The BEST AUTOMATIC CAR WASH in town, fast, Ive never had to have my truck rewashed, always cleaned the first time, no matter how dirty it was. I get the top of the line Platinum wash, it applies the tire dressing, carnauba wax, gets the bugs off, shines my aluminum wheels and besides blow drying, it has the chamois at the end that drys the sides and top of the vehicle, so its dry coming out. Plus as a customer you can use their top of the line free vacuums and trash to clean out your vehicle.The Platinum plan costs a little more, but I can wash my truck everyday if I want. Well worth the investment, shines so much more, looks like it was hand waxed If youve never tried Buckeye Car wash, next to Taco Bell on Rt 95, go and get the Platinum wash once, youll get a free air freshener every time and cloth to clean your dashboard or anything else, try it, youll never go back to wherever you had been going, well worth the change and investment.

The guys and girls are friendly and eager to help you at the kiosk. Always polite! I do monthly membership. 1 things I dont like, vacuums suck so hard its really difficult to use

Always wash my vehicles here like the attentiveness of the staff always friendly and helpful and i like that they have the bug scrubbing brush before you enter the car wash during the summer months and the vacuum with the purchase of a wash

They try put too many cars thru the wash at one time resulting in poor wash

Didnt have a blower to blow dry .so water spots all over windows.If it stated no blower I didnt see it.

The gold wash is the only one that actually cleans bugs off your car. The two lower tier washes barely do anything.

Pretty good car wash however you MUST talk to the guy with no mask and he MUST stand directly outside your window. You may not use the car wash without interacting with the unmasked man. Hes a nice guy and all however I wont be back soon.

There a decent car wash.

I went to Buckeye Express today to setup my monthly wash account. Anna went above and beyond the call of duty to help remove an old window sticker for me. Anna also helped me get my Jeep washed when the sticker was not working. All of the employees there were great to work with! I anticipate the issue will be fixed tomorrow!!

I just went through the car wash and afterwards I used the blue towel (the employee gave me) to wipe off my mirrors. And then I noticed how dirty my truck still was. After randomly spot wiping dirt, the towel looks went from light blue to dark brown.... The entire thing.This car wash is a complete waste of your money and your time. Now that Ive washed my car here I need to go down the road and find another car wash to clean my car.

The BEST car wash around! I come from Dublin to go to this car wash. They have a solution to put on your car before the wash to get rid of bugs. The wash always gets my car clean and free sweeper afterward! Great value for the money!

In May my went though and care wash took off the bumper. This on handicap van. It caused damage to my ramp electric system. Damage over $3000.Not happy bad choice for a car wash management poor service. This happened May the 24th and we are still fighting with them.

My daughter loves the wash car and asks to go all the time. Its really affordable with free vacuums, which is very nice. You can also get a monthly membership for a low cost with unlimited washes. There are also employees who help you cash out, give you a free air freshener and towel to wipe your vehicle. We always use this car wash!

Never going back. On July 4th I went through the wash and my truck came out with paint missing just under the passenger side doors. Went in and filled out a report and was told Id get a call back multipletimes. Didnt receive a call back from Amy, the manager, until weeks later telling me to go get an estimate for repairs to my truck. Turned in my estimate and now waiting on a call again. This has been going on for a month now.Sad a business cannot take care of things that they did to a customer in a timely manner, or fill them in on whats going on.

It does a great job on my car, but misses rear SUV and trucks, but most car washes do. Still does nice job washing. Staff seem great. You get a air freshener and cloth to wipe off. The dryers get most of it so you dont have a lot to wipe off. The free vacuum is nice. Its nice to have a decent car wash on that side of town.

OVERRATED... Brushes fail to clean car sufficiently. Blowers arent worth a darn - vehicle still wet after completion.

I like this place. Its nice that they have a pleathera of vacuum stations waiting for you when drive out of the wash area.

If you wash your vehicle alot, then the monthly packages are fantastic. Location is clean and seemingly kept in good working-order. I use it all the time.

There is no better service than the Express Car Wash in Marion, Ohio I was a platinum member until I moved, and I seldom was displeased with their level of service. I wish the company had a wash in Willard, as I miss my ability to wash my truck whenever I wanted. Unfortunately the Express in Norwalk is to far to rejoin.

Very disappointed from a business I supported since they opened. Bought a Jeep Liberty last week with no dings, dents nothing wrong with it, took it through the Marion car wash and it cleaned up beautifully! My fiancé then went and got me the fast pass! I was so excited we went straight over to the car wash the next day.. we went through the man checked the car as he was supposed to including our mirrors and when we came out the mirror was chipped. We spoke to the manager who was very rude. They took pictures and also said they ran the tape and nothing was done by them. I am so mad! Yes, it’s a small chip and a simple I’m so sorry would of fixed all this. Instead they said we could contact their attorney Andrew Bush. I am so disappointed that is not good customer service. We weren’t looking for free anything just a simple I’m sorry would of worked!

Pretty good wash. Misses the back part of my tailgate. Friends that have SUVs say the same thing. Free vacuum and drying cloth is nice. Shines wheels decent too.

I have the platinum package and CONSTANTLY have had a issue with it not reading my sticker in my window, therefore a lot of the times making the car behind me back up. The girl that I spoke with informed me that they didnt have a district or corporate phone number for complaints and she would forward my info on. I received a call from a gentlemen that stated he was in charge, not only was his customer service skills horrible, he was very rude. Talk about unprofessional AND unacceptable! I heard there is a new place coming in, will be taking my service there.

Had a few nice days and took car in for a cleaning. Love area to wipe down and sweep out car.

I think its pricy for the quality of clean you get. If the car is dirty you will need to do it yourself and use some elbow grease. If the car is already clean it does a okay job maintaining it

So I just bought my truck. I have had it 2 days and I decide to go here and get it washed. I make it to the end and its getting dried by the towel rollers and the rollers rips the turnsignal out of my mirror. The employee was super helpful and got it for me and helpped me with the paperwork. The manager that should be fired tells me because it is over 10 yrs old I cant do anything for me. I have a factory part that was broke by your carwash and you wont fix it!? Horrible service! Worst place ever! Ever worse management!
