The environment is clean and quiet. Such a nice place to clear your head and get a work out in.

I enjoy the variety of group classes, friendliness of the staff, and professional trainers to push me. The video workouts have kept me motivated and moving during this time of being away from the gym.

High membership fees, monthly, plus an annual fee... for what? The TVs on machines never work right (audio jacks), and when you put in a request to fix, they go ignored. All the while, the owner is driving around in a new Cadillac written off as business expense. Then, after 6 years of membership dues paid in full, they need 30 more days to cancel. But hey, theyve got a nice array of free weights.

Great place for a quick workout or early cycle class. Love the 24/7 access. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Pros:clean, not too busy, friendly environmentCons: cardio machines really need to be updated. Half of the tv screens dont work.

Music here needs to be changed. Not good at all! Some of its creepy!
