They have very poor bed side manors. I am a nurse when you enter a room you should introduce yourself. I don’t know the names of anyone that took care of me during any of the 3 visits. My most recent visit I wasn’t totally numb but they went a head and pulled that root out anyway. This time my appointment was at 5pm and they rushed thru everything just to get me back out the door. My second visit they took time to at least make sure I was completely numb before they started. This time they didn’t care I was out the door at 5:45. That’s being numb, getting a root canal, and 3 cavities fixed and filled and out the door. My mouth hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I was not able to talk without hurting very bad. Next day still in a lot of pain. I would not go to this place unless you have to.

Receptionists dont give a care in the world about what you call about. I was in severe pain from 2 of my front bottom teeth. When I called to schedule an appointment I had told them that I was in so much pain that I couldnt even eat. They tried scheduling my appointment 3 weeks later. I actually had to remind the receptionist that I needed to be seen way sooner than that because if my gums had been infected (which they were) then I could quite literally die. Once I reminded them of that I was scheduled for they next day. They removed my teeth at that appointment and then told me they would call me when my insurance sent approval for a partial plate. 4 weeks passed and I still heard nothing. So I called and the receptionist looked into it and informed me that my insurance approved the procedure. I asked her they hadnt called me to schedule and appointment and she couldnt give me an answer. So we scheduled my appointment to take a mold of my teeth so that they could fit me for my partial plate. They told me that it would take about 2-3 weeks for them to come in. It has now been 7 weeks since my last appointment, so I called back and asked for an update. They told me that they had my partial plates. I asked yet again why they didnt call me to schedule me to come and get them. Yet again they couldnt give me an answer. They couldnt even tell me how long ago they received them. They cant even get me in for another two weeks to get my partials. Im livid. I had my teeth removed 3 months ago and should of had new ones in a month and half max. But it seems that I have to do their jobs for them since they cant seem to even give me a call when they should. It is ridiculous that I had to call twice because they failed to call me when my insurance approved the procedure and when they actually received my partials. My appointment two weeks from now is my last one here.

Waited over an hour and a half for my appointment. They let half a dozen people ahead of me.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would!! Had an appointment for 4pm for my daughter to have 4 teeth pulled. We got there a couple minutes early filled out the paperwork and gave insurance card. At 4:40p we were still waiting and pt that had 430 appt were being called before us. There was another lady in the waiting room whos appt was for 4p as well and she was still waiting so we both went up to the counter, where we had to wait 10 more min for someone to wait on us bc they were ordering their food. We asked why ppl that had later appts were going before us and her answer was bc we had to verify your insurance but you two are up next to go back. At 5P we were both still in the waiting room as another PT was called back before us when we were just told we were next. So I go back up to the counter where I had to wait again for someone to come to the desk and again I ask why was my appt scheduled for 4pm if you werent able to get me in at that time bc its now 5pm and the girl just shrugged her shoulders at me so I said you dont know? And she just shrugged her shoulders again so I storm out the door bc I drove half n hour for that appt. After i left I thought about it and wanted a manger or corporates number so I go back and ask if I can have corporates number and she again shrugged her shoulders at me and I said you dont know corporates number she said no and she didnt know her managers either!!! This is by far the WORST place I have visited in a long time. The girls that are around the desk have bad attitudes and the one was dressed in Jean capris! Very unprofessional, customer service sucks the waiting room is filthy and you will wait FOREVER!!!! DONT STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE!!!!

I would give them no stars if it was possible worst place to go to and Marion..You can never talk to the dentist or an office manager and nobody ever tells you their name whenever they see you....worst place to go...DO NOT RECCOMEND ...

Very rude staff i dont know how they r still in business the employees act like they hate there job i feel like they r the only place to go to if you want them to pull all your teeth because thats what i feel like they push all the patients to do

If you love your family, friends, or even strangers - please do not let them receive services here. I have had nothing but complications with my on-going dental health from their services. I have had to find specialists to fix what they have done. In one instance, an assistant could not insert my filling correctly, after 4 attempts - she became frustrated with herself and I was scared of her behavior in caring for a patient (my last straw). I have never left a negative review for a company in my life and I thought this was so necessary to speak out.

Worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. Didn’t help at all waited over and hour for a prescription that was not needed. Very unprofessional lady and very unprofessional overall. I’m furious.

Ill never go back. Went in for a filling and while the nurse was doing the filling, she smeared it all over the front of my tooth.

Dr. Wise made me feel so comfortable and it was a really good dental experience compared to other places I ve been. They give good shots and that makes all the difference in the world I think.

