Great experience taking our son’s 2011 Rogue in for service. Collin is great. He is always friendly and helpful. He and Eddy did nice job getting the car serviced and ready quickly. Both went out of their way to make sure we got excellent service. Would highly recommend them and this location for servicing your vehicle.

My experience was quite good. I went in for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff, they took my info and I sat down at the socially distant seating area (everyone had class and wore a mask). This was on a Saturday so I anticipated a wait, but Marlboro Nissan was pretty efficient and their turnaround time was good! I appreciate the hard work and fast service. I have experienced great customer service at Marlboro Nissan. All employees make your needs and wants their top priority. I recently purchased my vehicle after leasing for 3 years and could not be more happy with my decision. The car inspection thereafter was very quick while I waited in the clean, socially distanced lobby. All staff are friendly and helpful and I know my future service needs will be met here.

I cant say enough good things about Marlboro Nissan. From their sales team to their auto body team and most recently, their service team. I recently had a service engine light appear on my 2016 Nissan Rogue and it was accompanied by a rough idle. I was able to get a service appointment quickly and they were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and despite the part being out of stock due to limited availability from Covid-19 setbacks in part production, Marlboro Nissan located the part and had me come back the next morning and within an hour I was back on the road with my problem solved. They always exceed my expectations.
Justin greeted me professionally and was very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of both outside and inside seating. Great experience! Side note - This is not where I bought my Nissan, but I didnt feel that I was treated any differently.
Best dealership I know. Been doing business with them for decades. Theyre honest. Their work is excellent. Never met an employee I didnt like. And...they tolerate me. :)
The hospitality and caring to help from service advisor Justin P. & the General Manager deserves 5 stars. These two were absolutely amazing and did everything as best they could to help me, they knew just as well as I did that something was wrong with my vehicle! As for the service manager and one of the lady service advisors I believe her name started with an M, didn’t even deserve the 3. I purchased a vehicle from Nissan 1 year ago, randomly my car began to stall with no causes or reason. My car was looked at multiple times and I was pushed away trying to convince me there was nothing wrong with it and I was basically SOL. This car was deadly and so unsafe to drive, It would stall going normal speeds on a straight away, and I was inches from being rear ended multiple times. I was told by the service manager that I would need to drive this unsafe car until I could figure out how to leave this vehicle there for them to look at for multiple days as they do not give loaners or rentals. (Come to find out from the GM the only reason I could not get a rental vehicle was because of my age, not ONCE did another employee say this to me, not even the service manager!). The lady service advisor I spoke to told me to call my warranty and file the claim number to see if they would cover a loaner vehicle - literally just making me play phone tag bag and forth continuously between warranty who said they couldn’t speak to me and her telling me I needed to call them. Both the service manager and the lady advisor we’re so extremely rude and we’re not helpful in even the slightest bit.Long story short, they did find a problem after telling me multiple times absolutely nothing was wrong with my vehicle! This was the BIGGEST HASSLE I’ve had to go through for a car I’ve only owned 1 year, so if you experience this issue with your Nissan (it happens to 1 out of 10 I’ve found out through all of this) DO NOT let them try to dismiss your problem by saying “there’s nothing wrong”!
These guys are great. And they have a comfortable and well stocked waiting room.
The service advisors are top notch here, and offer great advice for any vehicle..There are many service packages to choose from and can be difficult navigating through the scrap as to what needs to be repaired first.They in my opinion are the best and wont steer you wrong..

Don’t believe their no appointment one hour express service. Bought car here and at first attempt to service was told it would be at least two hours. I was doubting what sales had told me so 2 days before I double checked with the service department and they confirmed no appointment needed and car would be done in one hour. Clearly not the case.
