First off, I have to give credit where it is due. U Pointe has some amazing staff members, but there is one who absolutely stands out. Lucas Frink is such an awesome manager. He will answer any and every question you may have as best as possible. He is incredibly friendly and professional. Lucas has one of the most positive attitudes I have came across with staff. I would highly recommend asking for him when taking tours and wanting to find out more about U Pointe. Thank you Lucas for all your help and positivity

My sister’s AC has been broken for over 2 weeks. We have made multiple maintenance requests and spoken several times with office staff regarding this issue. Temperatures have been in the upper 90s. Office staff has not communicated with us effectively and has done nothing to remedy the issue. When she pays $700+ a month, we definitely expect issues as serious as this to be corrected in a timely manner.

0 stars if I could. I was charged $300 for a dirty apartment I didn’t live in for the last 3 weeks. I was transferred to a whole new apartment and was still charged. I guess I should have broken into my old apartment and cleaned the living room for my old roommates?? Also if you have questions about charges to your resident portal you’re better off talking to a wall.

I like living here BUT the office staff does not know how to do their job correctly. When I first moved here I ordered a $50 wagon to help bring in groceries to my apartment from my car. The order shipped and got to the office and they company directly messaged me saying that it had arrived. I never got a notification that it arrived and after 4 days I complained. TURNS OUT they USED my wagon for the office even though my package specifically had my name on it. If you want anything important or expensive shipped here DO NOT DO IT. They will misplace it. It was said that I would be reimbursed for it, but it never came. STILL WAITING!!-Another story is that I put in a work order that was urgent and they did not come for a WEEK. Please do not come here if you don’t have the patience for management. Thank you!

Throughout the year I lived at upointe we had little to no problems with our apartment and the appliances within. However the last 2 months have been chaotic and frustrating to say the least. The management is terrible and care very little for the residents. We recently had the floors in the apartment redone (which is nice) but through this process they kicked us out of the apartment for 2 days, before this happened upointe told us they would be present during the process to prevent any stolen or damaged property, they also promised to clean our entire apartment after the job. First of all, both me and my roommate had property stolen by the people doing the floors which shows that no management was present. Secondly, when they said they were going to clean they only came in for 5 min and dusted the counter top and swept only half the living room, our bedrooms and part of the living room still had flooring panels, dirt, 5 bags of trash that did not belong to us and nails everywhere. When we contacted Crystal about getting people to clean our room she responded by telling us to do it ourselves. I will say that they did give us money to replace the stolen property but the process was entirely too difficult to procure. We were also promised that our furniture would be moved back where it was but when I got home it was all in the living room and took me hours to move back. I do not under any circumstances recommend you live here, there are way better places with WAY better management. There is one pro and that is the maintenance staff was very helpful and nice and typically finished maintenance in a timely manner. 0 stars if I could. I had the worst experience at U pointe! I chose this place because it looked decent and rent was somewhat reasonable. I had to leave in the middle of the school year because they wouldn’t fix anything. Mold was found and they wouldn’t care about it!!! One of the girls I was staying with was sooo problematic. She would literally threaten to put her hands on me just because I told the manager she would not clean after herself, after telling her multiple times myself to clean after herself and she wouldn’t care. Roaches were all over the kitchen!!!! I recorded the WHOLE thing and they didn’t do anything! Instead I had to leave the unit because they wouldn’t kick her out. The other roommate had a whole man living with her in the unit. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I wish I could give zero stars this place is absolutely terrible do not waste your money they will charge you late fees if your past three days late on your rent there are so many roaches in everywhere in the bathroom and your bedroom and especially in the kitchen the worst place of all there were fire alarms about seven times this year four times with no fire three times with fire wire was sent in the trash dispenser this year on the Fourth of July which caused everyone to not be able to be in their apartment for about two hours followed by two more unnecessary fire lot please do not move here. To mention they charge you for literally everything however they never accommodate you when it’s their fault for roaches. Just nasty . 0/10

Upointe is great especially the staff. I moved from another off campus apartment and had a tour from Yasmine and she was so nice and answered all of our questions. She made me feel right at home. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Please don’t move here they have people just walking in your apartment when ever, they only do three knocks I had the office ladies came in my apartment while I was sleep and I didn’t here a knock it was just distasteful. Very unorganized there is no privacy here, they have serval fire alarms going off through the night frequently and they do not aware residents about reprograming the gate to enter the parking garage I went out to get food and couldn’t get back in to the apartment complex for 2 hours.

