Normally a great wash, today the first passenger side brush is not working. I complained and they said it was fine. They offer for me to go through again. And watched me as I left, saying it was clean. It was not, I hand finished. They should be hand finishing. I appreciate they are not staffed for that. But partial service should be a choice.Hope it gets fixed soon.

Started going there about a few months ago but there seems to be something wrong in the tunnel because the entire right rear quarter panel and back of my vehicle doesnt get touched every time I run it through. Had one of them tell me to wipe it with a towel. Im not going to wipe dry dirt into my paint. The vacuums are okay but I have definitely been to better car washes for the same price. It seems the quality or the facility is declining

Best express car wash I have found so far. They stand out by always providing towels, sprays, and having a working carpet cleaner. But it is still a typical car wash that doesnt really get all the dirt off your car. I still have to go back over spots with the towels, so dont waste your money by getting the expensive packages.

Had some scratch on front bumper for my brand new Camry just delivered on July.And It is second time for scratching.It seems that something (Tire Wax? ) pushing slowly.Need to fix.

What a great place! The car wash is good but the fact you can do your own buffing, polishing, and perfecting…THEN clean out your car with a fine nose air compresser and vacuum…it’s a VERY satisfying experience!

Normally a good car wash, but today a poor job. Left soap suds on front, roof, and windshield of car. Didnt get bugs off side mirrors, even though folded back. I had to wipe off by hand. Guess I need to find a new place

Came in early on a Sunday morning and got the truck washed. I always have to wipe down the wheels because the automated wash doesnt clean them well enough which I expect and dont mind doing. There were no towels which surprised me as early as it was in the day so moved on to vacuuming. Vacuum had next to zero suction. You guys are slipping and it shows that someone on the team is not paying attention to the details. Ive been a customer since yall opened but wont be back if this is how it is going.

Terrible carwash all soap was not gone and my car was so wet

It takes some work to keep a clean car in Atlanta weather, and for about $25 a month, I can wash my car as often as once a day at Camel Carwash. They have good quality equipment that is gentle on the car’s finish, vacuum stations and an endless supply of clean rags and cleaning spray bottles. The place is clean, convenient, and has a great staff. No better deal anywhere.

It is Terrible!! On Jimmy Carter I was a long-time customer that received awesome customer service by the previous manager who is no longer there the regional manager David the local manager Robert are rude and indignant I did not allow me to receive my information due to a credit card malfunction that was easily able to be resolved they chose the latter I will no longer use their services I tried to get in touch with the owner but the contract that we have with camel will also be dissolved and after I asked discontinue my services they still turned around and charged me I have everything on record I hope they have theirs I would not recognize this business any longer due to the people that they choose to represent their services they get an F

Normally a good car wash tonight 7/6/2021 who ever was working was one of the laziest people I have seen here he didnt walk up to car to spray with soap he was standing inside the car wash spraying car then grabbed brush and walked out to car to wipe it to start out no one was at shack or standing they came from inside office after 5 minutes of waiting

I had 2 really dirty cars. Went with BOGO special on managers full option deal for $32 that covered both cars. Only thing I needed was detailer product and towel to dry the car with. Very good wash system, good value.

THIS IS NOT A 3 MIN CARWASH. I decided to try this place for the lava treatment and wheel cleaning. It’s is fancy! If your looking for a light show carwash, this is it! Complete with holograms! It’s trippy and will blow you away if your in for the “experience.” However it’s only 2 minutes long and the wash is no more special than a nice gas station car wash with the old school wipers. My car isn’t special, but I did notice the high pressure was intense yet he wash missed the entire rear of my SUV. I paid $20 for the Managers special to see all the lights light up! What’s really missing is no tire shine either. The deal is you get free vacuuming and windex to clean with, do it yourself. It’s now 30 minutes later and I while the place looks fancy, it didn’t make my car any cleaner than doing it myself. I did like the high pressure air and free mat cleaning but where is the tire shine! When I got there, loads of nice cars were racing in, looks like they use the member deal which may be good. But if your trying to go high quality, this isn’t it. After all, I did have to get out of my car. And the bird poop is still on the back of my truck as I roll home to shine my tires. Would have been nice if it was actually 3 minutes as I would think he process would baby my truck opposed to a running through a washer. I could have gotten 2 washes at the gas station down the street with $20. It’s all about the wash. And having a couple teens scrub your front grill before driving in is not considered bug removal. I give this place 2 years tops.

