AT&T should really retrain their employee’s there. I always get treated terribly. Always in a bad mood when someone asks them a question because they wanna be on their phones. There should be retraining there or someone needs to let most of them go. Because i am so close to switching plans because i don’t wanna deal with people who treat everyone the wrong way just because they wanna be on their phone. They’re so dehumanizing

Dawnn is amazing! I transferred 4 lines and 2 Apple watches from Verizon back in January. Dawnn took me through the process of getting my account setup, moving the phones and watches. Everything went smoothly! Dawnn was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and alway upbeat. She followed up later to make sure everything was good. Fast forward 9 months and I noticed my bill was coming in higher than expected. I went back today and Dawnn was working - she remembered me from 9 months earlier and quickly found an issue with autopay discounts. She got the right people on the line to get this resolved. She still had the same great attitude and positive vibe. I highly recommend giving her your business!!

I was grumpy in advance when I went to the AT&T store to upgrade my phone, and grumpier still when I saw it was a kiosk in the mall. Every time I have to upgrade my phone, its always a hassle. However, I was blown away beyond all measure by the customer service I received from Dawnn. She was absolutely incredible. (To their credit, the other two men working there also seemed friendly and engaged with their clients). She was so amazingly patient and went soooo far above and beyond, that my friend and I could not stop talking about her. I havent received customer service like this in years, and she definitely deserves a big fat raise. (And no, I am not a friend or a relative!) I hope that AT&T knows how lucky they are to have her.

Conor at Solomon Pond Mall at the AT&T store is an absolute ANGEL. Trying to troubleshoot my brother’s phone and he solved my problem in under 3 minutes! He made our Christmas! Great experience!

I can only describe my experience with Conner and Wrex with positive comments. Not only were they both kind and genuine, but they were also exceptionally patient and understanding while completing phone upgrades for my father and I. I felt very comfortable asking questions on information I was confused about, and they listened carefully and explained everything I needed to know with ease (and did not get frustrated when I asked them the same thing like 3x!) I left the kiosk with clear expectations of what I should expect with the upgrades, felt confident with the changes made, and grateful that Conner and Wrex were working during that time. Nothing but great service!

Worst customer service. Conner was extremely rude and condescending when trying to help my friend transfer her number from my plan to her own plan. Even the AT&T rep we had on conference call to assist with the transfer thought he was rude. I would not recommend this store. I have never had bad experiences with any other store or representatives from AT&T! Very disappointed in the service here! Not a good representation of AT&T.

Stopped in to this Kiosk with my husband last night to purchase a new Samsung phone. As we approached the rep who was sitting watching something on his tablet It was obvious that he was annoyed from the start to have to help us. He gave my husband attitude about the type of phone he wanted to purchase and said it was out of stock without even looking. According to the website there was one in stock but this kid was adimate they didnt have any. I was disgusted with how rude and condescending this kid was. I have been a loyal At&T customer for 22 years and this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Since we own our phones outright we will be researching other carriers
The worst experience I have had shopping in a long time. Out of the gate the clerk was bothered he had to put down his phone/facebook and interact with a customer. When I asked about a phone the stores website listed as instock, he informed me they dont carry that trast and why would i want a piece of sh@t like that..... (I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy 8) . He tried to upsell me on the newer model and dragged his feet grumbling when i persisted in wanting the device I had asked for. I was willing to order the phone if none were in stock but he just didnt want to help me so I ended up leaving and going to Bestbuy right down the road where I ended up buying a phone due to knowledgeable, professional and engaging help! I recommend you skip this kiosk and just head to BB!

Terrible customer service, manager lied to my wife and I to forego the time it took to do a Note 7 exchange. Treated very poorly during both visits to this location. Even filed a formal complaint, which I never do. Still stuck with the Note 7, because we are forced to go to a corporate location, and we just dont have the time both working two full time jobs. Thanks a lot AT&T Marlborough.Note: This store does not reflect our overall AT&T experience. Our experience has generally been very good until we decided to shop here.
