Well it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t give zero stars because I was not given a sorry about my car.Never will I ever go to this car wash again. I had a membership, actually the highest paying membership at that and when I went through the car wash I was given the cheapest wash. I told someone that worked there and they didn’t do anything about it. At least send my car back through the wash to get what I pay for. I should have known then not to go back, but decided to cancel both of the memberships instead.So it gets worse.I went to the car wash yesterday and my trim on the passenger side came off. I had to ask the guy to look in the wash for it. He found it and gave it to me. It was broken and the trim is loose on the driver side. I contacted the site leader and he said unfortunately their car wash isn’t responsible for any trim that comes off during the wash process. If you have a Nissan Maxima don’t go through this wash unless you want your trim to look like mine.Highly upset and will never return.

I came to this car wash for the first time the other day. Andrew was the attendant at the front entrance. Very polite and professional. He helped me pick the best wash for me. (I chose the best one)Going through the tunnel is just like many other washes. When I drove out and parked my car for a quick look, I was surprised. Whatever wax they use is perfect. The tire shine was superb. Its been a few days since I went and the tire shine is still on. (I drive an hour too and from work everyday. Believe me, its impressive) Im thinking about getting a membership here.I recommend this car wash.Fun fact, there used to be an Auto Bell next to this car wash.......wonder where it went.

Love it here. Switched from Copper Cove. Noticed the difference, Monthly unlimited passes are worth it, instead of paying per wash. I have the $30/Month plan, highly recommend it 👌🏼

Absolutely the best place to get your car washed, highly skilled and attention to detail staff, literally leaf blowed the engine bay of the extremely dirty xterra they pressure washed the pollen off due to buildup, quality service from quality people, the free vacuums are a plus

It does a decent job and the vacuums are nice.The staff is perfectly adequate and the facilities have always been clean.Not the cheapest around town but the quality reflects.

Her excellent service and friendliness made it extra special!She even made my daughter smile by putting a smiley face in the foam on her window!And they got burnt in pollen out that I thought would never go away!Great teamwork!Im very pleased!

Basically brand new, fairly clean, the folks there get you sorted out when you come through. Not really sure what else you can expect of a car wash.

Good car wash for a ride through. Great customer service, everyone I have encountered here has been very personable. Vacuums are pretty strong. Towels and window cleaner is always out and accessible. I have never had a long wait here. They offer a monthly service, nice deal if you wash your car at least twice a month, real nice deal if you wash it weekly.

This what I expect from a Tidal Wave Spa. The arrangement for the vacuum hoses is creative and convenient. One star fell because the very limited offer of the cleaning/drying cloths.

Absolutely love this auto spa. The monthly car wash deal is a bargain, in my opinion. Love the fact that you can vacuum your vehicle for free, in a covered area. Also, Im a detail guy with my vehicle so, having the windex bottles and finishing towels available is a MAJOR plus for me. Im going to purchase the monthly wash deal, for sure. Its an investment I cant pass up!

Clayton goes above and beyond what any other car wash employee has ever shown me. I have been putting off buying a membership until I moved, I finally bought one today. I drive past at least 10 other car washes to get to this one simply because of Clayton. Also it’s a really great car wash!

I just can not brag about these guys enough. Reed and Raul and other workers that I can’t remember their names. They always give the best effort at pre washing my cars. I have brought atleast 10 different cars through their location and the service stays consistent. They are fantastic. I pass other car wash places to go to them. I am a monthly member as well. The vacuum system is always incredibly strong. Keep up the good work.

I have a monthly service with them ever since they opened and today went to wash my car and and the machine didnt clean my car leaving it dirty went to speak with owner and said he didnt see anything wrong when clearing he didnt want to run machine again. Instead of helping me he started to raise his voice saying he wouldnt run my car again because he didnt see anything, Instead he kept saying he will not run the machine and kept arguing. Poor management I had to Cancel my Account due to Poor Management and Customer Care. Whi ever Approved this guy to Own as a franchise had to do more work on Background Skills on how to deal with Customers. P.S Also Going to Cancel my wifes Account. They Just Lost 2 Customers we been with them ever since they opened. Thanks again for The Loyalty to the Customer who started with you. Thank God there is Other Car wash services that Appreciate there Customer 🙏

My car always comes out sparking clean. I have noticed some chipping on my rims though. Be careful if your rims or paint have flaking, water is under extreme pressure.

Ive used their Ceramic Sea Gloss wash twice and my husband has once so far. It washes far better than other car washes around here. I drive past several similar appearing car washes now to come here because the car wash is much better. Also their free vacuums are more powerful (I have 4 kids this is important lol) and they have free bottles of window cleaner and free microfiber towels for your use for all washes not just the most expensive washes.

Great, I just wish they add the air gun so we can blow more the water after washing...overall great 👍

This is my favorite car wash. Its brand new and pretty well calibrated. The thing that makes this car wash stand apart is the double rinse/wash. Whereas normally you would have a rinse, then soap, then rinse and dry, Tidal Wave does an initial soap/rinse to loosen dirt and then goes into the rinse/wash/rinse cycle. Additionally, their soap has a pleasant smell.

I love how clean and shiny my car looks after going through the Tidal Wave Auto Spa. Even the tires shine. Its an easy way to keep your car looking beautiful.

The vacuums are amazing. Never had a vacuum work like that before. My truck looks amazing. They offer so much more for your vehicle. Im amazed

I enjoy every time I get a car wash but today I got amazing service. The staff here does a great job helping even though the vacuum are self-service. Also, the option of paying monthly for as many washes as I want is a plus too.

First off the service was excellent the woman working the 6 o clock(feb 20th) shift was so nice were actually considering buying a membership next time we come the car wash its self was SO TRIPPY AND COOL IT WAS LIKE AN EXPERIENCE definitely coming back and the results were perfect and took less then 2 minutes for the entire process 5 stars for sure.

Be careful when you visit this location. I pull up to the kiosk to purchase a car wash and some guy walks up to my car WITHOUT a MASK on asking me would I like to purchase a membership. Really? 4,000 people are dying every day from covid and no one there is wearing a mask!

Not only was it good car wash but I drive a van and most car washes do a terrible job on the back window but this car wash made sure to manually clean those windows front and back. I do not live in the area but when I am back in that area I will be looking for that car wash again.

Terrific Car Wash. I used them on a free coupon. Its out of my way, will most defybe going back. Pre scrub of the wheels windshield and front of vehicle is most definitely a great service.

They generally do a very nice job and if for some reason you are not satisfied, they will let you go through again.

Got my car washed there yesterday and it was very clean, organized and I really love that I can pull through to a completely covered area to vacuum.
