car in quickly. The service center was able to identify the actual issue and got us back on the road safely. Highly recommend!

I just have been there and the guy at the front is really helpful.I was there for wheel alignment but they couldnt do the rear wheel due to the condition.I was kinda expected this but the guy at front explained what is going on mechanically and explained the options that I have considering the mileage of the car. Well...... It is simple. Fix it or just drive it as it is. Since my car is about 7 yrs old and it has 140K mileage on it, it is fair advise.I know the guys out there who try to just get the money but this place is honest and they know what they are doing.My knowledge about the car is moderate. I do break pad replacement, oil change, drive belt change and so on by myself and I can say that this place is the one that you can trust.
If I could give negative stars I would.I Brought my truck in to Sullivan Tire and Auto Service in Marlborough, Massachusetts 4 times for the same problem, air conditioning.Visit 1. They charged itVisit 2. They replaced the condenserVisit 3. The replacement condenser was faulty so the replaced thatVisit 4. There is a line leaking, at this point I told them to call it a day as they had been charging each time I came in and I was at over $800 at this point and they were asking for another $1800 to fix the line.They were kind enough to return just under $200 as a good faith gesture. Leaving me to have only paid $600 for nothing.I took the truck to a GMC dealer and they told me I need a new condenser, you can imagine my shock. This had supposedly been replaced twice by SullivanWhen I challenged the dealer I was told that not only had it not been replaced, it was leaking, dented and missing parts.They told me they would hold the old condenser to show me that it hadnt been recently replaced.I am very dis-satisfied with this situation.
Came in here to get an inspection done. Car was in perfect shape. Wouldnt do the inspection because they couldnt sell me tires.Update 8/30/19: my car passed inspection with flying colors at my local shop in Littleton. They didnt mention a thing about tires.
Ever since I had my Civic Si, Ive bought Sullivan Tires lifetime alignment. So when I got my 2016 STI, I did the same. I do my alignments twice a year Fall/Spring.When it comes to scheduling, it can be tough, because they have a lot of customers scheduled as well, but its understandable for me since they are a good shop and people come back to them. Gail is always a pleasure to speak with over the phone and everyone in the shop is very nice.Other than alignment, I also had them mount my tires on my brand new rims. I forgot his name, but he was also professional and careful with my car. Will definitely come back and see them this spring.

Ive had rotten luck with tires lately - four flats in a year and a half. Every time, Ive gone to Sullivan Tire and the service has been amazing!I had to actually replace the first tire, but they offered me an incredible deal - lifetime warranty on all four tires! Clearly, it was a good investment. The workers are efficient and thorough. I went in on Saturday with a slow leak in the passenger rear tire, they fixed that and another slow leak in the other rear tire that I didnt know about. I was in and out in less than 2 hours!The waiting area is spacious and clean, with a large, flat screen TV. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I hope I wont have to go back soon, but I wouldnt go anywhere else!
I love this place but it seems lately either they are short staffed or too busy and the customer service is lacking because of it. Hopefully this is a temporary situation because the last couple of times I dreaded going in because of how uncomfortable it was made for me. I felt like I was doing something wrong :(
Sullivan tire always exceeds expectations. This past week was my third time as a customer. Nailed a pothole on my way into work, was able to drop the tire off around noon, they said they would do their best for a turnaround. Got the phone call around 430, tires all set. Clean, everyone’s friendly, you want to get it done ask for Mike.

I got a new tire and it was changed out decently quick, however, I was not told they moved the tire to the back and bring the back to the front, and I am not a car person so when I saw the old tire in the front I had thought they didn’t change it out. I wish I had been explained.
I saw good reviews so I chose to call them to set up an appointment. But, when I called, I said I had a check engine light on and the person on the phone said” to diagnosis and testing, it’s 135 on spot”. So, that shocked me a bit.Didnt make an appointment called another garage up and I asked them” does it cost 135 for you guys to check my engine light ?”. They said no it’s free. Pricey much Sullivan ? Wouldn’t want to go there after that price was said. Peace ✌️

Extremely personable staff without trying too hard. I have purchased new tires from here and also had them diagnose and fix a tire pressure sensor. The sensor was turning on because of an after-market part that I bought (and shouldnt have). They explained the problem without telling me that I was an idiot (even though I was) and didnt even charge me.

