Living here for the past 2 years...love my apartment and most of people here.

Marion towers now clean place for older people to live nice and quiet good parking also

I have a couple of Family Members that live at the Marion Towers Apartments and I find that it is a clean building and the apartments that I have seen have all been remodeld and are very Nice.There have been some changes every since Co-vid has hit Us, there isnt an Activities Director at this time, there isnt anyone that cleans, the common rooms are closed.Hopfully this will be changing very soon.

It was very clean. The people are nice and helpful.

Moved in 1&1/2 years ago nice place for seniors

I helped my disabled aunt move in. The residents were helpful when they could by holding open the doors while i hauled in large items. The hallways were very clean and her apartment was newly carpeted and painted. The manager was helpful. But the only negative was that the elevator wasnt big enough to haul up my aunts couch.

Marion Towers is home to many of our Elderlymen and women.They have nice income based apartments there that have been all remolded in the last couple of years.They do group activities with the tenants that life there such as Bingo,cards and make artistic items with the activities department to keep them busy having fun and socializing with one another

The whole building has bed bugs

Its my job to transport people there and from thats all i do

Mom lives there very clean and safe

Parking is a joke for seniors and disabled alike. Then lets talk about the constant breaking down of elevators. Lot of rift raft that runs in and out of it. This place out lived its usefulness. Good riddens.

Smells like cigarettes and the elevator is always broke

Many staff issues and maintenance. Not the best

Appers nice, but its only skin deep. I wouldnt let anyone I love move in. More like a prison than a living community. Management does not care about the tenants only their property and they tell them that.

I got almost everything here very comfortable n all access are available also quiet place

Good sized apartment space wise has a lot of room

Dont move here the elevators break down all the time. One elevator been broken for 1 1/2 yrs. Management keeps saying they are going to fix it.

I like the rental agreement and all utilities pd. And basic cable TV is 12.00 mth. I love my apartment.

Needs repairs. Needs driver for people. Needs updating.

Nice retirement community, love the renovations they are doing to stay modern

2 elevators in front of the building, one is always broke and then both broke down, forcing the senior citizens to WALK down flight after flight of stairs to reach the third elevator but to only have that elevator break down all the same time.

Elevators dont work half of the time

Always very clean. Enrichment through activities and community meals. REALLY cares about their tenants.

Lots of problems with the elevators and door phone lately.

Cant have no one to overnite
