I dont know why people are fussing and making like this post office is so disrespectful to them, but these people are humans too they are allowed to have bad days. They have children and families too, so before you point the finger at anyone, just remember they dont have to service you, if you think they have such bad Customer service go somewhere else nobody is forcing you to come to this post office. I think they are Awesome with helping. People who make criticize others should look in the mirror. The post office workers are not perfect, but they deserve better respect than that. They do everything in their power to do good deeds. Lets see you do their job, if you cant shut up and give some more respect.I see a lot of reviews about a lot of places in Marlboro Ma and Im like why people got to downgrade employees they have families to feed too.Marlborough residents need to look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are going to have a good day today or a bad day .treat others the way you would want them to treat you

Its a small post office. Smaller than you would expect in a city. However, they have great hours of operation. Open later than the surrounding towns USPS (6pm on weekdays!). The workers are always friendly and efficient.

I have honestly never left a bad review anywhere, but I have never had such bad experiences so consistently at any other place of business. The workers are extremely rude and impatient. Every single time I go here (and it’s my local post office) there is an issue. One worker in particular just swore under her breath because the tape was covering a number. All I had to do was peel it back and fix it, but she made me get to the back of the line after I already waited 15 minutes. There is no need to be so rude. I’m also reading other bad reviews about the same worker and I am shocked she is still being allowed to work there with her attitude and such poor customer service. I am considering driving farther in order to go to a different post office from now on which is such an inconvenience. this is ridiculous.

I frequently use the Post Office to ship overseas to a military base. I swear every time I go in there is a new policy. The 1st time I shipped I didnt need a custom form, the second time I did and they were upset I hadnt filled one out, the 3rd time I had filled out the weight of the items and they were upset that I had done that even though the 2nd time they made me do it and this last time I grabbed a box for a future delivery and the worker chased me to the door and told me I had to pay for boxes before taking them, which I have NEVER had to do. They always charge me for boxes when I go there to ship. And every time I go they try to argue with me about not putting a PO Box on the custom form. The military base does not have a PO Box!! If I didnt have a soldier that needed support I would never go into this building again. Its always a struggle and is never consistent.

Very unpleasant every time I go there, Sueli one of the workers there ALWAYS has an attitude and does her job poorly I’ve seen and experienced her treat customers badly, she has had 0 patience every time I’ve gone there and always tells us to go back the other day when there is no need to. Other workers are 10/10 but this one really never fails to ruin my day

If I could I would give 0 stars. My university sent out gifts for the Class of 2020 and they apparently delivered 2 of them but I was at home those two days during the time they state and nothing was delivered. Truly disappointing and not okay for them to just simply say nothing can be done.

I went to the post office in Marlboro 2day and to my delight it was fast, friendly, and informative. The parking wasnt the best, wish they had a side entrance other than the parking it was good.

Apparently when you get a notification that your package is “ready for pickup”, it’s not actually ready. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but the woman was incredibly rude to me and left me feeling really uncomfortable. She wasn’t even wearing a mask correctly!

Employees are very rude and not helpful. They refused to help me mail my items because it was too late (even though they were still open for 15 more minutes) not good customer service at all. It is nice to go places where employees actually care about their work and customers, will never be back here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lost my Package valued at 70 dollars. Sold on ebay, media mail...know for a fact I selected insurance. They say I didnt. I told them even in the odd chance I didnt, it isnt right for my 70 dollar package to go missing...it says it got to them and sat there. Never went anywhere else. They said they cant find it. They either stole it or somehow lost it....it was not a super small package though, so not easy to lose. They called me and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to refund my buyer 70 dollars. They lost merchandise worth 70 dollars. They did not care one bit. Since I did not apparently print out the receipt or have proof i checked it off they do not care. Whats even more disturbing is they have a driver who took my Package and either lost or stole it and they would not do anything about it.

The mail carriers and office workers do not care at all. The carrier did not close my mailbox when there is a very easy top that closes down and it was raining all day. All my legal documents that were sent to me are now ruined due to rain. Called the office to explain and the male representative tried his hardest to blame it on me and my mailbox, when it is practically brand new, very easy to use and metal (so there is no way it opened back up on its own) - It’s very, very simple to close a mailbox after putting the mail in, ESPECIALLY on a day it’s raining. Another issue we have had....we had a ton of mail come to us from the previous home owner...labeled them as return to sender and placed back in mailbox (on about 15 occasions). The mail carrier just ignored the RTS mail. I would come home to new mail from that day and the previous days RTS mail, together in the mailbox, every single time. After the first time, we thought maybe they just missed it, so we put it back in the mailbox for the next day. Same thing happened. So we got creative and put a sticky on it. Same thing. Next day, we attached it to the outside of the mailbox with a huge “Return To Sender” note. You literally could not miss it. SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN, they just left it for me to come home to. Not sure if the carrier is just an idiot/ignorant or if the Marlborough post office in general just does not care. When I called to mention these things, the representative was extremely rude and did not want to hear it. Must be Marlborough post office employees in general I guess. It’s a shame they are an official office. I am now shaking my head in disgust from all this.

These guys are a lot better than the Framingham post office. Yes there are long lines, but they move fairly quickly in comparison to other offices. The workers there are friendly, when I call, they pick up usually within the first ring, and my mail carrier is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that I get my package on time.THANKS MIKE!!

How hard it it to put mail in the correct mail box?? Over 20 pieces of our mail were delivered to a different company. This included bills and checks. this is not the first time this has happened to us either.

Im very disappointed in the customer service at the post office. Garrett is extremely rude and condescending every time I go in. However there was a woman working with him today who was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. I hope she is around more often.

Totally disorganized and never deliver my packages where I tell them to. I always have to go there to pick stuff up, and then it’s not always there when it says it will be. Employees come out to see long lines and don’t hop on a register. Just bad.

The heavy set blonde woman behind the counter is, without question, the rudest public servant in the history of life. she is not doing usps any favors as their hudson rep. she should not be interacting with human beings on any level.in spite of our geographic proximity to hudson usps, we will continue to opt for the longer drive to more civil civil servants.

They SUCK. Once again they have listed a package of mine delivered and it is not. They have cost my business thousands of dollars in lost deliveries or packages they say have been delivered but have never arrived! If possible I use UPS or FEDEX but on the rare occasion I have to use USPS I cringe.AS of this writing I have been on hold for 27 minutes even thought they stated wait time was 10-12 minutes.