Had to get 4 teeth filled, gave me 2 shots of Novocain. Sat in dentist chair for about an hour before dentist came and started drilling and by then i could feel my teeth and i told the dentist it was hurting. He then said im almost done and kept going. Then the lady who had to fill my teeth didnt do it right and now i cant close my mouth. Everyone there seemed like they hated their job. Unfortunate. Teeth look good tho

Never never ever will go back after this!!!!!They do a decent job cleaning my teeth but having any pulled is a joke! This will be my 3rd time going back to get bone spurs which are pieces of my tooth that broke off initially to get them removed. Lady told me its very common but my other 3 wisdom teeth that were pulled never had an issue and multiple people I know also said the same thing. Only reason Im going back is because I already paid them! Everyones experience is different, so Im just letting you know mine.

I had a chipped tooth and it got infected over the weekend.. they got me in and took care of it.. Dr Page and her staff was very kind and did a great job removing my tooth.. I have never been there till today.. I highly recommended here. The longest wait I had to do was getting numb.. i will be coming back in the future if I have any issues.. thank you Comfort Dental for fitting me in today and amazing service..

This place is awful and I wouldnt recommend going here. After waiting what seemed to be an eternity I was finally seen. It was recommended that I have 14 teeth pulled either here or a referral to an oral surgeon for sedation. I chose the latter after seeing how rude,unorganized, and severe lack of concern to my well being as a whole. I was sent home with antibiotics (the only good part), a referral,and a script for ibuprofen. Ibuprofen had not been helping due to the severity of my pain and I relayed that to the dentist but what I thought didnt seem to matter. I literally was in tears from the extreme pain that I was in. The receptionist was rude and acted like I was a bother when I asked her to ask the dentist for something stronger for my pain, obviously I had tried everything I could over the counter. Waste of my morning and still no relief. Its not their mouth and pain so they couldve cared less! I talked to 3 other dental offices after leaving and they all said that place is awful and nobody should go there, I concur! Hopefully my bad experience will save someone from going through the hell I did.

Please dont go here. I had some routine fillings about a month and a half a go and had toothaches and have not been able to eat on that side of the mouth. Frequent tooth toothaches. I went in to have them fix it. They drilled a bit (annoyed when I flinch at the pain) and told me its normal for fillings to hurt for 6-8 weeks and were done with me. It hurts worse now.Please, Im not an angry reviewer venting, Im sad it hurts and honestly scared Ill never be able to use that side of my mouth again. It was just a routine filling. Please go anywhere else. Go to a guy off the street-- Im pretty sure thats where they find their dentist anyway.

I have held off of my review of this place for over 6 months today was the final straw. From the begining their customer service was terrible. I knew I had an infection and needed a route canal the pain was unbearable. They kept prescribing me pills for an antibiotic. After I explained I do not take pills period maybe one but I cant take them 2x a day for 10 days. They have me a huge attitude but final wrote my script for liquid. I got better and it was time for the route canal in which they could not perform so the referred me to a dentist in Columbus. After that I was to return to comfort dental for the filling. The filling fell out 3 days later they then told me they would no longer treat me with no explanation. And since then the tooth the fixed has broken off randomly with the final tooth coming out today. Im not a patient at Aspen and theyre amazing. If you can at all see any other dentist by all means do it.

They were all awesome. I went into my visit dreading it and I left anxiously awaiting my next visit. Dr. Suvag was amazing and so professional. I definitely felt like they had my well-being and budget in mind. I would recommend everyone to go here.

Ive had a great experience both times Ive been here to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Wise is friendly and a great dentist! I would definitely recommend Dr. Wise if you come to have anything done.Ive read the other reviews and my wait time wasnt that bad either of my 2 visits. They got me right in and got to work. My first visit was like a total of 2 hours and my second visit was about an 1 1/2 hours but most of that was waiting on the numbing agent to set in.

I went there today to get 8 teeth pulled. I was scared to death. They calmed me down. And was so gentle. Didnt feel any of them and so fast. The worst part is numbing you. First time going there. I give them a thumbs up