Went through the drive-through to get a wash and paid for 12.00 wash. I asked the young man attendant to please convert my 12.00 to the monthly 34.99. He said sure he would before I went inside the car wash. I did not want to park in front of the car wash entry so then so I told him that I would park after I went through the wash and he could convert the 12.00 into the 34.99. The young man was polite and very kind and well-mannered and helped me perfectly just like I am used to.After I parked a girl named Janaea came over and stood a foot and a half from my window with no mask and said she would not do the exchange a series of nine times. I let her know I was very uncomfortable with her standing so close to my car door and not wearing a mask. She told me to “go home and buy the monthly car membership wash when I come back next time.” Also janaea assistant manager as her tag displayed...stated that she “was unable to do a refund since I had already received the service.”i stated to her that I asked the young man before the service was performed which she had witnessed.I let her know that I understood what she said I am 40 years old and I heard her the first time. She did not have to tell me she was not willing to sign me up for the monthly (service in her circle talk with no end.)❗ I asked her if there was an a manager that I could speak with.To my question Janaea said yeah you can “call tomorrow and ask for “Jay.you know. The Black Guy”!!” she also said: “**But he (the manager)will say the same thing.”What 😦 in the world!!! Really?!?My 12-year-old kid was in the car listening to this goofball.I hope there are cameras... Because this little girl was super rude.I have been a Customer here for years and everything that Janaea said without hesitation was just weird and offensive for no reason.I got off the car and went to the little office and let her know that the young man had already agreed to process the transaction of switching this over. She said “ oh he did?!! Then he can do it for you.” and had him do the update.He had to call someone for help While the assistant manager girl was right there. Then I realized she refused to help because neither of them knew how to process the exchange transaction. What kind of assistant manager is she if she has no idea how to refund 12.00??!! I’ve frequented this car wash for a little over a year now, I’ve held a membership pass most of that time because of the value.I work near a concrete plant, cement trucks drop dry mix on the road, and when it rains? Concrete all over your car.So how’s the wash?This car wash (the manager’s special wash) gets almost everything off of my car, and it only leaves a little bit left to wipe off. My paint and tires are always shiny, and my coworkers always ask how it stays so clean.Onto the staff, Camron is awesome, very chill dude, awesome customer service. Reynolds is also awesome, great people person, and a fellow car guy that’s interesting to talk to.I’ve never had a bad experience, they’re open most days, even overcast, and I keep my car super shiny.

They used to have an option to just wash your car and you can vaccum it yourself for $7. They got rid of it and now the cheapest option is $10. If they dont bring back the other option, I dont think Im going to be going there again.

This place is the best car wash I have been to. My kids love all the bright colors inside the car when we go through. Every Sunday is car wash day for us and we got lucky this time. My kids got to pet a live camel they had for the kids to pet. Was super awesome. Made both my girls day and they have yet to stop talking about how awesome it was. Made their day for sure!I love the automatic carpet cleaner, all weather mat cleaning station, the air hose at each bay and the towels and cleaners provided. Always a perfect car wash. Never had an issue with any part of my car not cleaning. Also the air dryer gets it almost completely dry. As I said best car wash I have been to. I highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Incredibly busy during the weekends but still manages to get the car cleaned, vacuumed and looking sharp.Be sure to take advantage of the free vacuum, cleaner solutions and free car freshener which you have to ask for.I had the kids grab a donut next door while I took care of the inside of the car.Great spot. Would totally recommend.

The wash itself is fine for big areas of the car, but itll be up to you to finish the nooks and crannies, especially in the wheels and around doors. Theres plenty of bays, tools, and time to touch things up and cover the interior though, so as long as you dont mind a bit of labor, your car will look fine when you leave.

Best car wash out there! I have one of the monthly unlimited plans. Such a great deal. They have a mat cleaning machine and provide towels, glass cleaner, degreaser, and air freshener if wanted. Each vacuum station has a vacuum on both sides of your car and an air hose for leaves and hard to reach areas. Friendly staff and they keep the vacuum areas super clean.

Been taking my car here for a few months and I gotta say this is my favorite place to wash my car. Unfortunately it’s a bit out of the way of my commute but I always leave satisfied. I took my car in on Friday and they were very busy as the weather was nice but I noticed a couple of scratches that weren’t there prior to washing my car. I asked Camron how to go about getting them out and I’m glad he was able to pay me some individual time despite being so busy. He was friendly and knowledgeable about maintaining a noticeable shine and helped me get out a few scratches. Would definitely recommend!