The price may be cheap but it’s not cheap enough to deal with all the headaches UPointe will bring you. If you sign a lease here (highly Not advised) expect to deal with terrible management for your stay.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Roaches everywhere, paper thin walls and nothing ever works or gets fixed, and to top things off my car has been broken into, hit, and now towed. My car was towed for not having the tag hanging even though the tag was still in the car as I had used it to get into the gate. So basically I had to pay to get my car back bc they took it from where I live and pay to live and park. Towing company works with Upointe to make money off college students. If you sign a lease here good luck.

This is not the place you want to live. If I could give it a half star I would. This place is filled with roaches in every unit. Staff is terrible, nothing ever gets fixed and you will get robbed or beat up. Tons of homeless people roam the campus and camp on grounds. Save your money

Customer service is terrible!!! The apartment was dirty, paint everywhere including on the furniture and floors, bedroom light doesn’t work and they do not care. The place is stuffy because there is no ventilation. The beds are old and worn out and some are stained. Do not rent here!

The customer service in there is horrible!! I went in there with just a few questions and the lady was so rude didn’t even make eye contact.. was short and helpless. I called just to get her name Sydney Pope. I would not recommend this place to no one they are rude!!

Let me first start off by saying, Crystal needs a degree in management.! Lord help her. She is the worst manager anyone can hire. She rules based off her emotions and not real substantial facts. Does not and can not manage professionally. I would go into detail, but thats giving crystal my time . Parents, students, stay away.! Dont neglect the reviews.! Oh and please dont bother asking me to call . Rubbish

The staff, specifically Lucas Frink, consistently goes above and beyond his daily duties. An amazing man with great customer service skills. He always greets you with a smile and does whatever he can to help you!

The location is great. Youre literally right next to the stadium and minutes from the mall and a lot of other food places. The room, bathroom, and closets are decent, it has a very homey vibe to them. The complex also has great amenities, but the staff are what stood out to me. Lucas in the leasing office was amazing! He answered all my questions and was really helpful.

Shoutout to Chima. He was very enthusiastic about helping me with my relet form. 5-stars!

This is my second attempt to leave my review ; however, it disappeared. I would like to commend Lucas Frink for a job well done!!! He has EXCELLENT customer service skills. Hes also VERY professional. I was able to voice my concerns with him and he LISTENED!! I thought that I was speaking to a therapist or a life coach. Hes a very optimistic person. He encouraged me to speak life and not death about a situation. I was so comfortable speaking with Lucas that I was able to speak with him in confidence about a private issue. Lucas is a man of INTEGRITY!!! Lucas is a GREAT leasing manager!! If I were in college, I would love to have a leasing manager like Lucas. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. U Pointe, you are blessed to have Lucas on your team!!

Miss Angela is kind and so is a lot of staff! But if U Pointe Kennesaw wants me to continue paying $699 a month, they need to write me a persuasive essay on why they think they deserve it.In all seriousness, I have had problems since I moved in and only about half have been solved (and even then, I had to constantly call to ask them to fix the issues). It seems like U Pointe’s solution to everything is to put on a bandaid on the problem and see if it goes away! Sometimes that is successful, often times it is not.

