Agents beware! Sharon is using a telemarketer to set appointments. The call is misleading. The telemarketer states that Sharon is doing novel things in the ever-changing industry of Real Estate and wants to have Sharon speak with you personally to tell you how she can help your business. The reality is, shes looking for established, full-time Realtors to help grow her business. Sharon immediately asks you about the financial success of your business, never explaining her business model. I am a full-time student currently taking pre-law classes. As soon as I expressed this, Sharon abruptly ends the call by telling me what shes looking for. Setting aside time to speak with her was a complete waste of my time as I thought that she would offer insight on how to help grow my business. If youre fully established and satisfied with your commission splits, why leave your current Broker to rebrand under a different Broker? Her approach is complete self-interest. Do your research, look at her website. Sellers and buyers continue to trust Atlanta Communities to successfully transact real estate. Likewise, Realtors and agents continue to trust Atlanta Communities because theyre well-branded and have the lowest commission splits in the Atlanta market. If her prospecting tactics are misleading, I can only imagine how shes conducting business and ethically brokering real estate transactions.
