I ride with Metro West for work on a regular basis. Every driver Ive had has been courteous, punctual and friendly. Booking is incredibly easy, and theyre very flexible if things change with flights. Id highly recommend them.

The driver was on time and the drive to the airport was very enjoyable and the driver, Joe, was excellent. We had a fair amount of luggage that was easily accommodated. We will continue to use MetroWest and we highly recommend them.The only suggestion I would provide would be for MetroWest to provide an affirmative response once the appointment is made and the credit card information is filled in.

I recently used MetroWest Car Service during a trip to Boston. The service was fantastic. The drivers were on time, friendly, professional and great ambassadors for Boston and the area. Their vehicles were also top notch so I would highly recommend this company.

I used MetroWest for the first time today and had a good experience. A few things I liked about it - they accept reservations and payment online, which means that you can easily make reservations at your convenience and no fiddling with credit cards when youre getting out of the car. The driver I had was great - nice car and he found me a route to the airport that bypassed a lot of heavy Thanksgiving traffic and got me to the airport very fast.

In general I like this service. but I wish they would notify us when they are on the airport property. we arrived on time, our luggage was 1st off the carousel, and being global entry members got thru customs in minutes. So we were outside waiting and the car wasnt there. We had to call to ask where the car was. and for the money you pay after a couple of long international flights, I want my car there. A quick text asking me to text them when Im thru customs and walking out could give them time to get from the cell phone lot to the limo lot in perfect time to meet us.