This Place gets no stars! Parents stay away from this place. The management is horrible! My son was occupant there for two years. For two years they received my check in the mail for payment. When the lease was up they billed me for damages to replace the carpet. Out of the two years no carpet cleaning or nothing! When we moved in we had to remove so many toenails from the room the carpet was already dirty! Anyway, I sent in the last payment for damages with the discount offered. The claim the didn’t get the check and forwarded to collections. After all these year they didn’t get the check!&@!. Come on now. Stay away the place is dirty and the management doesn’t know what they are doing.

My son has had an ongoing leak in his apartment since move in day. We were quite frustrated in the beginning but as homeowners ourselves we understand leaks can be difficult to trace. After much diligence to figure out exactly how the water was getting in it was finally determined to be coming from underneath the siding by the stairwell. Upoint hired a contractor to remove the siding and correct the problem. The Upoint maintenance manager (Andrew) was awesome during the several weeks this took place. Knowing I was mom and not close to the area he sent me daily reports and pictures updating me on progress as well as checked in with my son many times to make sure he was handling the situation with so much chaos going on. Crystal (the property manager) has also gone above and beyond making sure the boys were compensated for the many interruptions of their daily lives while this construction was being completed inside and outside of their apartment. Thanks Upoint for taking care of my boys.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.I want to inform parents, students, and community members of my experience regarding move-out and being charged for a key that a male student staff member misplaced on my behalf.I had spoken to a GM manager (Crystal) about returning my keys and a concern I had about move-out. I was instructed by her on what the right procedures would be. Move-out date was Sunday, July 26th and since I know that managers arent in the office. I wanted to return my keys in person with a document that was expected, Monday - July 27th.When I got there Monday (not even 24 hours since move-out)I was told by one of the male student staff that they were going to turn it into management for me because of how busy it was at the time of my arrival. I told him, Crystal will be expecting both the keys and a paper document.A few weeks later, I get a bill sent to my parents for a misplacement key of $114.00I was originally responsible for a charge to replace the keys that I know I turned in. But after complaining to management about how I know that wasnt correct, the solution was to refund me $39.00 dollars because the keys was turned in late. A lateness fee of $75.00 --- because I didnt put the keys in a mailbox on Sunday, July 26th???All in all, student staff members should to do a better job in NOT losing a key. Also, MANAGEMENT should hold themselves ACCOUNTABLE for what they tell their residents and how they go about handling certain things.Had I known better, I wouldve spoke to LUCAS FRINK and handled everything with him from the beginning.

U Pointe is great in terms of location, atmosphere, and amenities but where they really excel is their amazing staff. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucas Frink, he was personable, attentive, well mannered and just a joy to be around. He was able to answer any and all of my questions quickly and reliably. If youre going to be going to U Pointe i highly recommend speaking with him.

The assistant manager, Sydnie Pope, is very rude. Came in looking for assistance and she was not helpful.

I HATED living here, my roommate was DISGUSTING. When I moved in there was trash and stuff everywhere in the common area . The apartment smelled sooo bad and she didn’t even clean it up for days after I moved in . I stayed in my room the entire time I stayed here . Never once got to enjoy my living room or kitchen . I complained about my roommate SEVERAL times but never once got anything solved about the issue . Our ceiling started leaking in the kitchen leaving water all over appliances. Maintenance never came to fix it, the leaking eventually stopped . I was harassed by OLD men in the parking deck almost every week . I didn’t feel safe at all living here . People with kids lived above me and they ran all over the apartment every single day . Save your time and stress and live somewhere else . This experience was god awful .

Leasing office employees are great and very helpful. Some things could get better like the wifi and parking garage situation. Overall it’s nice and the amenities are great (especially the gym). Well worth it.

Ive enjoyed my stay at U Pointe Kennesaw. I lived here for two years! The staff is particularly helpful and personable. After speaking with Lucas, on several different occasions, I am please to commend him for his outstanding customer service. He always makes sure all of my questions are answered, and he assures that I do not leave with any uncertainties.

Lucas, Sydney and the rest of the crew took care of me in my move in process. I felt at home and I had everything I need. Upointe is a great place to move to and I recommend it to everyone! Great rooms and great place to live.

