The office staff here needs to learn the concept of customer service. Terrible to deal with. Missed an appointment, yes my fault, buy with good cause. They didnt even care. $210 charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked multiple times to speak with Dr. Holland with no success. Not even an offer to leave her specifically a message. Seems this place only wants your money. This is why so many people dont get the help they might need. People dont care about people any more. Only about the money.

The office staff here is terrible. They never sound nice on the phone, they arent very helpful AT ALL, and the prices here are mind numbing. And the thing is, Im saying that 7 years after I went there and having called twice in the past year its JUST AS AWFUL. They just dont care. All Ive been trying to do is get my medical records from these people who keep trying to tell me that either dont, or dont normally, release those to the patient, just another doctor. FUNNY, I double checked my HIPAA rights and it says I have EVERY RIGHT to receive these, but when I call back and mention this they say I would have to come in as a new patient to visit with the doctor and that would be $475.00. I checked with a few other practices to see what their policies were and they were wondering when I wanted to pick them up, and its just a small fee for copies. I couldnt believe it. I also had one of those offices tell me exactly where to go to make complaints. Funny how a so called Christian practice has terrible office staff and try to financially rape their patients. I liked Dr. Holland, but with all this? Forget it.

Charged for a missed appointment when I was told the wrong time. My daughter even heard them say the time, and she heard me verify it while standing in the office. The office manager is rude, and would not admit that it coud have been their error, which it was. Wanted to charge me $79.00. Yeah, right! If it was my mistake I would have paid it. But, that is just an exorbitant amount. I liked Dr. Holland, but we will not be returning there due to the office staff and their policies.
