Rented a log splitter over the weekend and now we have a ton of firewood. What a great bunch of folks working there! Tony was very helpful in explaining how the splitter worked and the whole process was seamless. They made it very easy and explained everything. Will be returning for more heavy equipment rentals!

WOW!!! The price was great and the equipment operated to perfection! We had a yard full of tree limbs and branches and we ended up with beautiful mulch that would have cost us MORE than the rental if we had to pay for it!!! Ed was totally accommodating and made the rental so easy and when I needed some instruction on the job site, Tony was there in twenty minutes to get me going! THANK YOU TONY... what a GREAT guy!!! By far the best place to rent pretty much any type of equipment youd need. Not only do they have good quality equipment, sufficient inventory, and provide you education on how to use it before you rent, they are also extremely helpful in providing guidance on what sort of equipment is right for the job. Theyre experienced and understand the work youre trying to do, unlike the orange store, and can educate you on how to best use the equipment or steer you in the right direction on what to use. Eddie in particular if fantastic to work with. Cant say enough positive things about the company, location, and team.

Prices for 1 week skid steer rental are the best you can find. Customer service was good. Only major complaint is the skid steer they gave me did not having working lights (could not use it at night). They sent someone out to try to fix it, but they could not fix it.

Took advantage of their weekend deal and rented a tiller. Great price and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They showed me how the machine worked and helped load it into my vehicle. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Went in to get a small 1.5HP tiller and after talking with them about the project I was working on suggested I get something different. Needed to chip some debris so I picked up a small chipper/shredder on a Saturday. Eddie and Tony were super helpful and friendly, and gave me all the info i needed since i hadn’t run that type of machine before. No issues with the equipment, but i brought it back early because it wasn’t doing the job with the material i had. They completely understood and made it worth my time and $$. I havs rented alot of equipment over the years from various places, but i will be bringing my business to Northside now.

Just returned a dingo, plate compactor and tilt trailer from a weekend rental. Rented a number of times from this location and as always, Eddie and the guys at NTR Marietta took care of me like family. The service here is on-point. They always accommodate my last minute reservations. If I ever have equipment issues they handle it with no questions asked. Heck, theyve even loaded and unloaded my truck for me! While true they are a smaller branch than other locations, with advance notice they can get whatever you need and the more friendly, personable staff is why I prefer to do business with the boys at NTR Marietta. I needed to rent a 40ft ladder to put Christmas lights up. Lowes and home depot did not have what I needed and their prices were through the roof. I called Northside Tool Rental mid day on Saturday. They were open, had what I needed and the price was unbeatable. I spoke to Eddie on the phone, was able to pick up the ladder in 15min, time it took me to get there. I had my 2.5yr old son with me, Eddie was so nice to him. Showed us around helped us load the ladder and even let my son sit in one of the bobcats, which made his day. I was so pleased with my experience. I will be suggesting them to our neighborhood via or Facebook page. I will never again look at Lowes or home depot for my rental tool needs. Northside Tool Rental was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not to mention again their prices are amazing!!!

If you are looking for air tools dont go there,even though it shows air tools on their website. I went there Saturday and one of the personal there told me that they dont have air tools anymore only electronic or hydraulic.

Advertised as NO deposit on website, I rented item, then noticed that night on credit card statement that there was a charge from northside tool rental for over $ 300 when it should have been $ 120 (tops) also, charged $ 10 for an air hose. No mention of air hose 50ft charge. Seems to be BAITE and SWITCH, Bad advertising

Dont recommend to anyone. Equipment broken and still rented. Got nothing but attitude when I returned it. STAY AWAY.
