I took my vehicle in for an oil change yesterday afternoon on my way home from work and it will be the last time I take my vehicle to a Mike Anderson dealership. I called first thing in the morning (trying to be courteous) to make sure someone would be available to do the oil change that afternoon around 4:30 as Ive done in the past and I was told that they would be available but prefer to have them done earlier if at all possible. I left work early to try to get there asap and got there around 4:20. Right away, the service manager asked if I could come back the next day because they were planning on leaving early. Due to conflicting plans the next day, I told him I wouldnt be able to. He proceeded to start using foul language and instructed the technician to get it in here and get it done. As I apologized for being an inconvenience, he says in a sarcastic tone, no problem I just had my kids ball game at 5. As I was waiting for them to finish, the service manager comes in to the waiting area to tell me from now on I need to take it to the other Marion location since theyre open later. They finished the oil change at 4:45 (still 15 min before close). As someone who has worked in a customer service-based capacity in the past, the way this manager acted toward a paying, RETURNING customer was completely inappropriate. For a company that boasts on their TV commercials about doing everything for the customer and trying to make the customers happy, they certainly didnt live up to their sales pitch this time around. Dont worry, I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

Place is weird I buying a truck threw them and still need a co signer but all ready buying one threw them ?
