The people at Best Auto absolutely killed it with my truck. It had been sitting for a long time, and was super dirty. It was also covered in dog hair inside the truck, and they somehow managed to get rid of all of it. They did a phenomenal job inside and out at a great price. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

This establishment was referred to me by Caliber Collision as an auto detail shop, so I was surprised that its a car wash. Limited slots for car wash and getting in and out is difficult. Dont worry; however, they do a great job and will make it right if you have any issues.

I would caution against using this business. I paid $110 plus tip on Thursday, March 18 to detail my car inside and out, including leather seat cleaning and conditioning, and outside wax. It was the first time I’d ever gone there. I didn’t inspect my car before I left and trusted they’d done what I paid them to do. They did not even touch the leather seats (there was still dirt on the seats), the vacuuming was incomplete and I couldn’t tell that any of the inside had been wiped down. Really disappointing. I was really busy and by the time I actually looked at the poor work, it was two days later and I didn’t think it was fair to take it back. Please choose another detailer!

Not as good as Hoppys but twice as expensive. My vehicle was washed inside and out. Well above average wash job, but not an actual detailing.

I dont normally write reviews however, this is the best car wash I have ever been to! I normally wash and detail my own car, but the guys here do such an amazing job for the price. The team here is extremely kind and professional, and make sure your car is well taken care of. I have referred all of my friends, and bring all of my family vehicles here as well!

I cannot recommend BHC. I called last week to ask if I needed an appointment for today. I was told no and to come in anytime. I just drove 45 minutes to get here only to be told they’re closed because it rained a little this morning. It’s currently 4pm as I write this. That information should have been provided to me when I called last week. This was the only day I could get a wash and I really needed it. Will not be returning to further waste my time.UPDATE: Carlos, the owner, called and texted after seeing my review and was not happy about it. He’s frustrated because of my review and left what I would call an unprofessional voicemail.

Very quick and pretty good. Missed a few spots and soap bubbles a few places after I drove home. But Id go back.

I had a really dirty truck and they cleaned so well, I wanted to drive around and enjoy.

They did a great job cleaning some unseemly stains in my front seats and happily cleaned the inside and out, removing a hand full of blemishes I had not had success trying to get rid of on my own. Very accessible, up-front and friendly.

Always beyond amazed with how beautiful my car is after a trip here! You will not be disappointed!

Very busy, really nice looking cars. Some of these cars were really expensive looking.The man in charge seemed to know a few customers by their names. ( Repeat business speaks volumes.The man in charge was really very nice, ( my first visit).My car looked really good, but I see they didnt disturb the dead wasp in the back window which has been there forever.Thats all right...R.I.P. Dead Wasp.The price was very reasonable, wash, and detailing inside, mats included.I found myself a comfortable chair, in the shade, on the porch, plus wait time wast that bad either.I will be back.Good Job!

I just washed my car couple minutes ago. some of the employees have stolen my face mask boxes that I just bought in the market. So disappointed even though my car was clean and i but the way you train your employees are unprofessional. PLEASE BE CAREFUL FOR WASH YOUR CAR HERE. CHECK YOUR STUFFS BEFORE YOU GO.

Okay service. Windows were not clean well. When it rained the windshield was like a greasy rag had been used to clean the windshield. Inside of car was not vaccum well. It was a rush job.

Best Hand Car Wash was the best joke in this entire situation. I took my car to this location after calling in advance. When I arrived the individuals seemed friendly but it immediately turned in the opposite direction. When I called they explained to me they stop taking cars after 5:45 (fifteen minutes before they closed). So I actually got there at 5:20 so it would not interrupt their normal operating times. The gentleman initially stated they were done for the day. I advised him of the conversation I had with the manager earlier then he decided to take my vehicle in. The cashier pushed the point of me paying before my car was complete. I advised her that I will pay once my car was done and I had a chance to look over the services rendered. Needless to say that once I walked my car, IT WAS THE WORSE JOB I EVER SEEN!!! I immediately showed the worker and they began to tell me the exterior/interior wash did not include them removing the dirt from either the exterior or interior of my vehicle. I explained to them that is the most asinine comment I ever heard. Its a car wash. If you are not washing off the dirt then what are you washing. He said well we did a decent job that should be good enough. (Really!!) I proceeded to show him the dirt and even whipped the dirt off my car with my finger. Mind you this is a hand car wash location with rags and sponges and they could not do what I did in 3 seconds with my finger. I pointed all this out to the cashier/head person there and she began to tell me that Im not for it. Im assuming she was saying she is not for delivering a service or standard that they can stand behind. All that being said, I highly recommend you go somewhere than let this group of individuals touch your car. This was the worst experience I have had with a car wash and the worse customer service I have ever had at any business period.

Nice people, they do a good job for the price. I just dont like when they are super busy, they always forget to wipe down a door or the trunk door in the inside. But, I keep coming back because they do a good job and its inexpensive.

The workers there were rude and unprofessional and did not wash and dry my car good. It still had bugs juiced on the grass. I was a paying customer who was extremely unhappy with the service and with their arrogant attitude.

Love, love, love the place, but I agree, they are so busy that they tend to miss spots or you can see the streaks of the cloth/towel on the consoles or they forget to clean or dry certain parts, even though, you get what you pay for 😁

There is always a crazy long line. They tend to work very slow and the employees are NOT friendly at all. The owner, on the other hand, super nice guy. He is always very helpful and trys to keep things moving. Personally, I like that there is not a list of options to pick from. Windows, wheels, fancy smells, rainx, ect. This place is all 1 price and it always looks outstanding!! They do a really amazing job, always. Just be sure to leave yourself tons of time for waiting (always great music and plenty of inside/outside seating). Also, be very careful pulling out can be very challenging.

I shouldve taken pictures before so you could see how horribly dirty and filthy my car was. I had water food and drink seat stains for 2 years and they got them out! Will be coming back. This is my set detail shop! Its worth it guys. I came Sunday around 3 and it was great time.
