I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.

Amazing company! I rented a table and some chairs for an event for business. The equipment was top notch, and even though there was a miscommunication about pick up, Grand Rental Station took care of us and got a driver out within 30 minutes to pick up the equipment. Ronnie was excellent with booking our rental, and even offered fun things for us to do while we were in the area. Top notch service. Top notch equipment. I would recommend Grand Rental Station to anyone who needs to rent equipment in Massachusetts.

I like the staff at Grand Rental Station. They are friendly and, for the most part, quite helpful. However, my experience has been that they put profits ahead of customer service.I rented a chainsaw from them and realized pretty quickly that the chain was as dull as a hoe. When I brought it back the manager told me that I just have hit a nail in the limb I was cutting and that that had dulled the chain. When he asked one of his employees to please sharpen the chain the employee told him that there wasnt much left to sharpen. So he replaced the chain.This time it cut through the limb like a hot knife through butter. And there was no evidence of a nail or metal of any kind in the limb, as the manager had claimed.What annoys me is that the first response of the manager was to get indignant and tell me that the dull chain was my fault. Perhaps he has lost sight of the FACT that it is his customers that pay his salary. The more satisfied his customers are, the more they will come back and spend more of their money in his Grand Rental Station.Grand Rental Station is the only game in town, so I will go back. I just needed to speak about the quality of their customer service.

Thought I wasnt going to be able to finish my project. Went to Grand Rental at Monnick Supply and they were able to provide the right equipment for me to finish the job. Great store and good service.

Dropped off my Stihl FS38 Weed Wacker bc it wouldn’t turn over. Received call saying they had to flush out and replace spark plug. Charging me $95. Spark plus is less than $10 and how long does it take to flush it out? Then on their website they have the same service listed for $59. What’s going on? Will never go back and will tell everyone I know that I feel like I have been scammed.

They have a large selection! And a hardware store attached that carries a whole paint section as well.
