They keep pushing my items back and it’s very frustrating when you have a date to get dropped of and you keep pushing me back. It’s very frustrating and not fair when they give you a date of when and they push it back for no reason. Cause they didn’t put it on the truck in time. I believe I have a big order they just have it sitting on the dock cause this don’t make any sense

I had fireworks being delivered and if anyone knows about freight reliever you have to wait let them call and set a day and a time frame up to meet them at your house to sign for your package and its usual during work hours so I have to leave work early or unexpectedly and its a hassle but you have to do it to get your package that is usually expensive well I got their call seen their plant they were delivering from and it was very close to me work I was able to set it up where I went and picked it up after work from them easy peasy so no delays on life just a quick call and a stop. So very good freight company to work with 5 stars for today thanks alot!

R +L Carriers is by far the worst company to use to have stuff shipped. My boyfriend and I frequently get deliveries as we have a tool truck and we pay for lift gate service to residential so it can be delivered to our house. EVERY single time we have a delivery I have to take off of work and then the driver refuses to deliver. He throws an absolute fit and says he will not deliver to our house. As of tonight we have product getting shipped back to our suppliers warehouse because the driver refuses to deliver to our house. It is the same driver every single time and he just is beyond lazy and just does not want to do his job. If i could give zero stars for this company I would. We have called so many times to try and get this figured out and ask if someone else could get this route and they just never solve the problem.

Casey is a very hard working honest man who stands by his word, good or bad news he is there. We were the one in a million during Covid who’s flooring was misplaced and he called us every hour letting us know we were NUMBER ONE priority and was honest that they didn’t know where our stuff was, NOW LET IT BE KNOWN, It was located within hours and delivery was made on time as expected but I want this know that this man is a gem! He went wayyyyy out of his way even after I got a little abrupt with him when I called and found out delivery could be late. Thank you Casey for going above and beyond! How often do people actually write reviews for experiences that are less than perfect! Even called after delivery to see if it was any less than perfect, all I could say was WOW! CASEY NEEDS A RAISE! Delivery guy was super nice too, Darnell I believe was his name

Do not use!!! Bad customer service. Horrible communication.Had a hot shipment and they came up with two different excuses as towhy they couldnt pick up, both lame since I explained to the dispatcher of the Markam, IL terminal exactly what the shipment contained.

Fast and professional

R&L is a truck driving company. They are fast and reliable when it comes to shipping your items. They do LTL and Truck loads. Great company.

The worst people you could ever work with. The drivers are lazy, rude and lie about being at the delivery location. The dispatches do not care about your shipment and do not do anything to help you. If you work with them, be prepared to go and pick up your own shipment, because they wont do it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If there was a no star option they would get it, Im here 30 mins early they tell me wait til 8 or 830 and come back come back at 8 and I walk in, and one guy is shaking his head like hes pissed off that Im here on time or early So they tell me 9 o clock. Cant wait to see their excuse at 9am. Very unfriendly here not one professional in sight.

The absolute worst place to receive anything from. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to give delivery times for two days of when delivery will take place only to be told that they cant find my package. After calling the company, I have received three different stories about my package. I will NOT EVER used them again.
