I have been with Regus, and its predecessor firms, since the early 1990s. I have been in 3 centers...2 in Boston and now this Marlborough center. The staff in Marlborough are excellent. Friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. Facilities are well-appointed and consistent with the high standards of Regus. This center is in a building with its own cafe and fitness center, which at first were non-factors....but now I consider awesome benefits. Im a very satisfied client and would recommend it to others.

The Regus Marlboro office is a great facility to build and grow your business. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and provides for all the business services that you may need in a timely and efficient manner. From the front door, our clients are always warmly greeted and welcomed as would be expected in a professional environment. The individual office layout provides for a private and quiet working environment and as our business has grown, the staff has been eager to provide a right sized environment that is both efficient and affordable. As our company is worldwide, the Regus connection provides for professional office space most anywhere our clients may need a comfortable space to meet.Opportunity for improvement:Based on my personal experience of visiting many other Regus Offices in other parts of the US, Europe and Asia is that some more modern updates may be needed as the facility is showing some wear and tear that may potentially impact the otherwise positive experience that we have enjoyed.

I became a Regus client two years ago, and have been very pleased with the experience. The facility is modern, clean and a very pleasant place to work. The building has an excellent cafe which serves breakfast and lunch, as well as a small fitness center. The staff is always helpful and accommodating, and we receive many comments from clients and associates who call in concerning their professional demeanor and courtesy.

I cant say enough about the Regus facility and staff in Marlborough. We have been long standing clients since 2009 and plan to be here for a long time to come. The office and staff are professional, helpful and friendly. In our line of business we have clients calling and coming into the office all the time and having them be the face of our company helps us retain clients and grow our firm.
