The staff are very professional, know how to treat their clients with a welcoming smile. They sell the Teatree products that I like. What I did not like was, I had a membership with them in another state, but I couldnt use it. Ill be returning for next haircut.

I have been coming to this location for years, and the last couple have really been amazing. Dawn has a fantastic way about her and has turned this store into my favorite location for color services! Her work ethic unmatched, often staying late to help me as I walk in “last minute!” Ruth is another fantastic color guru, if in need of another recommendation. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Went here for the first time and I LOVE Yanissa! Such a warm personality and fun to talk to. She did my hair exactly how I wanted to and the awesome surprise was the hot towel on the neck at the end. None of the other ones do this! Nice added touch. Will go here from now on!

I am working in Marlborough Massachusetts and needed a hair cut. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even though they had a few people ahead of me it was still only a short 20 minute wait. I got the privilege of having an awesome stylist named Ryan to cut and style my hair! She was thorough and made sure my experience was very enjoyable. If I didnt live 6 hours away I would definitely return every time I needed a fresh cut. Thanks Ryan!

I have never been happy with a haircut from here... Ive gone two or three times out of desperation and have gotten two or three very poor haircuts... For the price, its not even close to worth going here

Refused to cut my sons natural curly hair. Gave reason for refusal as condition of his scalp having open wounds. Hmmm - took my son to his doctor, who found no open wounds. Just extremely bad dandruff. If they were too busy just should have said it. Would have gone elsewhere. Oh, I did schedule an appointment on line before going. Told no appointment must have been other store. What other store? Lies

Took my nephew here for a haircut, hes 4 and I loved the way the staff took care to make him comfortable, the cut was perfect and the staff were polite and patient

Got a fade from a super amazing stylist. Did it fast and with confidence. I went in looking like Ted Nugent on meth....I left looking like Ryan Reynolds love child with Jennifer Aniston. Great job!

Ive been coming here for about two years now. I always get a consistent cut thats great and affordable. I rarely have to wait at all thanks to the in app checkin feature.

I thought this was a salon that you could walk in for a haircut. If theres a wait, thats fine as youre a walk-in. When I went in during my lunch break I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting, while a woman who had taken my name just swept the floor. There were no other customers. I sat and waited. Another lady came around and I dont know what she was doing but I was just kept waiting. I finally told them I had to get going after 15-20 minutes of waiting. Ive gone to Great Clips ever since.

(Highland Command, Hudson) I brought my son to get his hair cut this week. The girl was very inexperienced. I had considered asking for another hair dresser because I had no idea what she was trying to do with his hair. Fortunately, another hairdresser came and started to cut my sons hair giving her tips on how to use a buzzer and scissors to do layers. It makes me wonder what type of people do they staff if someone needs to give input on how to cut hair! I would suggest staying away from the redhead. She has no idea what she is doing.

I took my 2 children of 5 and 10 years for the first time to cut my hair, I speak and I understand a bit of English and I tried to explain the cut I needed for my children, but the 2 girls that attended did not do much to try to understand me and they were unfriendly and they were in a hurry for the next client, I would not go back to any that has the supercut brand.

This place needs experienced barbers.

So it was my first time at this salon and well not happy at all first off I broke out with hives and I waited for my hairstylist to come back to notice and didnt instead continued to do my hair as well as my hair color wasnt consistent too of my head was bright yeah 60 dollar loss wonderful

I am regular to this place now! Don performs miracles… I have curly-frizzy type of hair and yet she does wonders every time … plus she is the sweetest caring person to talk to.

Do not go here if you have small children. The hairdresser did a terrible job on my 18 month and when I complained the staff wanted to blame it on my kid because he did not stop moving. He had patches of short hair everywhere. I am NEVER coming back!
