Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I purchased a home from them in March and the things they said would be fixed did not get fixed. It looks good when youre walking through, but the home will fall apart a week after moving in. They agreed to fix some things and didnt. They stopped picking up calls, they even had someone from a window company to call and set up a time to repair the windows and never showed up or called back or answered calls. William Howard was representing this company, and I dont know if he relayed any of the messages but we will see in court. Run as far as you can from these people. I agreed to fix some things and meet them half way but the things they agreed to fix they never did. This home was nowhere near ready to be sold. Pictures coming soon!!

We used Wendell and Peggy Watson for our purchase. They were amazing! We used to live in San Diego and were moving to Georgia. We flew out one time and looked at some properties with them, but didn’t find what we wanted at that time. We did know where we wanted to live. After our visit, Wendell and Peggy would go to houses we selected and FaceTime us to show the properties and take video and emailed it to us. We found one we loved and because of their detail we felt like we were actually there. They advised us on the best offer strategies and we got the house! Everything went smooth from there and we are now in our new Georgia home! Can’t thank them enough.

This is in response to the correspondence below.You are correct in saying the email was sent on the 17th. But on the 19th Jade Smith was called about the house going back on the market and stated on the phone (we have the call logged) we have accepted your offer please resend it. We resent it. My realtor called and check on status on Friday and did not get a reply until Saturday stating the offer was mispriced and they would wait for her to resend it. My realtor resent it that day. We heard nothing back from the broker, or realtor of Sellect Realty. Although verbal offers are not accepted it is very unprofessional for the realtor to give this impression. The only communication we received was a contingent posting of the property. This is not an angry customer due to high buying volume. It is a notice of dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The home does not matter to me as there are plenty more out there to purchase as you stated. Is is the company that represents that is the problem. We will report this as by law you would have had to response. It appears that this complaint should be directed towards the real estate company you hired to represent you as a buyer, instead.We received your offer to buy the listing we represent from your agent, who is not with our company, nor has ever been with our company. Your offer was presented to the Seller along with all other offers as required by Georgia real estate law in a timely manner.Your agent (not with Sellect Realty) was notified promptly on August 17th, along with all other Buyers offers that were not accepted. We have written proof of this in a time stamped e-mail to your agent who represents you as a buyer. In that email, our Sellect Realty Agent expressed how much we appreciated your offer, but that it was not accepted by the seller we represent. We do not accept verbal offers, so it would be highly unlikely that the seller we represent ever accepted your offer. We are more than happy to forward a copy of this e-mail to you if your agent did not share this information with you - as they should have.It is a difficult and stressful market for buyers, and we can see how frustrated you could be being among twenty buyers all vying for the same property. We hope that you have great success finding your next home.