After my 1st wash I was hooked, signed up for their $20 monthly plan and I use this car wash 2 times a week. They do earn the Best car wash in East Cobb title. Havent had one issue yet.

Cleaning of vehicle has drasticle changed for the worst. The attendant are lazy and basically quit using the brush for pre clean. You need to watch you have one lazy person. Someone should check the brushes. Damaging vehicles. Not serviced. Stan Barrett. I have two cars with the unlimited wash and may drop if changes are not made. Poor management.

I wished I would have listened to my neighbor before they destroyed my rear wiper blade, even with the tape. I cannot stand this place. I will not write a detailed review for fear that the owner will harass and threaten me like he did our neighbor. Plenty of better car wash places to go and you will not have to do all the work yourself.

$2800 in damage to my vehicle.I used Camel for years and was really happy. We even had the monthly pass.I recently added a rack to my car and started hand washing it instead. But, over the holidays I was in a crunch and decided to call and ask anyway.They said “ We do it all the time. It’s a common misconception. Literally thousands of cars without issue. “Awesome. When I arrived I pointed out the rack again, same answer. “We see it. You’re fine.”Then it got ripped off my car and caused $2800 damage.After that, they literally avoided me. They didn’t even meet me at the end of the wash. I had to go find them?!No apology, no next steps. They just wanted me to leave. Then, They took almost 10 days to tell me they have no responsibility.In a nutshell, you may never have an issue with these guys. But, if anything DOES happen, Expect to be treated like a problem.Why risk it?

My car has a hitch mounted bike rack. I struggle finding car wash places that can accommodate me. But Camel has people to rinse and wash the rear of my vehicle while the rack is attached. The machine automatically turns off the back rollers so nothing gets damaged. Bottom line car comes out wonderfully clean.

Great car wash. They even have an air gun for blowing away any extra water that wasnt removed by the dryers at the end. They have a month pass which is very worth it. Especially if you have multiple cars.

We were assured that their equipment would not interfere with our after market roof rack via phone call & face to face conversation. Their equipment ripped the rack off our car, denting & scratching it. The owners are accepting no responsibility.

Unfortunately, the managers attitude ruined a place which has been a go-to favorite of mine for years. Their blowers blew and bent the gutter strips of my friends car (I recommened Camel).. He refused to accept the claim and was very rude about the whole incident.Very disappointed - and Ive always had great things to say about this place.Hopefully his boss will get this corrected, and they will show my friend that they deserved the great recommendation that I gave for them.

This was my first time attending this car wash. I paid $20 for a full service manager special and that was apparently only for the wash inside because they don’t do anything for u. Then my sisters car wasn’t clean so than ran it through again and the second time it still looked the same. Also inside the wash it makes loud banging noises to your car and when you come out and examine it it’s complete damages to your car! Don’t go to this car wash! Unacceptable!

I absolutely love Camel Car Wash. The staff is nice. Its easy. Lots of service choices or just get a basic wash for $6. The best part is the free long powerful vacuums on both sides of your car for your use as well as wonderful cloths with to use free with their free degreaser sprays and glass sprays. Lastly, you can use their free car mat wash area. Unbelievable experience. Im hooked.

I came here after a flock of birds decided to roost over my car while at work. The employee tried using his brush to get the worst off before my car was pulled into the wash. I knew with the amount of poo there was no way it would all come clean. Just as I expected, I pulled out of the wash with some bird residue left on my car. I decided to go ahead and vacuum my car while I was there. The employee came over to me and offered to run my car through again since the first wash did not get it all. It was a very sweet gesture that I did not expect at all. Very nice and professional worker and great facility to clean your car.

Very disappointed with the service!!! They did damaged my car and it clearly shows in the video that no scratches on the car prior to car wash. The guy who reviewed the video told me that his manager will call me to file the claim but not received the call or compensation for the repair. One of my friend from my neighborhood had similar very bad experience and his car got scratched and the staff was rude to him. Save yourself! and be advised if you are looking for good service to your car!

Ive been coming here every 2 weeks since you opened. Always a great experience. If the guys are out with the brush, I always request no brush. So, today, I nicely asked no brush, please, yet the guy with the brush still walks around and starts to use it on the back of my car. So I waved my arms to get his attention. He opened my passenger door and said my god, i just used the brush on the window. Ok. Please direct me as to how I request no brush- seriously - no brush without getting yelled at.