I really like living here. I had several issues with my last apartment and the management here at UPointe is so much more helpful. Since I am a student, they are very understanding and will work with you if you pay rent with your financial aid/refunds. They are always very nice and keep you updated on information you need. They were always very thorough in explaining how I need to do things. When I moved in my room was very clean and they made sure I had everything I needed. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and the maintenance staff is really nice.

Just took a tour here, signed, and I can’t wait to live here next year! What sold me over was the gym... one word... WOW! It will definitely give me the motivation to workout! I love how there’s dining options so close as well!

Not a safe place to live, there are always robberies going on and sometimes I hear fighting going on, loud banging noises in the middle of the night, etc. also I hated that at UPoint, you can’t actually end your lease, it’s your own responsibility to find someone to take over your lease. There are other apartment complexes around the area so just go there. Avoid UPoint at all costs.

My husband and I sent our twins here and we all love it! The tour was very impressive and the staff made sure all our needs were accommodated. Fabulous community and Fyi, I HIGHLY (emphasize on the HIGHLY) recommend asking for Sabrina when touring ;)! God Bless!

The apartments are nice. I like that the location is great and surrounded by everything needed. The staff is really friendly, and they respond in a timely manner to issues. There are always events and giveaways for residents as well. I enjoy all of the amenities that are offered for use as a resident. The only issue I would say I notice is other residents keeping the property clean outside, but the staff stays on top of it as much as they can to enforce rules. It also can be noisy at times in certain areas. Overall, a good place to live as a student.

I know I’m not the only one that has a bad experience when dealing with Apartment complex employees. Everything I have to talk to them, I always seem to give me the runaround or ignore me. One person just changed all the negative experiences I ever had. His name is LUCAS FRINK. The best employee Ive ever talk to from U pointe and the only I will continue to speak to.

U Pointe is a great place to live so far! The staff is amazing and handles problems very effectively and in a timely manner. Maintenance is also very speedy whenever anything goes wrong. I havent had many things go wrong though. Ive lived here for more than a year and will continue to live here until I graduate.

Lots of great things about this apartment complex. The gym is great, subway right downstairs is really convenient, the pool and game room are nice and the staff is friendly. All amenities and utilities are rolled into one flat rent payment (which is incredibly affordable given the area and the fact that they are furnished). Covered parking is also really nice.HOWEVER. Theres nobody to call short of the police if you have any problem. My roommates would blast their music and get drunk and yell up until about 4 in the morning FREQUENTLY. Ive filed multiple complaints and nothings been done. I cannot wait to move out. If youre moving in by yourself and not with people you know, ( taking a huge gamble. Avoid this place otherwise.Looking over some other reviews, can confirm that theres frequently dog poop in the hallways.

I wish I could give 0 stars. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. They consistently barge into our apartment without permission and often without knocking. Some of the times that this has occurred, I was naked or half clothed and said not to enter yet they did so anyhow. We have complained yet they do nothing. This has happened more times than I can count. Several times a week. Maintenance has left dirt all over the floors as in the picture I posted here. I have since cleaned it up along with other stuff. When my roommate moved out, they entered the apartment without knocking or anything. They just let themselves in, left a mess, left some equipment, and left the lights on in the empty room. The door is locked so we can not turn it off. We pay for electricity here. I have spoken to a lawyer about this and will pursue legal matters.

Definitely give this establishment 5 stars!!! Lucas Frink always gave me the absolute best customer service! It’s overall a great place to live and has an amazing environment! I definitely recommend!

Best bang for your buck and the maintenance team is very fast in fixing issues. I wish the pool, movie theater, and game room stayed open later and the printer in the computer room was maintained better. Storage space in the kitchen can be a little minimum depending on how much stuff you have, but the broom closet is amazing. Overall the experience has been great and I would recommend this complex to almost anyone looking for a fair priced and relaxed off campus community.

