POOR quality, POOR value, POOR professional and NOT RESPONSIVE!!! Been waiting and waiting ANNNNND waiting like FOREVER two yrsgoing on 3!!! Deaf community are SLOW in the processing of their job.
Definitely a resourceful place to go though if you want any sort of aid from them, you need to call them several times a week to check on your case. Otherwise it gets lost in the shuffle. Ive waited months before they could help me. It took forever for me to get in touch with my caseworker. She was so busy going to out-of-town meetings and the number of caseloads she had to go through. It made me wonder how much of a priority the cases were to the whole system. Id like to be able to be treated like a human being rather than just a case number. I guess thats government for you.
I would give them negative stars if i could i waited 6 months for any result and went threw three counselors and nun of them really did anything. when i was near the end of my senior year of high school they made me do a three hour test during the school day to see if i would qualify to get in the program
This is a great place to get assistance if you have disabilities. The place is not too bad. It has chairs in waiting room, computers for those who need access.
