Patrick is amazing. Hes knowledgeable in so many areas of home building. He did an amazing remodel on my main bathroom a few years ago. Yesterday I had an issue with my hot water tank. I called Patrick on a Sunday and he came over and fixed me up. I could have had 50 gallons of water on my basement floor but thanks to Patrick that didnt happen. Hes honest and has integrity. I wouldnt hesitate to call him for any remodel or home building needs. Great guy!!!!

Wow! Best contractor Ive ever hired. Madison Plumbing replaced my entire bathroom floor to ceiling. Everything is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Patrick is quick to respond, gives accurate estimates in writing, is very talented and knowledgeable, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the homeowner happy. He checked in with me at the beginning and end of every day to explain how the project was going. He included several extras at no additional cost because he truly wants the end results to be stunning. Ill be calling Madison Plumbing when its time to remodel the kitchen.

Patrick came to our house to install a new kitchen sink, but informed us that the adhesive that had been used to secure the old sink wouldnt come up without ruining our counter-tops. He then went on to provide us with measurements for our counters and cabinets so that we could get pricing on replacement counter-tops, and re-assembled the parts of the sink that he had taken out prior to discovering the adhesive problem, all free of charge. He was very helpful and fair, and we would be happy to work with him again in the future!

This is the first review I have ever written, but I want to share how pleased I am with the work Patrick did for me. I had him do a remodel my 70s bathroom from the ground up. He removed my old tub surround and replaced it with a beautiful new caulk free one. He replaced the fixtures I had chosen and since I have already had one hip replacement, I purchased an aging in place bar that he placed on the wall next to the tub for assistance getting in and out of the tub. He retextured the walls, removed old tile and replaced it and placed a curved shower curtain rod. He listened to any concerns I had and made suggestions if needed. He was also excellent at explaining what he was doing and readily answered any questions I had. He is also excellent about being on time and cleaning up after he was done for the day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you want a high quality job done on a home renovation job, give Patrick Madison a call.

The basement finish project which Patrick did for us turned out great. Patrick was flexible in working through the project changes which always come up. He went the extra mile to make the room turn out. The project was finished on time and within estimates. When it came to details, Patrick knows what is required and gets it done. Along with everything else, he is a great person and on a side note, Patricks first day on our job, was his sons first day at daycare.

They fit us into their schedule when our water heater broke unexpectedly in December. Thankfully the manufacturers warranty covered the new part. Madisons ordered the replacement part and had it overnight priority mailed to our home, and then they didnt charge us a service fee after they came to install it. Instead, the technician wished me a Merry Christmas. Great service!

Madisons Plumbing was quick to help out over the phone and in person. They fit me into a tight schedule and produced excellent results. Madisons installed a tub valve and installed a soaker tub into a turn of the century home where complications arise. And they did, however Madisons solved the issues and made corrections to make things right. The work is above and beyond excellent and the price is extremely competitive and fair. I will continue to use Madisons Plumbing for plumbing, carpentry, and natural gas appliance connections as I know the job will be done right the first time.

Im someone who likes to understand whats going on, and Patrick identified that immediately and kept me in the loop, explained everything he was doing, and made sure to check in with me every day.He was extremely respectful of my home and it was actually cleaner when he left that before he arrived. He worked with me to identify a reasonable budget and didnt go over what I had allotted. The shower and bath are incredible quality and will last a lifetime.Im new to the renovation world and was scared to tackle my first project, but having Madisons Plumbing was the best decision I could have made. Stayed within budget, gutted, redesigned, fixed a moldy subfloor, tiled floor and walls beautifully, installed all new bathroom fixtures, etc. Everything done under 10 days and within my budget of $7500. We bought an old house that needed to be extensively remodeled. We hired Madison Plumbing because we needed to replace all the water and sewer lines in the house. During this replacement we discovered many other skills Madison Remodeling can do. The scope of our project grew and grew and we hired Madison for a total of 4 weeks. During that time we replaced all plumbing, gutted the kitchen, & two bathrooms. Took the upstairs bathroom and turned it into a laundry room, took a bedroom and turned it into a large bathroom, moved a doorway, and added a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. Opened up walls for the HVAC guy to run new air ducts to the 2nd floor. Installed drywall and textured in (7 rooms) the kitchen, Dining area, lower bathroom, upstairs bathroom, laundry and master closet. He installed the flooring & fixtures in our lower bathroom. Along with other adhoc jobs along the way. This was a very large project which was handled efficiently and clearly demonstrated his experience remodeling homes. Once we get our kitchen cabinets installed we will have him complete the installation of the kitchen fixtures. We are very pleased with the work that was completed. There are several more projects to complete on this house as time and money will allow. We hope to schedule Madison for them.

I hired Madisons Plumbing / Remodeling Contractors to remodel my kitchen. I decided to gut the kitchen completely and start fresh. They coordinated all of the permits, inspections, demolition, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, cupboards, and countertop needs. The company was very professional and always available for questions and willing to accommodate my many requests and changes during the project. You could say the project started out as one thing and evolved as it went on. I was glad that they were careful to lay down drop cloths and clean up the area at the end of each day. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the outcome and excited to get everything put away and organized and start cooking once again. We just need to add a backsplash on the wall and then we are finished. The cost was much less than most other companies would have charged for similar work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Madison Plumbing to do a simple water heater replacement. Simple is not how it turned out. The water heater was 17 years old and so full of sediment that it wouldnt drain. Patrick and his co-worker ended up having to carry the full water heater up the stairs. Then to installed the water heater they had to use some tricks of the trade to make sure the water line welds would hold since we couldnt find the source of the water drip in the line with all known faucets opened. The new water heater is wider than the old so Patrick had to also reroute the gas line so that there was enough space between it and the wall to fit a washer/dryer past. They cleaned up their mess extremely well. Patrick was extremely fun to have work in our home and we would use him again.

I have used Patrick Madison for projects both at my business and my home. Most recently he finished a renovation of a bathroom in my home after the plumbers who installed a shower/tub unit, did not handle the drywall and never gave me the contact information on a drywaller they used a lot. Patrick provides all of those services, which unfortunately I didnt know before I hired the plumbers to put in the shower/tub unit. I would have saved a couple of thousands of dollars if I had contracted for Patrick to do the entire job.
