DONT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. These are all forced or fake. He only been licensed for a year. He harrasses clients to write him a review. He doesnt spend money on on assistant and he get facts wrong ..facts as important as the court date or and he forgets the important facts in the hearings...and fails you miserably. Compare what he says with other lawyers. He doesnt know law.

Attorney Higgins did a fine job for me on a house sale in Sudbury, MA. He was very responsive, answering all of my queries within 24 hours. He was very professional and his rates were reasonable. Attorney Higgins made the process simple and easy, and I noticed he didnt take advantage and raise the price, holding to his original estimate of cost. This guy was an absolute life saver! I didn’t have a lot of extra money after starting a new business just before Covid hit (how strategic).
