I called the company to get my chimney fixed. They told me on the phone how I would need to pay 85.00 up front for an estimate. Then they would apply the cost to the job if we did it. My intention was to have them do it so I agreed. They were two weeks out from going to look at the job. They called me from the house that the work needed done at and told me what was wrong. They said they will work up a price and get it to me that afternoon since i was working and in the office which is in Marion where they are located. They came and brought me a price and a contract. They asked for 374.00 deposit including the 85.00 for the estimate. Then I asked for a certificate of insurance and a W-9. The man left and called a few minutes later and said he would have to rewrite the contract. I never heard from him again until I received a letter that says that they cant do my job because they are booked through spring of 2018. Wouldnt they know this before they went on the estimate and then did the estimate and then wrote a contract and had taken my money? I asked for insurance certificate and that must have been the deal breaker!!! They did send my money back with the letter. I posted the letter but I do not see it in my post.

They responded promptly to our inquires, they came when they said they would, calling first, and took care of our needs efficiently. Their work was very professional, very caring and just what we needed. Their prices were fair and conduct superb. Great Job!

I had an appointment for over a month with this company, the appointment time came and went with out a phone call or an e-mail. When I called them an hour after the appointment time. I was asked if they could call me back in an hour or so. Didnt happen, tried to call them back 1and a half hour later they wouldnt answer the phone. Imagine that. dont waste your time.

Jerked me around for 3 weeks never did the job lost $600 in rent waiting then they no show and when I finally get ahold of them they tell me they cant do the job.
