Took my SUV there they replaced wheel bearing. I kept hearing noises from the tire shortly after. The bolts where gone. I called them told them it was barely holding up. They wouldnt help went to junkyard to get replacement bolts. It hasnt even been three months. I still hear noises from that same tire. Have to take to another shop now to get it looked at

I very rarely will take my own vehicle to a shop as I am an automotive technician myself and do all of my own repairs.I dont trust anyones hands on a vehicle at all.A few year ago I was in a horrible automobile accident amd severely injured .I was unable at the time to work on my vehicle and I took it to Kevins.Quite simply I wont let anyone touch my vehicle besides myself so it was a very tough decision to make and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Kevin is the only set of hands I trust ony vehicle besides mine

This place is under a new name, TC. Took my car in for a water leak and overheat. They told me it was the water pump and thermostat. Had them replace it. Took the car home. Car sat for 2 weeks while I was out of town. There was no water on the floor from sitting for 2 weeks. Go to a couple of stores. By the time I get back home it is overheating and pushing out water again. Thinking it’s under warranty I take it back to these guys. I get a call telling me the radiator is leaking and the fan doesn’t work because of a module and the overflow is cracked. All not covered by the warranty. These things were caused by them not fixing it right the first time. And if not, why weren’t they found the first time? The fan was working the day before I took it up to them. Total scam artists. And the guy behind the desk is rude and condescending.

Bad Customer Service : the man that answered the phone acted like he didnt even hear what I had just explained to him and blew me off. Not to mention his condescending tone and obvious lack of manners. Congratulations, whoever answered the phone just cost the owner a grand.

This place has been awesome to me. They replaced my transmission in our 2008 town and county they did a great job and were cheaper than other places around. He also picked my van up for free on his tow truck. I have been back since. I have also sent some friends and family there. This is a great place to go to for vehicle work that needs to be done.

Great service, had my rotors, brakes, and calipers replaced, as well as an oil change for cheaper than anywhere I could find in Marion or Columbus. Ive had my car back for about a week now and everythings working perfectly.They are easy to talk to on the phone, and answered my questions. Just be aware they schedule by appointment, and it may take a day or two to get your car back depending on the issue.

My husband works there and they are great ppl the new owner Tim is a great guy. Its called TC Auto now. They will and do treat their customers wonderful.

They rebuilt the transmission in my 2004 Ford Explorer and I have 1000 miles on that rebuild now and its still holding up great so far. The price was what I was expecting
