I had Custom Bath remodel two of our full baths. The design process was great, and I really love how quickly renderings were sent so that we could see what the transformation would look like. The actual install was fantastic. The crews worked quickly and kept things very clean. I had been concerned, since you always hear about how remodeling projects run into issues and get postponed, but our never did. We love how they came out are now working with the remodeling group to do our kitchen. Highly recommend this company. Everyone working with them is professional and does great work.

The first impression of Custom Bath Remodeling was already positive, when their designer spent over 3 hours patiently covering design and materials for renovating our 1970s bathroom! He thought of items and suggested ideas we never would have thought of, and steered us away from a couple of costly ideas we had considered. He told us the cost up front, which was never changed, and explained the estimated start time, and the possible one delay (understandably, the glass shower door which would have to be measured after the new shower was completed and then ordered). Once scheduled, the work performed was awesome! The teams came every day, on time, extremely careful of property (for example, completely covered any flooring en route to the worksite), and worked so hard even in extreme heat, in a small room with no A/C. They cleaned up any debris every day. The quality materials (made in the USA!!) are beautiful and we know will last. We are so happy with the results, and complemented the craftsmen frequently about their beautiful workmanship. It was obvious that they really felt pride in their work. We couldnt be happier with the results.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. The experience with the office group and the remodelers was exceptional. They were prompt and came every day in a row until the project was complete. They cleaned up after each day. They got the shower ready first so we were able to use it during the remodel. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.

In December of 2019, I had two very old, very small bathrooms redone in my home. There were a few small glitches that were worked out and I love the way both bathrooms came out. I was incredibly impressed with everyone from start to finish. They were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. One of the bathrooms is a guest bathroom that is never used much, but due to COVID it has not been used at all, until last weekend. An issue was discovered with the bathtub drain. I called the office and spoke with Jo on Monday morning. I seriously expected to be told that it was my problem since they had finished the work so long ago. Instead he was so apologetic and helpful and had someone to my house that same day! Can’t say enough about how impressed I am with that kind of customer service. I have one more bathroom to do, and I will definitely be calling them when the time comes. Also, I seriously love not having grout!!!

Irene went through the design process with us. The crew were very professional and followed all the CDC protocols for wearing mask throughout the installation process. Quick to finish the remodeling process. Very happy with the outcome

I got an appointment with these folks, lady that i spoke to was really nice. The appointment was something i did not expect, it was very professional and informative, Irene was very thorough and had answers to all my questions. emailing back and forth with her and the responses are prompt and i cant wait for my bathroom project to start!

Great experience. The installers were on time and made sure to take their shoes off and lay down drop clothes to cover areas coming in from the outside.

Overall very satisfied and plan to hire them again next year to upgrade our other bathroom. These guys worked hard each day from the minute they arrived til they left. Besides the hour commute they had each way they also had to deal with our master bath which is on the 3rd floor of the house. It involved a lot of up & down & they always ensured the floors & stairs & furniture were covered & the house stayed clean. The demolition wasn’t easy but they never complained once & everyone was very professional. The final outcome exceeded our expectations! The old tub is now a gorgeous walk-in shower that is a dream come true. CBR also replaced an old fan with a super quiet high efficient fan and installed a new vanity & LED mirror. All electrical work was completed with only 1 minor outlet box issue that was not their fault. & is being taken care of. They made allowances for the vessel sink and fixtures that we chose to buy separately and everything went very smoothly for the most part taking a few covid-related shipping delays into consideration. The project managers called daily to keep us updated on what time to expect the crew the following day and always asked if we had any concerns & they were always very responsive. I will try to post a before & after picture if I can figure out how to do it here😂. Although I’m sure we could have saved a few $$ with someone else we thought the xtra money was well spent because this company does not sub out and the entire team works for CBR and was a highly coordinated effort that made everything very simple for us. Highly recommend CBR!!!

