Giant washers and dryers. Smaller dryers are more expensive than any other marlboro dryers. They give 4 min per quarter, others give 6. BUT if you use the giant dryers here you can pile so much more clothes and pay the same rate as the small dryers so. Downside: only four giant dryers and two are coin only. Yes they have bathrooms and an attendant. Wash and fold available, you pay about double what you would spend to wash it yourself (not including soap ect) but I guess thats normal for this.

Edited again: There is a large sign next to the attendant with one line about the $14 hold.However I take back the comments about the attendant being helpful. I went there and unfortunately didnt have enough connection to pull up my bank statement. When I told her that my swipe charges didnt match my actual swipe, for instance I have 13$ and 13.50$ charges. She replied We dont even have machines that cost that WHICH WAS MY POINT.I walked out when it was clear she wouldnt do anything without my bank statement. She followed me out to the parking lot asking me to just come talk to her. There was nothing to talk about since she wasnt going to give me my 10.25 I was over charged without proof.Since she clearly stated to me that her machines dont cost what I was charged, I will just be disputing all of the swipes instead of bringing her my statement.------DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!!!!If there are signs stating the $14 hold per swipe on a card, I certainly didnt see them. I also think I have an extra swipe charge. Which I can only account to when I thought a swipe didnt take and I re-swiped. But it really shouldnt have charged me twice for hitting enter once? When the payments post with actual amounts, I will update my review.Almost half of the units are out of order. But the attendant was attentive and helpful.Edited to Add: I was over charged by 10.25. The transactions DO NOT change to the actual price paid for swipe. You have to add up what they charged and figure out how much they should have charged. For example; I washed twice and dryed once. I should have 3x 10.25, 1x 8.00, 2x 6.00 1x4.50, 3x 2.25 1x 1.50.I was charged; 1x 13.50, 1x 13.25, 2x 13.00, 1x 11.25, 1x 8.75.Im sure they will give me the $10 refund as they continue to reply to others about it. However what about my time lost having to go back to get it? Im sure I wont be compensated for that.The attendant was awesome but this charging practice is shady. Thus I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 1.

I used this laundromat for 2 years for self service. Recently, my clothes came back smelling like smoke and the clerk refused to acknowledge it or offer any solution. I tried again and got my order clothes back inside out and was told that I needed to accept it. Folding my clothes was too much work. I won’t be going back

Was going to wash some blankets and i paid 7.00 in quarters and then used my card for the 25 cents and they charged my card $14.00. This place is no good.

We got charged 3 times $14, only 1 transaction was removed, but 2 are pending only for using a machine of $5.75 and another one $7.75, plus $5 of dryer. Why are we still being charged an extra $14? It doesnt make any sense. Liked the place but not going back until they fixed that!

Today we had the worst experience ever the worker, who was here treated us badly. We came here many times and that has never happened. I was with my family when she told us to move even though we were folding and then she got mad and she pushed the cart where my mom was putting our clothes from the dryer and pushed our table where we were folding. She even kicked our bag filled with our clothes and also we are never coming back after this incident. My family and I feel discriminated.

It was clean and the attendant made sure all the used surfaces were promptly wiped down. Even the entry Matt got swept.

Used to come here all the time. Now with so many machines posted with out of order I can never find anything available to do my laundry. I was about to put my laundry in the last sizeable open machine when someone cut right in front of me (as if we were driving) and put his laundry in. Save your time and go elsewhere, my time is more valuable than a dollar or twos difference in price.

I was a little iffy going here after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I went! The woman who worked there was so helpful and so nice. The washers that held up to 80lbs was just amazing. And the prices are great! Definitely somewhere I would be heading back to.

It’s a pretty good laundromat. It does not have the worst prices in the area and most machines seem in decent condition, which is a lot to ask for in the metro west area. However, the convenience store a few shops down is super sketchy. They sell porno mags that are clearly visible when you’re outside the store. Also, does anyone know if they actually still rent their old vhs tapes? I posted this review mostly to find out how that place is still business.

Im very disappointed in your facility. I came on my break because it is convient to my work and there was no attendant here. I was planning on dropping my wash and using the wash, dry, fold service. So I decided Id just do my laundry myself. I put my laundry in the washer, go to the machine to get detergent (I didnt bring mine since I thought I would be leaving my laundry here) and the machine is sold out of detergent. I managed to grab some dryer sheets from the machine (2/$1.25) which were not even the same brand as advertised. Again, there was no one working so I couldnt ask for help with any of this. I walked to the convenience store next door and got charged an outrageous $12.24 for a small bottle of OxyClean detergent. While the facility itself is pretty clean and organized. I will never be coming back here. Wish I could give it no stars...

I used to do my laundry every week at laundry world there was a young man who worked there I stopped going because the place was filthy. I recently started doing my laundry again at laundry world because its so clean and the machines are clean Trish is always cleaning. I would like to for you to see the difference she has made at this laundromat. However you need to keep your machines well maintained because alot of them dont work. Thank you

My Family & I Have Been Going Here For Years. We Are Not Treated Kindly & Whenever We Tell The Attendant That The Machines Arent Cleaning Properly We Are Told By The Owner Do Not Come Back . Its Sad Especially When We Are Are Going 6-8 Times A Month . Loyalty & Kindness Are Important Espically In Business. One Attendant Is Always Smoking Right Outside The Building Even Though There Are No Smoking Signs.Many Children Come With Their Children It Is Not Right.

Great laundromat in terms of service but smells really strongly of the toxic dryer sheets and there are no recycling bins to even recycle empty plastic detergent bottles so they end up in the trash. Just wish they could do their part and at least recycle.

Thought at first it was a glitch but this keeps happening. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Same machines, different charged amounts. There is usually a $14 extra charge each day I use a CC, apparently. Used 2 medium washing machines and 2 dryers, dryer 48 mins each. How was I charged $12.50, $12.50, $14, and $8??? That $14 charge seems to be consistent additional charge. Im also sure that the washing machines I used were not $12.50... Also not sure what the $8 is for. $4 per dryer? $0.25 per 4 mins, 16 mins per dollar, x $4 = 64 mins. ODD???Response to owner - I still have $14 charges from previous trips- Plural. They never went away. This last one was over a week ago. Im not going to be petty here and ask for chump change refunds each time, going elsewhere.

Fairly clean and orderly, usually plenty of machines open. Many of the larger machines and about half of the dryers take credit cards, which makes laundry day a breeze.

Came here as a kid with my family but a lot has changed. There’s a lot a machines that need to be fixed and it does get pretty expensive. I put my clothes in the dryer for 28 min and they were still damp.

Good and clean. Dont use small machines. Use big one . And go weekdays and after 7 pm . It is less busy .

DO NOT BRING DRY CLEANING!!!I brought 3 jackets to dry clean. I prepaid. When I picked up the jackets, 2 had not been cleaned, as they are leather, but the signs outside said leather cleaning, and the woman who charged me said they cleaned leather. I have not been able to speak to anyone about my refund, as the young man who gave me the jackets back was clueless and they dont answer thier phone, and the few times I have been by it was unattended. Never will go again.

It is very clean with lots of machines. The employee named trish is very helpful and nice.
