First time at this location. Was very quick in and out. Beware very tight at this location. Be careful entering parking lot and tight turns to the shipping/Receiving area. Fcfs facility so get there asap. Very small Receiving area be cautious backing into docks. And exit straight ahead opposite entry. Make a wide turn at exit.

I was in the Marietta store on Saturday July 1, 2021. I have never met anyone more rude that the cashier that I met. I did call the store and ask for the manager to follow up and never heard back from them. Maybe that is why the opened the store to the public to try recover dollars lost. When the employees try to down talk the ones who are keeping them there, they should be fired. I will never go back in the store again. That is not the first time with a bad experience in that store.

Still a grocery store... Theyre still taking non members and the prices on items we restaurateurs need for our establishments are the same prices as any other grocery store. I matter as well purchase ground beef from publix.Update! The manager responded that they were members only.Psst! You had better advise all 65 employees of that because theyre saying a membership is not required and any Joe-Smoe can walk in and go Grocery Shopping. The manager also uploaded outdated photos of the front areas of the Grocery Store. It was either their grand opening or the day of a corporate or health inspection.

This store is the most unorganized restaurant depot Ive been to, very hard to locate item. Also, on my visit today, one of the receptionist was rude, it was as if I was bothering her. I was trying to locate an item that I usually purchase from the Jimmy Carter location, I wanted to know if restaurant depot stopped carrying item or if it was an item thats synonymous with Jimmy Carter location. I had the UPC number for item, rather than making a courtesy call to the store to see if it was in stock she bluntly said we dont carry here and if its not in my system I cant search it. Was also looking for cubed cheese and none was on shelf, again, rather than paging someone in that department she just said yes we carry it. Still didnt state if they had any in store or if item is out of stock. Ive been shopping at restaurant depot for over a decade and never experienced this level of poor customer service and its always at this location, everytime.

I was here on Saturday. After paying the bill, I found that my bill was overpaid. I found the customer service. She confirmed that I was overpaid and asked me to go to the cashier to refund. I went to the cashier and told that my bill was wrong. the cashier didn’t even look at my bill, I show the item to him,he said he was confused and didn’t understand what I meant, and then he left the cashier place and disappear 15 minutes later. He returned and loudly to told everyone that I would not go there anymore on Saturdays. Um, yes, it was not him who finally helped me solve the refund problem.The guy gotten a greatest job on the world,do nothing,get paid,and he no worries Bussiness,better than his Boss.I want this job.

The reception staff is always helpful, informed and willing to help, very good at multi-tasking. Store is pretty well organized, always seemingly a brisk flow of customers. Good fresh fish and seafood assortment and if youre a restauranteur or a business, person, church or group that regularly throws banquet type functions or outings membership is a wise investment.

Im updating my 2 stars review from 3 months ago. There has been a lot of improvement since my last review. Shelves are full and only a few items are out of stock. Also, customer service has improved. After asking for some items availability, I was offered which store would get these items and an ETA on when they would receive them.

A nightmare... a nightmare every single time I walk through these doors. I expect the absolute worst when I come here. The staff is lazy, maybe they don’t get paid enough and they don’t care? I don’t know. I only come here because my Restaurant is down the street. I think I’ll have to drive 40 minutes to the next closest location. Horrible. I’ve been in line for 30 minnow and I’ll probably still be here for another 30

Always, can find what Im looking for except this time they were out of my corned beef brisket. When we asked the meat guy he acted as if we were bothering him. I dont know if he didnt want to be there or he hated his job or whatever it was he was rude.

We bought a $1400 reach in cooler from the restaurant depot in Marietta. We were told not to plug it in for 24 hours after transporting it. When we plugged it in it never worked. We tried to return it to get a replacement but were told it was outside their return policy and we had to take it up with the manufacturer.Way to go restaurant depot, stand behind the products you sell. We just opened a new restaurant and don’t have time to do your job for you. Our expectation when we bought a new cooler from you is that that cooler would work like a new cooler. We spent a good amount of money with you in the past 6 months but that will completely stop now. I will never spend another dime in your establishment! If a chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link, restaurant depot was our weak link, it won’t be any longer.

Top store, top employees. This is the best place in the state to shop for your restaurant. Hands down.

Restaurant depot is a hit or miss. Usually their service is bad but every now and than it can be decent. Some times they wanna help and sometimes they dont. I guess this is how they do their business. I dont really spend much time here since I have other service providers but they need more customer service improvements

Last time i was there was june 1st, 9:28 am was my check out time. First, for the second time in a row the shelves in the freezer are almost empty in some areas. I have to wait for someone willing to help and point at the box that i need that i can see inside so they can go inside and bring it to me, yet this is not the issue. I go to check out, at first one cashier, then another . I check out with 1 of them, while paying the other cashier asks for help with something so she leaves me and goes to the other register ( which i had no problem with), i paid and the receipt printed, yet i waited and Didnt want to take the receipt myself incase she wants to recount my boxes. But then my cashier tells the other one grab her receipt and give it to her, as if she cant grab it herself . The other cashier takes the receipt and gives it to me with her back to me ! I complain to the person at the door whom i assumed is the manager who did nothing, didnt even talk to them, just told me sorry. I go there like 3 times a week but wont be back anymore!