I am very happy with how the job was done.Appointment: I immediately got a schedule at my most convenient time. The designer they sent was able to answer my questions and suggested good optionsInstallation: The guys they sent for the installation were great and were able to execute the plans based on what the designer and I have discussed. There have been a small issue but they were able to fix it right away.It took the job almost a week but I have no complaints with the results.

The crew they sent were very nice, courteous professionals.They were able to convert our tub to shower in just one day. Seems like their Team has been together for years as everything was well coordinated from the time my appointment was set until the end of the project. My wife is very happy with the outcome of the project.

Took me a while to post this review as I wanted to see how everything went first.The appointment with the designer is more than what I was expecting. I have seen samples of things we need.The walk-in shower they installed is just perfect. My wife love the seat and handle bars they installed. Thank you so much!

Had a great appointment with Irene. She was able to make relevant suggestions and have shown me photos of samples. She also offered to accompany me in their showroom to see the Onyx collections. She listened to what I want and offered suggestions that she think we need.

Nearly impossible to find which building it is, and then find entrance, and then where to go once you enter the door, two door choices or up the stairs to an empty reception area.

We had time with the designer. She showed us many samples. She answered our questions and provide suggestions.I like the shower she show us because it look like it is raining. I also like the cabinet that she show.We love to move forward with this company and excited to see our new bathroom.

While the people are inherently good hearted, they are incompetent. No concept of project management . A 2 week bathroom renovation job took 5 months. Everything ordered was incorrect including bath tub, toilet, tiles etc. Had to reorder everything. Never responded timely and we had to actually run the project. Will not recommend.

Custom Bath stands behind there warranty. If you ever have a problem with the great work they perform they will fix it according to their stated warranty. No Problem!

Really nice people, John came out, and he was really great, professional, and very pleasant. The estimate he gave me is very thorough and informative, and their office even called afterwards to make sure i had what i needed. To me they seem consistent, and they care about what they do. Which is why, Im so looking forward to starting this project with them.

This company is awesome! Went with another contractor for our kitchen and was a bit disappointed, so my wife and I had low expectations. Contractors arrived in a timely fashion, were very professional, and completed the work as scheduled. From the initial visit until the final drop of paint, everything was awesome! Our new shower and tub look fantastic! They also installed a new bathroom fan that looks great and is so quiet we can hardly hear it! They are polite, on time, responsive, and professional. Our bathroom was left clean and neat when they finished. I also really liked that they provided a detailed quote and werent pushy, making sure to stay within our budget.The only issue we had was that they initially ordered the wrong tub (the drain was on the wrong side) and it was not double-checked before they started taking the old shower apart. Since they didnt have any in stock (the gray color was a special order), the workers put it back together so we would have a working shower while we waited for the new one to arrive. The owner even personally called us to apologize, which was really nice. It took a couple weeks, but once it was in, they were able to schedule the installation that same week.Despite that hiccup, they did a great job and we would still recommend them and use them again for any future projects.

Awesome job. Designer John came to my house with samples and many photos of materials . It took a few hours and John typed everything on Excel with all prices; colors; sizes listed . Their quote came in 3 thousand less than my other two quotes but more importantly their bid was so detailed. 5 weeks later their crews arrived and and the entire full remodel was done in 3 long days. Excellent finish work by Ray and his 3 man crew. Extremely happy with new aged products; skilled workers who were very pleasant. Wish I met this company before we did our kitchen two years ago as that contractor was a nightmare and took 3 months cathy

Had a great experience working with Trisha and team at Custom Bath. Super pleased with the work they did to update my bathroom. Trisha stayed within my budget and the work was performed fast. There were a few hiccups (leak at valve) but it was quickly addressed and fixed. Overall I am very pleased with my updated bathroom.

Custom Bath did a great job on our difficult renovation to install a shower and soaking tub. Every bit of it was custom work to fit a space with no extra room to spare. We had a few hiccups, but CBR made everything work. The crews were neat and covered the carpeting (on the stairs too). Were very happy with the results.

