Excellent service they helped me to find the perfect engagement ring

I brought in my wedding set after one of the bands cracked due to poor workmanship by another jeweler. The staff was great but this review is about the quality of the work the jeweler did. I have been married for 17 years and my wedding set looks BETTER than it did when my husband and I picked it out all those years ago. I am super impressed. Because of the previous jewelers errors my set required a lot of work (more than just fixing the band that I brought it in for). The jeweler was gracious enough to fix the set at the price I was originally quoted even though the set took a lot more time. I am grateful for his hard work and his work ethic.

Andy was very nice to work with, we customized some old diamonds into new ring. For custom work, much cheaper & better than kay jewlers ever was.

They do a good job in ring sizing but the first time is pretty costly.

They tried to overcharge me for repair of setting hooks and they werent even damaged. Not a good place to go overpriced jewelry

Today my Mamaw and I went into the jewelry store to have something done for my Mamaw. We had the BEST experience with all the ladies!! My Mamaw shared lots of memories about my Papaw, who has been with the Lord for only 2 months!! I also got to catch up with a lady from school. Needless to say this made my Mamaw day and my day as well. Not only sharing all the memories we also bought the most beautiful necklace!!
