The lady that cut my hair was so nice and personable. She did a great job on my eyebrows and hair. The older lady that greeted me was not. She was not pleasant. When I checked in she had a rude tone and said someone would get to me eventually. She even made a comment to her colleague about not wanting to cut my hair. I’m sure she assumed I couldn’t hear her. This isn’t professional in my opinion. I would never be hateful towards a customer in my facility. Even if I thought they couldn’t hear me.

Marcy screwed my moms hair up, acted like she had no basic knowledge of cutting a bob, it looks like someone took a chainsaw to the back of her head nothing is even, she was so embarrassed that she left as soon as she could. The stylist told her “you look so cute with that hair cut” and instead of showing her the back she told her to feel it and asked it it felt right. She also said “it’ll look better when you get home and blow dry it”.

Got my sons haircut the other day. Kylie was wonderful with him. He is autistic and all he likes to do is talk. She never once lost her patience with him and she did a wonderful job on his hair. I highly recommend getting your haircut here, all the girls were really nice and friendly. The service was quick and wonderful. Definitely coming back.

Cash only, have a mask or they have them for $1, be polite & respectful to anyone out doing their jobs, follow their rules that are set in place for safty&health reasons.The hair dressers were lovely, flexible with walk ins, appointments are easier&quicker. If child needs cut, they will need a mask also the entire time during cut. I walked in not knowing it was cash only, having to wait for a card as well as being a walk in they were available at that time i didnt want to run home to get my card.Thank you to the woman who cut our hair&my brows! Myself and my wife went to get a haircut today. We have been going to this location for years. Neither one of us was happy with the cuts that we were given. You can only pay with a card. When my wife went to pay, she had to give a tip of $3.60 to both stylists. So, 31.90 for 2 cuts and 7.20 for tips. We tip based on performance, it shouldn’t be automatic. Not sure if we will be returning!

The women there are wonderful and very friendly. I always have Danielle Potts cut my hair and she does a fantastic job. She always makes sure I’m happy with what she did before I leave.

Very friendly staff. All the girls are very nice. I’m always greeted when I walk in. I’ve never had a bad experience from any of the stylist. Highly recommend this salon. 😊

Got my sons hair cut, asked for it finger length on top and no guard on sides. Not at all what he was given. Its so short on top you can see his scalp. And to top it off, its not remotely even or faded right. Used to come to this location all the time before, wont be back again.

This place was ok ... .it wasent the best ..but not the worst either. I think everywhere you have to wear a mask while paying for a service is kinda gloomy fr.

Walked in to attempt to get a haircut. Was not welcomed and instead ignored. Eventually a lady came to the register. She failed to greet me and instead I greeted her. She failed to ask if I was there for more than just a haircut. She stated that a stylist would be with me shortly. There was only one other customer in front of me.The lady went toward the back to tell a stylist that I was here and the stylist just scowled at me from the back of the salon. I sat there for a few minutes and just got a really negative vibe, so I split and went to the Super Cuts in Delaware, OH and received much better service and friendliness.

Cheaper than other haircut salons for mens hair. The stylist wasnt used to my hair so it didnt turn out exactly as I wanted however Im pleased.

I just love my hair color and cut. Stephanie does a great job. She doesnt make you feel rushed and focuses all her attention on you.

The wait times are not usually longer than 20 minutes. The stylists really listen and provide good advice about styles and upkeep. They are friendly and I always leave there in a good mood. Services for men, women and children. They have cut, styled and colored my hair. Ive never been disappointed in their work.

Absolutely butchered my hair. I tried telling them where my hairline was and instead of listening to me they chopped away at my hair like Jason Vorhees.

My husband goes and gets his hair cut here all the time by a select few. Well not anymore. There is only 1 stylist that does his hair correctly and there is 1 other who does okay but has to touch it up once or twice. Anyone else butchers it and it is the most basic haircut!! This time it looks terrible there is no way we can salvage it! There are only 3 stylists that are polite and don’t give dirty looks when you walk in the door. Do not go here if you care about your hair. But if you don’t care about getting an “okay” haircut be my guest! -3/5

Its hit or miss here. Ive gotten some great unique hair cuts that they will nail. But Ive also gotten my hair dyed and theyve done an awful job. Ive brought family and friends to get simple hair cuts and theyve ruined it. It really depends on who does your hair. Some of these girls are out of here with talent and others just seem to hate being here and cant wait to leave. That being said its the only place I will go for a hair cut because 9/10 they nail it.

Terrible service. The women working in there were so rude. The lady cutting my hair (Stephanie) seemed like she wanted me out of there asap. Didnt even offer to style it! Then the woman watching (she also worked there) gave me nasty looks just because I dye my own hair. (Excuse me for not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars for a dye job I can do myself for $20.) I felt so belittled. But I still gave her a $5 tip for a $15 cut. She didnt deserve it at all but I try to be the bigger person. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Scheduled an appointment and took 15 minutes before I walked up and asked how much longer it was going to be after I found out it would be another 30-45 minutes I wasn’t going to wait any longer so I left. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when they don’t value it and instead take a whole family who came in at the same time as me and didn’t have an appointment.

I just can say I strongly suggest glo somewhere else.

Went for my bridal party the day off my wedding and each of my bridal party s hair fell out. Everyones hair needed to be redone at the venue. Fighting to get money back.

Had perm there last June had hair falling out. Went in Sept. Perm. Said they had no cotton to catch the solution. What a messSolution everywhere. Went in for perm Dec. Did perem but added what she called solution to keep hair healthy. Charged extra 10.00 for this. Did not ask if I wanted this. So I paid extra 10.00 for tablespoon of what ever. Nor happy with this place at all.

Their phone is always busy and when I finally got ahold of someone she lied to me about how much the cost for a childs hair cut is. She told me it cost double what it is supposed to be.

I set up an appointment on line because we have a tight schedule today. Everytime I do this they over schedule. I have tried this a few times now with this salon, and they are always short staffed. If you cant keep up with your appointments then dont do on line scheduling and disrupt peoples day.

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and when she did it she cut me with the tap between my eyebrows about 3 times so for the next week I have 3 scars in the center of my head. If these scar I will sue.
