I drop off my car and get it back almost the same. I called and complain. The woman was nice, but I only have Monday off.. so she said bring it back. I am sorry, but you take my car for eight hours I expect a clean car. It was a joke.I would do a better job. Seriously read your reviews. She said to me I am baffled.I am thinking omg, I can’t believe you’re in business. She tells me come back on this date. She tells me I misinterpret the date. I was out of town that date. She insisted I was wrong with the date. I don’t think so.I call her. She says to me.. oh well, next time we will do better.She tells me, I will give you a discount.I am never going back again! Stay away!

I have had many things done to my vehicles at Toy Motorsports and The Toy Wash! I have to say I have been VERY HAPPY every time that I get one of my vehicles back! From a quick hand wash on my car, to a full on Diamond Detail! I have to say, after weekends at the beach with my nieces and nephews, my car seems to have more snacks and sand in it then the actual beach itself !! The guys at Toy always seem to get them looking perfect! I have had my windows tinted at Toy and they did a great job! I have also purchased new wheels and tires from them for both vehicles and even store one of my cars with them for the winter. Overall awesome service and great staff! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!!!

The old Groupon Bait-and-Switch.If you asked me whether our Highlander was cleaner than when we dropped it off I will tell you of course it was. If you asked me did I feel a little cheated, and was it more than twice as clean as the original Groupon I paid for? No, it absolutely was not.My Groupon was for a $115 Gold detailing (discounted from $165.) When the staff looked the car over, they told me the car wouldnt get anywhere near really clean, especially my seats and floor, unless we upgraded to their $235 Platinum package, which wasnt on the Groupon and wasnt discounted, so they could do shampooing and extraction. I wonder how many customers actually had the Gold detailing done vs. being convinced to upgrade to the more expensive option. In the end the seats should have been immaculate, the wheels pristine, etc. The car should have stunning, and it was just OK. It wasnt a bad detailing job, but it wasnt worth the money and it didnt leave me with a feeling like wed been treated honestly. We wont be back.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews without first trying to resolve the problems I faced. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but when that bad day prevents you from politely interacting with a potential customer it doesnt leave much other choice.I stopped by The Toy Wash for information on their advertised walk in services. From what I could see there was a single employee in the back working on a car. After waiting around 5 to 10 minutes, he finally noticed me only to brush off my questions.I was left with the impression that they were understaffed and overworked. If you are looking for walk in service, avoid them.

Guys are great, very accommodating, & they do a fabulous job. Period.

I drive a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 4-MATIC (Luxury Edition), shortly after purchasing my vehicle I decided to get some after market work done that the dealership could not provide for me. While searching for a shop to provide me with the services I was looking for I could not help but notice the lack of cleanliness and professional setting, that I became accustomed to through my experiences with multiple dealerships, was far and few in between. That is until I came across Toy Motorsports, their experience with high end automobiles warranted me paying them a visit. At the time they were a fairly new company, yet it was clear they already excelled in the areas I found that other shops were lacking. Upon visiting their facilities in Marlborough, I was met by friendly faces as well as a warm and welcoming environment. Being a new company they did not offer all of the services I was looking for to customize my vehicle, yet were more than happy to bring in a 3rd party to work out of their shop to assure I would drive away in a car that was customized to my exact specifications. It has been over 4 years since I first went to Toy Motorsports and I have watched them grow into the reputable, top notch, shop they are today. Over the years I have brought numerous vehicles to them, as well as recommended them to both friends and family whenever the opportunity arose. Therefore I can comfortably recommend that you pay them a visit to experience everything that they have to offer for yourself.

My car was disgusting, and they made it look brand new. I was expecting an extra charge it was so bad, but they didnt really even say anything. I appreciated it a lot! Going back for window tinting soon...
