Great place to rent a vehicle. Awesome customer service, great prices and very clean, new and reliable vehicles!! They have my business every time.

Ok place. The lady who runs the joint, thinks that people must rent cars every day. She talks a mile a minute and if you dont understand what she says, she gives you a look like you should. Another thing is she lies... I rented a vehicle for 5 days but told her I may need it a little longer. She told me to CALL BY NOON the day before the return date, to let her know and she would extend my rental. Called, told her what she told me to do, now tells me I need to come back in to renew the rental contract. Stopped everything I was doing, went back into town just for them to swipe my card and add 4 more days to my contract.... something they can do OVER THE PHONE. Needless to say I wont be using them again.. Ill just spend the extra money and go to ENTERPRISE.

I have always rented from here and had a great experience, until now. Recently when I rented, I explained where I was driving (to Indy). They know my home address. (North of Marion) I didnt get unlimited miles, only 150 a day. I called them immediately to tell them I needed unlimited miles. (Early the next morning) They said not to worry about it, that the cost would be the same either way. (I explained where I was going prior to renting.) When I returned the car, they charged me an additional $80. When it would have been only $35 for unlimited. Arlene said we always tell people if they are going to the airport to get unlimited. Well she didnt tell me! Dont talk to anyone except Arlene, she evidently is the boss. What they did do is rip me off. I will not rent from them again EVER!!

Had a few questions about renting a trailer

I arrived at the rental counter (in some shady neighborhood far from the airport) where I was told they “had ZERO cars available”. Important detail...I had prepaid for a rental months before. This company should be shut down. Ridiculous.
