The owner and staff were professional and very thorough. I loved that the owner was so accommodating. I hired them for a move out and move in cleaning and the staff did a great job. They are very detailed and the service was top notch.

The Clean Tu Casa people were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. My house was a mess after we moved and they did a thorough cleaning job and made my house look great. I recommend them highly.

I found Clean Tu Casa online after my regular rental cleaners flaked for the umpteenth time. Vanessa and her team were absolute saviors! Not only did I need a deep clean with a 5 hour turnaround, and she could pull in cleaners on that emergency basis, but shes been able to assign the exact same person to my unit and shes done an incredible job. I havent been this comfortable with a cleaning company in years. Im incredibly picky, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Clean Tu Casa. They are not the least expensive out there, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I am thrilled I found Clean Tu Casa! From the easy scheduling experience to the amazing cleaning job, they are the BEST cleaning service Ive ever used! Its rare to be able to easily book online. Clean Tu Casa has a client portal where you can view appointments, invoices, quotes and more, including requesting new appointments. Their prices are reasonable and all services are listed on their website. Be sure to check that out too because its super informative. Lupe did our deep cleaning and she was wonderful. She arrived on time and was great with discussing our needs and making sure we were happy with what she was doing throughout the day. We even received a call while she was there from Vanessa checking in to make sure we were happy. They have AMAZING customer service. Lupe is also extremely detailed (and friendly!). Our bathrooms looked brand new when she was done. We were so thrilled, we immediately booked her for a cleaning every two weeks. We will continue to use Clean Tu Casa and I STRONGLY recommend them!

We moved into our apartment at the beginning of July and had so many boxes to unpack, it took us until this week to finish. By the time we were done, the last thing I wanted to do was deep clean to get all the dust and dirt that had accumulated from the move in. Lupe came in to save the day! I was able to leave and run some errands while she cleaned high and low. I came back to a perfectly clean apartment. She got all the base boards and fans. It felt so good to relax last night in a perfectly clean apartment. Cant wait to see Lupe again next month!

Clean Tu Casa was great to work with from the first call. I spoke with the owner and explained we were looking to have our unfinished basement cleaned prior to having some work done. The owner was friendly and helpful and customized an estimate for me. She was very responsive during the scheduling. On the day of the cleaning, Ruby came out and worked very diligently. This is a large, dirty and dusty old basement. The owner came out to our home and brought additional supplies and made arrangements to have Ruby stay longer. She stayed the entire day and the basement has never looked better. Despite the extra work needed and time spent, they did not change their estimated amount.I highly would highly recommend Clean Tu Casa

I used it for a handyman to uninstall curtain rods. They also pulled down 2 mounted large screen televisions.. leaving small holes was to fill. I am using this service again after my move and am comfortable knowing clean tu casa will make everything ready for me to call it home. They are coming after the move to clean my old apartment. Im am so happy to have found them. Joanie and Vanessa in the office made this far less stressful with their understanding and kindness throughout my madness.

I do not normally leave many reviews online but am forced to based on my experience with Clean Tu Casa. We hired this company for a home cleaning before moving into a home that had some renovation done inside. Vanessa (I believe the owner) recommended a deep cleaning which she invoiced at $540. This is more than we normally spend on cleaning, but agreed since we did some work inside and were just moving in. We made a deposit of $100. Two maids came to the home and spent a total of 3 hours there. We were disappointed with the quality of work, and the level of cleaning was sub-standard (We have used cleaning services in different homes for over 10 years). What we thought would be a deep clean was not the case, instead we were billed $180 an hour for 3 hours of cleaning that could be barely considered a standard clean. After speaking to Vanessa, she offered to make it right and we felt it was the right thing to do to give them another chance to make it right. To our surprise, Vanessa showed up to our home by herself and in a passive aggressive manner and claimed she would not complete the deep clean we were invoiced for but rather looked around stated that she would only touch up any area she felt necessary. Feeling uncomfortable, we informed her it was best for us to hire another company to do the work, upon which she agreed. Fast forward a few weeks later and she is sending us threating emails and texts that she plans to file smalls against us.There are many cleaning services in Marietta and this is definitely not one I recommend.
