I have gone to Rumors off and on since the mid-nineties. The owner, Lisa, will nickel and dime you and does not prioritize customer service. There are so many great salons in the Hudson/Marlboro area, and I would strongly suggest seeking them out over Rumors.

I have been going to Rumors for 2 years. I have very short hair and love to keep it that way, and without looking scalped, TIna gives me a beautiful cut that is flattering and meets my husbands desire for short and sassy! Love it there! Great place, clean, professional and good service.

I highly recommend Rumors salon. I decided to get a haircut at the last minute this past Saturday and the person I talked to over the phone was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in after talking to some of the stylists. I was seen by Amy, she is very friendly, and very talented. She asked me what I wanted to get done and gave me some recommendations that turned out to work much better than what I had imagined. I have very long hair and my husband loves it, but I was ready to cut more than half of it. Amy added some layers and cut down some of my length, but she managed to get my hair to still look long with a lot of volume. My husband was extremely happy with the results.

Ive been dreading cutting my hair, but it was definitely time. I booked an appointment with Amy and she did a great job. My hair was down past my bottom and I had split ends and damaged hair from dying. Amy cut all the unhealthy hair gave some great long layers for body and styled it beautifully. As someone who is very picky about their hair and hates going in for a cut I would definitely recommend this place.

This salon is big, beautifully decorated, and has a knowledgable and friendly staff. Awesome experience! Highly recommended.