Ive worked with about 10-12 contractors in the past on other projects, so I have some experience with renovations and contractors. Overall, I like Custom Bath Remodeling and would hire them again.I got a reasonable quote from them to replace my existing tub and enclosure as well as vanity. They also put down a floating floor on top of the existing floor and put a newer wainscoting over an existing wainscoting that I have on the walls.The quoting process was easy and after I gave a down payment, was given a start date about 6 weeks out. I was also told the job would take only a single day to complete (with a day to let any adhesives dry). Just like every contractor in history, they had to push the start date out a few weeks due to one reason or another.They started work maybe 2 weeks after the projected start date. Once the workers arrived, they were polite, hard-working, and indeed finished the job (mostly) in one day.There were a broken vanity door (which was a materials issues and no fault of theirs) that required them to come back out later, but there was also some missing trim that needed to be fixed, which seemed to have been overlooked. It took them about a week or two to come back to fix the broken vanity door and fix the trim. It was after this that I made my final payment.Another few days later, I noticed that when they re-installed the toilet after putting down the flooring, it was wobbly. It turned out that it was never properly re-attached to the floor after it was removed. Even though I made my final payment, they sent another guy out a few days later to fix the toilet.If it werent for the issue with the delays in starting, missing trim and toilet issue, I would give them 5 stars, but since mistakes were made, I give them 4. Overall though, I would definitely say theyre easier to work with than the average contractor and I would definitely recommend them.

The product and services for a new bathroom came in great at a good price. The salesperson did not BS me, which I appreciate because I am in sales as well and can tell when someone else is full of BS (like Donald Trump). The reason it is not 5 stars is because scheduling got screwy at times and it seemed that different crews were on different pages and with their own scheduling coordinator in regards to what time or day to show up. I get it, I work for a contractor as well. Things take extra time and the schedule changes. But it seemed at times that not everyone was on the same page between crews, the coordinator, and myself.

Had a great experience with this company, my wifes friend recommended them, hardworking, polite and kept everything clean, called to check on stuff, and didnt pressure us on payments.Everything was done in 3 days, and it looks fantastic!

Custom Bath did an excellent job for me Ive had my tub converted to a shower the walls look like tile but there is no grout its beautiful . I had them put in new flooring and a vanity and it was very color coordinated . I highly recommend this company . The designer that came to my house spent a lot of time with me going over all the specifics and all the choices that were so numerous.

Currently working with this company and have had more delays then expected. Wrong vanity, wrong custom sink and counter. Because of “production” mistake they now told me today the they have to order a new sink/countertop it will be another 3 to 4 weeks to complete the job. Have spoken with Hervy the manager and feel that no one really gives a dame. This whole bath remolding is now going into 3 weeks not including the 3 to 4 they just added on.Very disappointed in their customer service,I would think twice before considering this company.

Did a full bathroom remodel within my budget, bathroom had not been touched since the 60s. Replaced a rotted subfloor and converted a bath into a walk-in shower. They turned a room I hated and was outdated to a room I love. From design to the actual work everyone I dealt with was proffesional and communicative with me as the project was getting done. These guys work fast and gave me a quality bathroom, workmanship, and product. I highly recommend them, they gave me realistic time frames and stuck to what they said, where as other companies I tried to work with seemed to give me the run around.

Have to say, these people know what theyre doing, from the start, I had no idea what to do with my bathroom, it was an old one, everything was disgusting, molds everywhere, my bath was broken, everything had rust, I thought I had to spend my entire life savings to get the whole thing done, didnt even dent my bank account, and whats more, I couldnt even recognize my bathroom when they finished! its been more than a year now, and everything is still as good just like they said!

They finish 2 of my bathrooms, and both of my bathroom are beautiful, they very easy to deal, and also affordable, my bathroom until now is beautiful and no problems, if I change my bathroom again, I will call them :D

Did the full remodel with new tub in an interesting grey colour, grey kohler toilet and acrylic shower walls in a Roman stone light gray colour. The removed sme moldy areas at ceiling and then painted everything. Had them do a new floor as well. Xcellent job and very nice workers
