Lets face it, no one enjoys going to the dentist. I have always stretched out my visits over the years because nothing about the process is enjoyable. I was extremely nervous about visiting a new dentist. I have traveled all over the United States with Massachusetts being the 3rd state in two years that I have moved to. Oxford Smiles in Marlborough is by far the best! From the very first visit they made me feel relaxed and at ease, which is unheard of. Usually Im tense because I know my teeth will get a sensitive feeling and I wear headphones due to the loud noise. I didnt need the headphones here. I watched a TV show through the whole process and not once did I flinch because of pain. My comfort was there top priority and for that I thank you greatly. You guys have set the bar for future dentist! You all do amazing work and I cannot thank you enough for my care!!

My wife came her for 2 root canals and crowns. We never realized a dental visit could be this simple and pain free. Now myself and my son also come here. What an amazing experience

The Staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. All areas of the office are clean and well kept. The appointments are very flexible and there are no long waits once you arrive at your appointment. The dental services they provide are excellent. I was fortunate to find a dental office that is the whole package. I would highly recommend them.

Love this place ! Highly recommend it for families with kids, best part it’s open on weekends ! All the dentists are highly knowledgeable and experienced. The facility is clean and with high tech equipments. They are very responsive and take a very good care of their patients.

My experience was amazing!!! I have had my front crowns redone several times at different dental offices, but none quite as good, friendly and reasonable as Oxford SmilesNice people and excellent service. Mr Nav and his staff are the most professional, affordable and the best people in the business. It’s a Very highly-Tech facility, nice artwork, comfortable white leather chairs housed in a beautiful clean and spacious offices.

I have never met a medical professional so pleasant as Dr.Jas Arorara. She takes her time to explain the procedure and the benefits, she gives great discounts, she is very patient and knows her stuff too. The office is clean, state-of-the-art equipment and all. This place is absolutely fantastic!!! Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional. I got a root canal done at my first visit and it was quick and painless and the doctor kept telling me what she was doing and asking me if I was ok. I decided to bring my 2 boys here (one is 3 1/2 and the other 2) for a teeth cleaning and they LOVED it. The hygienist was so awesome and patient with them and let them explore the tools so they knew what they do. When I came back for my own cleaning this morning, they begged to come to so they could get their teeth cleaned again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow what an amazing experience!! I fell through a phase where I wasn’t taking care of my teeth for 5+ years and hadn’t seen a dentist in 5+ years. My girlfriend finally convinced me to go see a dentist. She recommended me to go to Dr Jas and although I was very hesitant, I am glad I went. First appointment I did X-rays to access what I needed. Dr Jas was very thorough and honest with me while being very considerate and kind. I had a case of gingivitis so I needed a deep clean. I was nervous the whole time but Dr Jas is so professional and fast all while being super patient with me. It was the most comfortable experience I could of had. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my family & friends and will be coming to her for as long as she’s working.

I was in the office yesterday and found the staff to be extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Arora walked me through my cleaning, explaining each step of what she was doing during my visit and finally explained to me exactly what I needed to do in order to get the smile I have always wanted. She had lots of knowledge on dentistry and had a great way of communicating that knowledge to me in a simple way. I would recommend her to anyone as she truly made me feel like she cared about me and wanted me to know exactly what was going on in my mouth and exactly what she was doing during my visit. I am going to follow her steps to take care of my teeth and made a plan to come back soon to the office.

I have had so many dental issues before I started coming here. Botched root canals, that turned into infections in my jaw, bad teeth in general. These left me with an aversion to dentists. Dr. Arora, is amazing, she took care of the infections, had a good denture made to cover the fact that due to the infections I had to pull 4 teeth in the front of my mouth.Id give 10 stars if I could!!!

Best dentist Ive ever been to. Highly recommend. They are very professional and explain EVERYTHING in detail.I had fillings and the entire invisalign process done here. With the fillings they made sure to not only treat it but also spend time explaining how to prevent it. With the invisalign process they checked the updates to my teeth and made sure everything was setting well. Every appointment was very comfortable and relaxing, I couldnt recommended Dr. Jas Arora enough!

Dr. Arora is simply the best! We have been visiting Oxford Smiles since last summer. Now all my teeth are in good shape, I just need to continue with the regular checkups & cleanings. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Aroras office. She is very professional, skilled and understanding. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The office is well equipped and the setting is comfortable. I was treated to a warm pillow and my favorite tv show during my procedure and a goodie bag on my way out! Im currently a student at Boston University and I always try to support small businesses. I have been trying to find a small dental office to support during this pandemic and was referred to Oxford Smiles by a friend and I am very glad I came to this office. When I came in, I saw how modern the space looked and the new technology that was at this office and I was immediately very impressed. I also felt very welcomed and taken care of in the office as I walked in and had a fun conversation with Nav at the front desk. He was very welcoming and walked me through the new patient process in length to made sure that I felt comfortable in the office. The best part of the office is the Covid-19 precautions that this practice has taken. Appointments are generally spaced out to avoid too many people in the office at once and there is glass between the front desk and the patients in order to maintain 6 feet. The dentist, Jas, was wearing two masks and a shield while operating on me and made me feel quite comfortable sitting in her chair during this pandemic. I am glad I came and here and would recommend for everyone to support this small business!

Amazing service, great staff and a brilliant doctor!! In severe pain and they got me right in on a Saturday. Even though I’m a new patient they treated me like I’ve been going here for years. I am one of those scared of noting but the dentist people, but I left here not having that fear. Same day visit and same week for a procedure. Amazing!

Oxford Smiles saved is when my daughter had a horrible infection from a poor cavity filling done at another local dentist. They worked quickly to get her in as soon as possible and fix her right up. This is the best dental practices Ive been to. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. The place is always very clean - and during the Covid pandemic, they are being especially careful. They have state of the art equipment including a 3d printer for crowns - so no temp crown needed! Dr. Arora is absolutely fantastic and has thought of everything to make the visit comfortable and relaxed.

Dr. Jas is amazing, compassionate, and fast.She takes time to explain any procedure clearly and understandably.
