Terrible customer service. Supposed to open at 8am on Saturday morning. Showed up at 7:55am. Gate locked and no one around. Finally showed up at 8:15am. Left and went to AmeriRent.

A A rentals is a joke they advertise on line that they open at 8 am I have called them 15 times in a half hour and no one would answer the phone I will make the drive and go somewhere else

Staff here are great. Been here on 6 different occasions and not a glitch. Decent prices as well.

I rented a Penske truck from them which was the biggest one they had. The truck was clean and it was nice no issues with the truck. But with the walkthrough it would have been nice if he would have showed me a little bit more how to operate this truck moving truck I should say it was equipped with air brakes and a couple other things which I havent done in a really long time it would have been nice for a little go about but instead he just handed the keys to me and walked off that was the only downfall other than that the staff was friendly and nice and they made it a little easier for me to move since I had moved from Indiana to a different state almost 5 hours away but like I said my only complaint was I think they should talk to people a little bit more about these types of moving trucks that are equipped with air brakes and air shocks and all that but thats why I gave four out of five stars

Horrible equipment! And an extremely rude maintenance man. I rented an auger and when it did not work, I returned it. They refused to give me a refund and even called the police because I asked how they could operate a business like they were. I have never been treated with such disrespect. The police did nothing and I left. DO NOT waste your money or time as this is NOT a genuine hospitable business. I am ashamed that I fell into this trashy trap.

Great, friendly service, small town hospitality at its best. Dawn is a great asset to the company, and her willingness to help, in whatever way she can, is refreshing!
