I was there off and on for over 10 years I cant stand the place over all but my family wanted me to go there so I did what did I get for my troubles a mandatory Payee..and when I changed my Payee to someone else they kept 200.00 that I still had in the bank if you go there for a Payee be warned..I liked Dr spare he is a trip even though hes the one who sent a request for me to have a Payee...I bounced from there services and Im happy with the people who I go to now

I have been in assistance over 2 years just about and the therapists are well mannered and helpful

A family member of mine attended this place for a little over a year and that was the longest they could tolerate it. She only needed medication but she was FORCED to take monthly counseling. All that did was make matters worse, especially since the counselor made insulting remarks to her. The last place she went to did not require counseling. She only had to speak to the doctor once every three months, and that was a state funded mental health center in another county. I have nothing against counseling, but it should be for those who want it. It shouldnt be forced on somebody who doesnt need it or want it as this would make more time for those who do want it.

The people here are extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist greets you with a smile and answers the phone in a friendly and helpful manner.

I have been in contact with this place as well as it has been in contact with me for the 3+ years I have been in Marion its people have made me mentally a little better & we r continually working on me

The intake process is extremely slow. 1 1/2 hrs wait JUST to see the1st person. A 2+ hr wait so far. I sat in the waiting area and watched the girl, in one office(Cary. the office door said), mess with her cell phone in between each person see saw. Very frustrating. She definitely was not in any hurry to get everyone through. The lobby was full and no place for my daughter to sit. They tell you to shut the door for privacy and then someone randomly opens the door to get a file. There has to be a more efficient way to process intake patients. So, now we are told that the next appt to see a counselor is in two hours because they only use cancelled appointment slots to see intakes. So, we left and came back 2 hrs later. This has turned into an all day process and my daughter is missing a whole day of school. We are finally done....at 1:30pm. Smh

Their Dr.is a so called Dr. On the street its called a wantabe. And the nursing staff does not do their job and blame the client for their mistakes. What a JOKE. Well its no wonder their secuss rate is low. Their killing people.