My daughter moved into U Pointe Kennesaw on Saturday, August 10, 2019. For one, we never were able to see the apartment prior to moving in, we were shown a model couple of months before signing the lease. Most apartment complexes make you pay a pro-rated amount if you are not moving into the apartment the 1st of the month, however with U Point Kennesaw the full amount of rent was due on or before August 1, 2019 but you had until August 3, 2019 to pay the full months rent before incurring a late fee.Next, once we entered the apartment, we thought we were being punked! The apartment had dirty dishes in the sink, food on the floor and the stove, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When I opened the refrigerator door, the refrigerator smelled horrible, like rotten food. The sectional couch was torn and raggedy-looking. As I entered my daughters bedroom, I noticed that the carpet was torn and had black and red spots on the carpet, it was filthy. There were cobwebs and spiders in the bedroom and her bathroom.We also found out that her roommate was not a student, therefore anyone who meets the qualifications can live there. I wont go into details about the roommate but Ill say this, I was not pleased at all!I was able to move my daughter out of U Pointe Kennesaw and she is much happier where she is living now. I would not recommend U Pointe Kennesaw to anyone.

This is such a great place to live! Private room and bathroom, fully furnished with couches, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Shuttle access, a great gym, incredible clubhouse and awesome study areas! The staff is super nice and helpful and they always have a great positive vibe in the lobby. It is conveniently located in front of the Town Center Mall, with a bridge to the parking lot, it has access to the Noonday trail, less that 10 minutes from campus, and right across the street from the 5/3 stadium. I had a great view of all the practices for sports and games from my window. This place is awesome and a great place to live!

Its not as bad as the previous reviews make it. I actually like it here! My room was really clean with a new mattress at move in. The parking garage does scare me a bit because of the bouncing when cars pass by, but not enough to complain about. I mean come on they are college students so expect noise occasionally, but overall its a great place for college or someone looking for temporary housing. I do wish they matched roommates based on if you are a college student or not and/or age. You have to see for yourself.

When I think of staff here at U Point Kennesaw, I think of Lucas. This is a go to individual. He greets you with a genuine smile on his face and answers any and every question you may have. He will make all your doubts and worries go away. If you come to Kennesaw and need help with something ask for him. He is great.

Beautiful apartments and I love the staff! Everyone is so helpful and handle any issue you have. The apartments are close to the University which is great since I have early classes. In the year and a half that Ive lived here I have no complaints.

This place is so nasty. There are dead roaches in the hallways and the rooms. Don’t move here the apartment itself is torn up and very raggedy looking.

Lucas is a great man. Very helpful in numerous of ways. He takes his job seriously and i know i can always count on him.

My stay at U Pointe has actually been great so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds to work orders on time. I particularly love the fully equipped gym, and the mall is right across the bridge which is very convenient. I would like more community events throughout the year, but overall I think its a nice environment to spend your college life.

Lucas was great with the entire process. He helped to make this easy when this process is usually very hard. He was very patient and made me feel better when I was feeling uneasy.

I had a terrible experience at U-Pointe and the staff only made it worse. I almost got robbed, my roommates stole my food, bullied me, and threw my mail away. I filed multiple roommate complaints addressing these concerns, however nothing was done by Angela and her staff. The mistreatment continued until I had enough to finally move out. When I moved out, I was told my name would be taken out of their system so my mail could be diverted to my new address. Two weeks later, my former roommate confirmed by mail was still being delivered which was problematic as another roommate was intentionally throwing my mail away. When I tried to speak to Angela about it, she was very dismissive and was not concerned about my safety or personal belongings. I am so glad to be done with this place. If U-Pointe desires to keep their residents, they need to show more concern towards their residents rather than bribing them to leave positive google reviews.