Has alot of products but the staff has no manners, they will just run you over with the forklifts, and doesnt like to help much.

If you are in the restaurant business or have a small company, this place is for you. Its like Costco in many regards but many of the items are even larger sized. They also have some great pricing on silverware and cooking materials. This location is much nicer than the other ones in my opinion. If you get cold easy bring a coat due to all of the refrigeration.

This place seems to get worse by the week. Once a convenient place to stock up on ingredients, now is just a source for frustration.Empty shelfs, overcrowded aisles, blocked with uncounted numbers of palettes. I asked for items, that were missing on the shelf. Being told, there are 49 cases somewhere, but they couldnt get it, since the floor manager was on lunch break. REALLY????Even better:There inventory stock take must have taken much more than an entire week. During that time I needed to by some sodas. Nothing on the floor, but plenty up on some higher shelf. Asking an employee to get it down for me the answer was:No, they were doing inventory and were not allowed to touch it........WOW

On the morning of May 4th, I bought a soup pot. When I opened the house, I saw it was returned by someone else. On Friday, May 8th, I took it and returned it. If you do n’t give me a refund, I do n’t have a list. You can check the computer. What is your computer used for? I used it for a card. You ca n’t check what computer you use. Supermarket. Is it not refundable?

Amazing Gem thats been 2 miles from my home and I never knew it. Great deals on bulk veggies, meats, cheese, seafood, etc, etc.. Im going to have to buy a freezer now. Will definitely be back. Very Helpful Staff..

Doesnt have everything I need for my restaurant/Deli market and a lot of times they are out of certain stock but it fills the void plus their are items that cant be found elsewhere. The staff are always very helpful. Now if they would only put one in Chattanooga rather than having me drive 75 miles south....maybe one day..

They seem to always have what we need when were in a bind. Food prices are marginally higher than distributors, equipment and fixtures about the same as Atlanta fixtures... And easier to deal with. Wish checkout times could be substantially shorter.

Ive always loved shopping at the depot however today when I was there all I could hear is ghetto music playing! It was very disturbing to me so I left without spending a single dime. Can y’all please do something about that. I would love to come back and shop there, it’s one of my favorite stores! Not everyone is Ghetto! JS

Bad costumer service, the manager named Joey was very rude and told us to go to a different store when we asked him a question and shut the door on us we are very regular here giving this location 8000-15000 business in a month

Convenient but omg is the service horrible, i myself personally have not been a victim, but i have been witness of the incompetence of the customer service there are a few really nice employees, but everybody just seems very fed up at having customers walk in the door, i think they have to chop the head off and bring in completely new management and staff

Employees are friendly, even when I referred to the lobsters in seafood as the pet section.

Every time I come to this location the experience has been a very frustrating experience since the doors opened. The store is always a mess, products are always out of stock and the customer service is horrible. Asking to get help is perceived as bothering the employees. Isn’t that why your here? Sad part is that I’m standing in the store writing this review as I wait for help for 10 minutes.

I bought a case of oranges. The oranges were nearly ALL rotten. I called to get a refund and offered to send photographic proof. In a world with so much technology they cannot be bothered to save me a 25 min trip out of my way to solve a problem that should not have been a problem! I get a bunch of BS about how ppl lie all the time. Well that is what the pics are for! I wish there was another alternative so that I could take my business elsewhere!

Managers are even worse than the employees, this place wasnt that bad like a year ago but its utterly miserable now and I can see and already talked to many people to switched to Sysco. I try to avoid going here whenever I can. Most of the time the items Im looking for are not stocked, so I have to find someone to see if theres more somewhere else. And Ive never seen anyone working there that didnt look like they hated their life. If it wasnt necessary, I would never go there.

This place was not good at all. There was very very very poor customer service! The employees on the floor couldnt help me and neither could management. So after I tried my best to help myself find a case of cups and lids, some one from middle management came over for the 3rd time and actually explained to me that he cups were going to be discontinued (he called it pending withdrawal or some language that I did not understand! He finally explained what was happening so I could understand it. I would not go back to this place because I was thoroughly disappointed with every employee I came in contact with. Sorry, not sorry!!!

Solid selection of supplies for small business owners. Some of the more specific items are not always available. For example: you can always get a big bag of rice, but not always the same type of candy.

Unprofessional staff, I worked their as a temp employee over three (3) days ago and my time has not been approved by the designated person. Every time I call for him he is in a meeting, or wont come to the phone. If this matter is not resolved I will have to report this company for violation(s)...

Extremely poor customer service. No help to located what I needed. Went in to purchase startup equipment. Had my license and permits on my iPad and phone. They rudely told me they needed a physical copy. I asked could we print it out of instantly email it... They said no, we dont do emails. Well I marched right out and went online to restaurant depot, ordered my $10,000 of equipment which arrived yesterday and was less money.

Has what is needed and more. I could walk and shop for hours. Pricing is reasonable.