4 oclock appointment, sat in waiting room until 4:40. Then sat in back until 5:15 before even being talked to. Then I sat there until 5:55 without a single person saying or doing anything. RUDE, SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUIT UNPLEASANT. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I broke a tooth a short time ago and thought itd be ok. It felt more like a chip. Then yesterday, at work, my filling fell out. Not good. There wasnt any pain...yet. I knew I needed to get it fixed asap. One reason because I didnt want any further damage and also because 4 days from now Im changing jobs and will have a lapse in insurance. Theres no way my tooth would survive broken and holey until the beginning of December. I called some local dentists here in Tiffin, Ohio that claimed to provide emergency services first thing this morning. No return calls. So I called comfort dental. The lady I spoke with tools me that they would squeeze me in somewhere if I could come in asap, but I might be waiting a while. I signed in at 9:52am. I provided my ID and insurance card and filled out forms. I went into a back room and surprisingly the dentist himself came and spoke with me! I explained my situation and he asked if I wanted other services or just my broken tooth worked on. I stated just the broken tooth. He said that would be no problem, they could fix that for me today. I was so relieved. I got in the back and they took x-rays of just the broken tooth. He explained to me that he could fix it but he highly suggested I get a crown. I asked him what that entailed and he literally drew a picture and explained it all to me. I said I would be willing to get the crown but since it is a 3 week process, my insurance probably wont cover anything beyond my resignation date. So he happily agreed to fill my tooth instead and offered further services once my new insurance starts. The procedure was pain free, even the injection. I was stunned. I paid for my filling and stated I would call to set up the appointment for the crown at a later date. I was in my car by 11:45am! The entire staff was cheerful and professional. They treated me with respect. They did not try to pressure me into services I was not seeking. And they truly understand what a dental emergency entails. At least what it meant to me! This had to be taken care of today as it was my only day off and my insurance ends this week. So, I appreciate every little thing they did! Great job guys!

I had fillings done in june and its now october I still cant eat on my left side. The pain was extravagant for over 2 months ... I felt like they did a root canal instead of fillings.... My mouth is still very sensitive .... Will be finding a new dentist ...

My daughter had braces for the last 22 months without many issues. The last two months have been nightmarish. First they forgot to document the fact that she had rubber bands and refused to give me any until I produced her. Well, she got to miss school and I got to miss work for that. You would have thought we were trying to get drugs instead of little pieces of rubber!!This month she is to be de-banded and have impressions, and after waiting for 40 minutes after our appointment time, we still havent been seen. It was an error on their part. Even though we were told we would be next, three other people went before us. Guess who got to miss more work and school for nothing? Guess who gets to miss more school and work to get the same procedure done that shouldve been completed in a timely fashion today?I suppose this is our punishment for going with one of the less expensive orthodontists, and I would highly recommend doing your research on all ortho options before settling on Comfort Dental. They have gotten thousands and thousands of dollars from us, and this is how we have been treated. If we werent less than two months away from being done, I would be looking for another orthodontist!! 😑😡

At my age Ive seen my share of Bad dentist, this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had, the only 2 teeth they fixed the fillings fell out of them (1st one in a couple of weeks) they fixed it again and yes cam out again. the sides of the tooth was not smooth I could get floss between the teeth they worked on.I felt as if I was a product on an assembly line, one person drilled, then another filled, then someone else finished it up (this was the normal practice at 4 visits I had) At the last time the experience was so bad I had a major anxiety attack by the time I left. And I never went back (dont bother calling to talk to a supervisor as they dont have any I was told) If I could give minus stars I would

Had alot of teeth pulled they did a Awsome job. They talk to and let you know whats coming. If you feel any pain they stop and num that area more. I was really pleased. They said I did a good job. They did a great job.

The first visit went alright aside from the fact that they werent able to get me completely numb. The second visit is where things went wrong. The dentist started working on my teeth and stopped a few minutes later. He said he didnt want to torture me because they were having trouble getting me numb again. I understand that he wasnt trying to hurt me, but when I went home I was in the WORST pain of my life. I dont know what he did to my teeth, but they havent stopped hurting since I left that place. Ive been to the hospital and everything. Ive come to the conclusion that my mouth is probably infected. However, thats not the reason Im giving them a one star rating. Id give them zero if I could because after I left they didnt do anything to help lessen the severe amount of pain that I was and STILL am in. I havent slept in over three days due to this excruciating pain. Now, Im starting to break out in sweats and get lightheaded out of nowhere. This is truly the worst pain Ive ever felt in my life. And I feel like if I didnt go to Comfort Dental, I wouldnt be in this much pain. They should change their name to Discomfort Dental because I havent felt this much discomfort and pain in my life.

These people were worse for my teeth than the cavities I came in with. They hit the nerve in my upper jaw with the anesthetic needle, and left me with blinding pain for three months until it calmed down because there is nothing that can be done for that. They shaved off parts of my enamel and left bare patches that couldn’t be filled. I can no longer chew crunchy foods on one side of my mouth. I went in with no pain and only a few quote “minor” (their word, not mine) cavities that needed filled. Now I have constant dental pain that ranges from mild to severe. Please, PLEASE save yourself the misery and find somewhere with truly qualified staff!

I found the staff unprofessional and offensive in several ways.

Dr Wise is the owner and lied about cavities my 8 year old had. He made money filling them though. My new dentist confirmed the fillings were not needed. He also told us dhe did not need numbed for these superficial cavities and she cried in pain the whole time. Never again.

It was horrible, I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room, as I watch a bunch of people get called back that had came in way after I had. Finally I just got so aggravated that I just walked out. As a parent I dont have the time to just be sitting in a waiting room that long.

Im really difficult to numb and they did an excellent job.