U Pointe Kennesaw is an outstanding apartment complex with fair prices. The maintenance is phenomenal and the staff are amazing. Lucas Frink is a staff member of this complex and he will make sure your living experience is wonderful

Honest Review: I toured this property and fell in love with it, its BEAUTIFUL! The building and the amenities are perfect. If you tour this place I would seriously consider asking for Sabrina or Tionne (although I’m sure the rest of the leasing staff are great too) However, Sabrina and Tionne literally made the entire experience better! Especially Sabrina, she was knowledgeable about the surrounding communities so that we could compare, she didn’t give the run around, and she’s extremely friendly with a genuine feel for energy!Since I’ve moved in everything has been flawless and I have already renewed my lease for the next school year. In short, Excellent Staff and Great Location!

The apartments are really nice! I love how everyone has their own bedroom and bathrooms! The maintenance staff is good and comes as soon as possible. The staff is all super helpful as well!

This place is using FALSE ADVERTISING to entice students to sign a lease. My daughter toured this facility and decided to sign a lease. The day my daughter signed the lease, she was promised that on move in day she would receive a $100 gift card for signing a new lease. The day we moved her in we were told by the staff that the gift cards hadn’t arrived yet but were on their way. We were then told by another staff member that the cards hadn’t even been ordered. Wait, what???? That’s false advertisement since she was informed that she would receive the card on the date of move in. We were then assured that the cards would be in by the following Wednesday. Here we are almost a week later and my daughter still hasn’t received her PROMISED gift card. The staff at UPointe informed us that they haven’t received the cards and don’t know when they will arrive. I have called and left a message for the corporate office and will be filing some online complaints with every consumer complaint agency that I can. When my daughters lease is up she will not be renewing.

Scammers! Please know they will only show you the model when you visit. You won’t be able to see your actual apartment until you move in. If you have any roommate concerns they WILL be ignored, regardless, if they break the lease multiple times. Upon my move in (female apartment) 2 RANDOM men were living there (not on the lease), freely roaming in/out of the apartment with a key. If you have any disputes make sure everything is in writing to cover yourself. The office informed me they found someone to take over my lease the 10th of January only to find out the person changed their mind and won’t move in until January 31st and I’m forced to pay a full month of rent. Parents and students beware!!!More cons: parking garage gate is always broke, weed smoking is CLEARLY tolerated, office manager is NEVER availablePro: maintenance was very fast

If I could give U Pointe 0 stars I would. The management is horrible and they do not really care about the residents. They allow pets in rooms with no pet deposit and dont clean rooms before you move in. They allow any and everyone to come in the gym which leads to people being theyre own speakers, sub woofers ( which means you cant hear the music in your headphones). Ive lived in dorms, apartments and town homes but have nothing compare to how HORRIBLE U Pointe is. Dont live here.

I lived there for 2 years and It has been my best living experience thus far. Lucas Frink, one of the employees from the leasing office always goes above and beyond to make the residents feel like they matter. I highly recommend Upointe to anyone attending Kennesaw State University.

I love U Pointe Kennesaw! It is by far the best student housing I have ever lived in. Tionne was amazing in assisting me with the leasing process. I was well informed by the time I moved in. Although I just recently moved out upon graduating from KSU, I enjoyed the 2 1/2 years in which I resided here. The community is lovely and the staff is so kind and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents!

This is not a good place to live. Yes it is the cheapest in Kennesaw, but what I can say is that you get what you pay for! On many occasions I had to deal with roaches in my room, there is black mold in the toilet, sink areas, so I assume that it is throughout the entire water system. I am a very clean person, and I would clean my room constantly and these things always somehow reappear. When you complain about these things to the office they do not fix it, they try to make it seem as if is your fault, when there are multiple residents complaining about the same problem I never had in major issues with the office staff, the only one I did be an issue with was Angela. I found her to be very rude and unprofessional. I would not spend my money on this place. I also had maintenance enter my room on many occasions unannounced, even when I didn’t put in a work order nor my roommates. This was a very big problem for me, being that I am a young college female and these were grown men. This made me very uncomfortable and made it very hard for me to be comfortable in a place I pay for. On another occasion I was assaulted here and instead of the staff member Angela making sure that I was okay, I was kicked out of my room, because she felt that I was not being truthful, even after I showed her proof of the assault and filed a police report. I recommend saving your money and spending it elsewhere! This place it NOT what they make it seem to be!

