We had an excellent experience with the Servive master people. When our basement was flooded, they explained what they were going to do, they were very professional, were there every day till the basement was dry and repaired. They did an excellent job for us and we would recommend them .

Their team was friendly, respectful of our home and belongings and mold mitigation, thoroughly and professionally resolved. Will never use them again. Prices are outrageous. Took them seven months to invoice for services then had the nerve to tell us to give the invoice our immediate attention. They took seven months to get around to invoicing me but I need to give it my immediate attention!!!! Poor customer service and lack of communication.

We have had nothing but issues with this company; from missing property, to delays in processing, the items returned dirty and employees using not function plumbing to relieve themselves. I would recommend that their services never be used by anyone, ever.
