I took my gaming computer here after trying to get it to work for MONTHS- they gave me a better idea of what was wrong than anyone else. The process was a bit complicated because of the issue I had, but were completely flexible throughout the whole thing! ( even when we asked them to keep the computer for ~2 weeks to get the parts necessary!) Overall very knowledgeable staff and they don’t try to overcharge you!

I was referred to this place from a computer shop that only repaired Apple computers.I brought in a computer that I was building that failed to start up, now while they couldnt fix the issue there, they were able to determine what was wrong with my computer. The issue was a faulty motherboard and they recommended I send it back to the manufacture to fix it. I just got the mother board back the other day, and was able to boot up my PC and get everything up and running.The best part was, while they could only diagnose the problem with my PC, I wasnt charged for their time. Ill recommend this place to anyone who cant google fix their pc problems, and if i I have any problems in the future, I will definitely bring my computers here to be fixed.

I have been using this computer shop for about 4 years. They are awesome. Trent, the owner, and his staff are very nice, professional and customer friendly. They are there to help and give sound computer advice. They really stand by their work and any products they sell. They never just perform any service without first contacting the customer about costs and time needed to complete the work. Me personally, I have NEVER felt like they were just in it as a money grab. Professionally, I have managed computer support teams for over 20 years. Typically these teams prioritize support requests based on a variety of factors. Support requests from executives are given high priority and they receive VIP level support. When I took my laptop to Trent at Everything Computers for repair, Trent had no way of knowing what I do professionally. My observation is that Trent and his staff at Everything Computers seems to provide VIP service for all their customers. During the course of repairing my laptop he and his team encountered a number of challenges, none of which were out of the ordinary. Trent made the whole process completely painless for me, giving me a loaner laptop when they took mine in for repair. He runs a first class computer support operation! I was blown away by his customer service skills.

They gave me a verbal estimate over the phone.I brought the machine in, and they made it clear what the work was going to be and said theyd give me a call when it was ready.It was ready the same day!The price was exactly what was quoted.They saved me (time and money) big time. Zack, Ron and Mike were excellent in the time they spent with me and helped me make the right decisions for my budget. Its obvious they are not interested in a one and done sale like the big box stores but rather a long term relationship which after my experience they will have with me. Id strongly recommend these guys. They went out of their way to help me and the services they performed were fairly priced and quick.

Windows laptop running Outlook which I completed hosed up. Brought the machine into the geeks at Everything Computers who attentively listed to the problem. Depnding on the severity of the issue, the fix could take the a couple of hours, the rest of the day, or perhaps the next day. About an hour after I returned home I received a call that the problem was resolved. Picked up the laptop, solution described, and charged a basic service fee. Suspected a faulty PSU in my PC was preventing me from booting my computer, but it was found that the power cord was the issue. Got a free replacement to fix the issue. I had a great experience when I visited Everything Computers for the first time. The customer service was perfect and they were able to answer every question I had regarding my computer.

While I did not go into Everythinig Computers with a complex request by any stretch of the imagination (I only needed to replace my laptops power cord.), the guys over there were polite, fast, and efficient. I had actually sent an email earlier, and when I told the young man what it is that I wanted, he asked if I had sent an email. I told him, yes. And he said, I was just about to respond to it (I love timely responsiveness as a consumer.). He went to the back, brought out the power cord, plugged it into my laptop to make sure that it worked (It did, of course.). He also suggested that if I were going to replace the laptop in the near-term that I probably didnt need to accrue the expense of replacing the battery. He put on his consulting hat for me in that instance. He did tell me that he would be more than happy to order a replacement battery for me, should I decide to want to do so. He also apprised me of the fact that they have affordable replacement laptops for me when I get ready to replace the one I have.I said all that to say, Ill be patronizing them again.

However RON went above and beyond when I was in distress over a missing 20 page document. Ron was courteous and helpful (at 9:30pm on a Sunday) as I could not recover this paper that was due in less than an hour. I can not begin to thank him for his help and professionalism. Needed a new battery for my Iphone and had some time while my son was at the dentist. The service was performed but after charging my phone the home button no longer worked. Taking the phone back to the store I was told it would at least 45 minutes to fix a problem that was caused by the store. When I complained the technician, I was met with sarcasm and disrepect. I do not recommend this business.

I brought my wifes computer in on a Sunday because windows 10 had locked her administrator acess out when she tried to add another acount to the computer and one other repair store had said the only way to restore administrator acess was to wipe the whole computer. Frank was extremely helpful and had it fixed in under two hours. He restored administrator acess and did it all for a very reasonable price. Everything computers is where i will be bringing our computers from now on. I recommend this buisness to anyone and everyone. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

I had two nexus 5 phones screens replaced in 2015. One of them started to peel off immediately so I had to take it back. After about 6 months, both of the phones screens had separated and one had cracked though there was little use for both phones. Im not convinced the screens were installed properly (not glued correctly) and I question if it was replaced with a quality screen.