Lucas Frink is the man and really should be running the place.. He has great customer service.. He reaches out to his people and have great communication skills.

Ive enjoyed my stay here at U pointe Kennesaw. It is pet friendly. Theyre very concerned about their residents. They keep residents up to date with new information. U Pointe get residents involved with game nights and different contests. Also, the maintenance provides excellent service.

Worst 6 month living experience. Maintenance took DAYS to get things done. Someone broke in to our apartment and threatened/tried to hurt me as well as saying vulgar things. Upoint did nothing but offer to move me to another/more expensive complex. The connivence and location are nice but not worth it in the slightest.

I’d give y’all 5 stars if I actually had internet, but that must not exist here. Am I doing something wrong? It says fast and reliable, but every night I’m relying on my hotspot from Verizon.

This a great apartment complex that has such a wonderful environment and accommodations for all residences. I enjoyed my tour by Mr. Lucas Frink as I was touring numerous other apartment complexes, but because of his behavior and welcoming attitude towards my family and I, I knew that Upointe-Kennesaw would be my home away from home. Ever since Ive moved in, it has been nothing less than an enjoyable experience for me!

Definitely a 5 star to my guy Lucas Frink. I just graduated, and he gave me all i needed to know as far as moving out and having someone take over my lease. He even gave me suggestions on how to find someone take my lease, and how Upointe can also help me. Definitely a very knowledgeable guy.

U Pointe Is The Best Apartment Throughout The Area. They Have Great Customer Service And Amenities. Lucas, Jasmine, Aj, Daniel, Sabrina, And Sam Are The Best. I Created Great Friendships With Each Of Them. They Have Frequent Food Trucks, Game Night Where You Can Win Amazing Prizes, Movies Nights, Etc. I’ve Not Once Had To Complain About Anything, And If I Did I’m Sure It Would Be Taken Care Of Immediately. Y’all Should Definable Check Them Out. P.s They Have Inexpensive Rates.

Literally the worst living community Kennesaw has to offer. The office loses your paperwork, loses rent payments, and rarely ever respond to your concerns. The maintenance will either disregard your requests to fix something but your apartment after filing a request. Or they will constantly make the issue worse. And then they expect you to pay for the things that they refused to fix. I’d highly advise living elsewhere.

Upointe is an awesome and ideal college living apartment complex. They have exceptional amenities such as study rooms, fully loaded clubhouse, computer lab, state of the art gym, and many more great things. The staff is rude at times, but I dont encounter them much anymore. So overall I enjoy living here!

Not a safe place to live at all! Was told it was ksu student housing but practically anyone can live there. There was a shooting nearby and someone was shot dead. The wifi is horrible so if you are a student you won’t be able to do your school work. People break into cars in the parking garage. Only good thing is it’s location.

Only reason I’m not gonna renew my lease here is that stupid alarm system going off in the middle of the night, early in the morning and sometimes twice a day. And nobody sends you an email to apologize or let you know what happened. If an emergency ever happens we will all die inside our rooms because we’re use to this alarm sounding for no reason. I’m dying of headache here, can’t wait to leave for a better place to rest and study.

I personally havent had any trouble living at UPointe. Management always seems very nice and understanding, and so far my experience here has been better than it was in other student housing areas. The other residents always seem super nice as well, and I enjoy living here.

Loved the layouts of the apartment and it’s super close to campus!! Absolutely loved staying here!! Nice gym btw!! And I love how anytime I had an issue with anything the staff was amazing with being on top of taking care of things for me!

Wish I could give this place a negative star. This place is a dump. Everything breaks, the whole place smells awful, the staff are careless and dumb. They give no warning about coming into the apartment to redo carpets and repaint. They just barge in and they dont warn about towing. The staff lies about where you are allowed to park!! Dont even look at this place!

