This company has been scheduled to come out to my house twice in the last two weeks to repair my Samsung washer. Both times they have not called or showed up and wont answer the phone, just a message saying to leave your info and they will call you back but they wont. I would never do business with a company with such complete disregard for their customers.

Matt came out and was here for about 5 minutes to look at my washer and did not correctly diagnose the issue. I thought something was off, so we then had another company come out and he told us exactly what was wrong with it. Matt then charged me an outrageous amount and for what?? Such a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My 13 year old Amana refrigerator stopped cooling and I was prepared to buy new but thankfully found Appliance Tek via a Google search! The fan needed to be replaced...that’s it. Lawrence was personable, respectful, and finished the job in short order. The price was extremely affordable! I highly recommend this company.

Lowes set up my appointment, didn’t show, didn’t email that they rejected my appointment. Took half a day off waiting for these pathetic people to show up, called left a message and still no call back. Lowes is finding me a new service company. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

These people came to look at my Samsung dryer on a warranty call from Lowes. Their agent showed up with another person in the car. He came into the house, was there for 2 minutes. Said he needed to order parts, and it may be 5 to 7 days to get them. I never heard back from them.I called them several times, left messages, got no return call. 40 days later I called Lowes, Lowes stated that Appliance Tech turned in the claim as completed and collected for work they never performed. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE.