Worst place in the world would not use them if they where the last place to have service done ! went there to have 2 tires mounted and balanced for them to say i would be $50 EACH TIRE ! lucky i went to town fair tire they mounted balanced and gave me a alignment for $99 ! i hope this place goes out of buissness !

Friendly service. In/out in time promised for switching to snow tires. Despite computerized records, had to remind technician I have the lifetime alignment/balancing...that removed $89.00 from my bill...

I scheduled a tire replacement and got confirmation from the Sullivan Retail Resource Center Rep that I would be dropping the car for the day and taking their shuttle service. I showed up at 8am for my appointment and I was told first that they hadnt had a shuttle service for years. Then they told me that the tires were coming in on the afternoon truck so wouldnt be there until 1 or 2pm. Not a good morning so far. I will update my review after I get the tires

They keep their appointments. The service desk guys are friendly and helpful. The last time I was there, they were behind schedule so I walked around back to see what was going on. They guy working on my tires was also very friendly, and apologetic for taking 45 minutes longer than forecasted. Now I live 30 minutes away but will return here because I trust them to do a good job and finish on time 80% of the time (which is very good in my experience). The longer drive is worthwhile for reliable tire service.

My company has a fleet account with Sullivan, I personally handle 13, they do their best to keep our vehicles running and safe for our individuals. To be warned they are not cheap but they do quality work.
We are from CA and were on a cross country road and while on the way to Hartford, CT, few pieces of our tire chipped off. Pulled off to an exit and started calling all the tire shops around. Finally Sullivan tire said they have our size of tire. We were nervous they might not be able to get it done because by the time we get there it was 5:45 pm already(they close at 6 pm). We had already made hotel reservation in Hartford for the night and really didnt want to get stuck and to delay our trip. The front desk (Mike) was very friendly and helping. He and his crew not only finished putting the new tire on in less than 25 minutes, they also let us feel welcome and even let our puppy in instead of us waiting outside in the cold wind. Highly Recommend this place! I know we will never go back since we live in CA but if we were local, this is the place where I will take my cars to.

Weve had minor and major work done here. They are very communicative and reasonably priced. When an unexpected additional repair interfered with my commute, they offered a rental free of charge.
Great service... Mike did a great job taking care of me, the waiting area was much nicer than others I have been to in the past (nice big seating area, coffee, big flat screen TV with cable, WiFi bench area, TV with PlayStation and DVD/vhs player for kids). Will definitely go back next time we need tires, etc.

My experience goes back to 2013, because unfortunately what they did to my car broke my transmission a year later. I was traveling back to Atlanta, and just needed a check-up on my car to make sure things are okay. There was a young tall man who instead of a simple check-up, came up with a list of random stuff (for up to $1,500) to change on my car, among which he mentioned my transmission fluid needs to be changed asap, or I may get into trouble driving back.When I came back to Atlanta, after a year my transmission broke completely, which later I realized was because they used the wrong transmission fluid for my Honda Civic, and was not the original Honda brand, as it should have been. It cost me about $1000 to fix my transmission later. So I suggest, dont do anything but tires and oil at this place, and be careful about their comments/suggestions on other types of repair.The older man was usually very gentle and helpful the previous times that I had gone there, but the young guy unfortunately did not act really ethical, at least to my car.

Person selling tires did not have a full understanding of the product I was looking for. He seemed to want to sell what he wanted to sell, not what I was looking for. Did not know the mileage ratings on the tires. Services were grossly overpriced.
