Ordered engineered bamboo. Six weeks after they cashed my check called and said my order was in. Warehouse messed up and only loaded half my order. Had to make two trips with rented truck costing me $$ for their mistake. Two boxes damaged and refused. Now have to wait weeks for replacement of damaged goods. Same experience as last three times I purchased flooring from them. OK product but problems with customer service and product delivery. Dont know if I will be back to do more business with LL as it has always ended in frustration.

Nice people, jovial. Clean and organized interior. I was delivering there, so one would enter from the right side of the building establishment, round back to the portable ramp.

After shopping for new hardwood flooring for a year, we found what we wanted at a price that beat out anybody else. They also had what we wanted in stock. Our salesman was more than happy to show us what a full box looked like. We have most of the floor down and the quality is great.

Highly recommend purchasing from Lumber Liquidators. Even though we installed ourselves, they were still more than willing to answer questions and be very helpful. The gentleman was very knowledgeable with the flooring and type of subfloors you can install on. If it wasn’t for his knowledge we wold not have the floors we always wanted (Brazilian Cherry). Very high quality product with top of the line customer service.

We had been looking for something to make our kitchen remodel pop. Alec helped us find a unique flooring we could use as an accent wall that really tied our farmhouse theme together.When we need more flooring or wall catching ideas, we will think of Lumber Liquidators first!

The bamboo flooring they sold us continues to contract. Flooring joints are breaking all over the house and the flooring is coming out from underneath all the floor moldings. The floor has shifted so much, the heating vents are now popping out.We have reported the problem to the store, but they wouldnt help. Instead, they told us to call the Lumber Liquidators help line, which has been no help either. After filing a claim, nothing has been done in the last 3 months. They say our claim is in process, but nobody returns our phone calls or emails. Their 30 year warranty seems to be completely worthless. Great, now Im going to have to find a lawyer. :-(

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences in dealing with a company. Our project to replace the entire first floor of our home with vinyl plank began in April. The installer came and measured...incorrectly. I questioned the measurements and was reassured all was fine. The store had to call the installer as he had not turned in his measurements timely. Put the money down, made the selection, picked up the flooring and paid the balance. The installer did not communicate well at all. I had to call to get a date to get the floor installed.... then he recheduled the install 3 times. We paid for our dogs to be out of our home so the install went smoothly and each day a different excuse. Finally we got a new installer who was very nice and helpful. He discovered we didnt have enough floor, numerous phone calls ensued only to find out they didnt make that flooring anymore. We needed to make a new selection. By this time we were so frustrated we canceled the entire job. After that, dealing with the people at the store has been difficult. The communication has been good in the moment, but then promises of calling back by end of day fell through twice. Today they picked up their flooring from our garage... that guy was great. It has taken nearly 3 months to resolve all of this and we did not get our floor. I would not recommend this business.

Had an awesome experience. Dont be worried about the bad reviews, they are inaccurate and people just like to complain. Addam gave me info on a floating floor that no other place in the area did and was helping me and 3 other customers. Even stayed late when I decided to come back and purchase before a sale ended. I left confident and relieved!

All ways get good deals on great flooring, the 2 week wait that comes along with most orders is worth the savings on the high quality flooring.

Quite possibly the best flooring store there is. Stores like Lowes or home depot dabble in everything but dont specialize in anything they switched installers 7 months ago and they are amazing reliable iowa construction owned by Jason Potts simply fantastic the newer manager Alec takes care of anyone who walks through the door the assistant manager Addam is incredibly knowledgeable with a large construction background and can answer whatever you need and xach is the newer addition and is very skilled for a man of his ageAsk Alec about how he can help you SAVE SOME SERIOUS MONEY ON YOUR PROJECT

Best flooring place in town for sure the staff is fantastic. I wish the company would let them hire another person as they need it when i was in on saturday. Both alec and addam are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The flooring was great, however purchase your stair treads/risers elsewhere. These are junk, the glue covering them does not allow for a good surface to stain, find them elsewhere for cheaper and better product. Product cant be returned after being stained either.

We had some issues with the last 8 boxes of vinyl flooring which did not get addressed on there end, so they did a small price adjustment on this 8 boxes.

I ordered butcher block countertops online. When they arrived, the local store let me know, and made pickup easy.

Ordered quarter round and additional finishing needs via web site, waited several weeks to receive and finally I called the store to find out what was going on. Found out & waited several more weeks before I was notified via email that the order was in so I called store to verify the order at which they said it was all in. So when I went to pick it up, they didnt have much of the order and told me if I paid several shipping charges I could have it shipped to my home. The shipping charges seemed excessive and some would cost more then the product itself. I was told that the reason there would be several shipping charges was because it wasnt cost effective for them to have them shipped to the store and that different items would come from different warehouses throughout the US. Worst ever experience. I was told that I could have avoided this all by having the order shipped when I placed the order on line, however, I gave them another chance and placed an on line order and paid for the shipping at this time and its several weeks later and no product & poor communication and Im unhappy.