I moved in August of this year and would not recommend it to anyone! I went against my better judgement and moved in even after reading the reviews and that was the biggest mistake I have made. The WIFI is horrible. The website literally opens with How you want to live who would want to live somewhere during college where you cannot even do your work online due to the WIFI being almost nonexistent. When asked about the issue they do exactly what they do online oh we thank you for your feedback please call this number they have told us this is the best the WIFI can get. NONE of my friends at other complexes have these problems. They have came in our rooms several times without knocking even after we put in our work orders to not enter when we do not answer the door. I was also promised a gift card on move in day, I even have emails with the person confirming I would get it on that day, they then came a month late. There are bugs everywhere in the halls and it is not clean at all. The security gate is never closed and it is not a safe place to live.

Wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here, ever. Been staying here 2 months, still haven’t been able to use the WiFi, lol but I’m paying for it when I pay my rent right? Called many of times the problem still haven’t been fix, I can’t even do homework here because the WiFi is so terrible I can’t even turn in my work online. I put in over 10 work order nobody even calls to see if the problem have been fix literally the worst place ever. If people on here saying this place is good there lying!!!

Lucas has been an amazing help through out my time at upointe. When I had a maintenance issue he made sure that maintenance came within the next two days. During my stay at Upointe, I had nothing but an amazing time.

These are great apartments and this is a very good location as it is surrounded by many stores and many things are close. Very comfortable interior and the amenities are greatly appreciated. I would recommend.

I have ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about U Pointe. I have been at U Pointe since 2014 and I love it here so convenient. So safe. So consistent.The staff members, Crystal Grason, Angela Hale, and Lucas Frink are SOOOOO Supportive, Relatable, and Understanding. Anything that I need from financial support to personal support. I have referred and will reccomend U Pointe to anyone!! 😁

Lucas Frink is one of the best employee at Upointe that I’ve ever met. He’s organized, punctual, and have one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. He’s for the people and one of my closest friends. Highly dependable and responsible.

Upointe is an awesome place for a student to live. You have access to study rooms, free printing, and they have fun games and events to get students excited about studying. Not to mention the pool, clubhouse, sauna, and other amenities!

It’s an apartment. Nice staff, good facilities, close to Uni. What more can you ask for? Lived there 2 years and don’t regret it.

Really high rates for no reason. Not even 3 months after move in, they are spamming residents demanding they resign their lease for the next year because prices are going up.2 stars because its livable. But the people of upointe clearly do not care about their residents.

I would give it a 0 if I could.The place is noisy, not clean, not very safe; many people who live there are not even students. There is no walk through prior to move in or move out. Model apartment is VERY different from what you get.If you move out before months end, they will not refund any rent.If you want to pay on-line, there is ridiculously high convenience fee.They will not fix anything promptly, some things will stay broken for ever: wi-fi, dyer, ....They will charge for overages on electricity, which can be a result of maintenance entering somebody elses room and leaving lights there and you asking repeatedly the office to please come over and turn the lights off!They will charge you some additional fee (way after you move out) for some bogus damages with 0 proof that you had anything to do with them. The fee will be small enough where you will just pay it to get them our of your life. Oh, and of course, they will encourage you to pay it on line so that they can collect the convenience fee!Basically, its a subpar facility with a pinch for racket.

Lived here for 2 years. Save your money and time. Youd be better off renting a house with your friends or another apartment. Itll be way cheaper and less stressful. There are fights, lots of maintenance issues, poor management, car break ins, etc. Oh, and theyll try to charge you for damages once you decide to no longer renew your lease.

I’m so excited to be moving here in the fall! I called a few weeks ago because i was interesting in signing a lease for the upcoming semester. I spoke with Tionne, she was great. She was very pleasant and eager to answer all of my questions. Before calling I had some former friends attend KSU and they lived at U-Pointe, they said nothing but good things. They said the rooms were beautiful and they never had any issues with safety. I’m really excited to be living here for the next several years of my college career!
