Mr. Jackson and his team are awesome. They were very professional and if you had questions they were willing to answer them. We had our hardwood sanded and re-stained. Mr. Jackson came out got all the measurements and the first day of the job, came back out to make sure we got the stain we wanted and that we were happy. The price was was very affordable and we are super happy with the results, even before he came back and did a walk through to make sure all was well. I definitely recommend his company.

Moore Flooring refinished our hardwood floors and stairs. We had a few other projects going on and Jackson recommended waiting for the final coat on the floors until all the other work was done. We’re so happy we followed his advice! The floors are beautiful and look brand new. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because our color choosing experience wasn’t exactly what we had expected. But I think our experience was a one-off. We had expected them to lay 5-10 colors so we could be absolutely sure of the color we wanted. But there was a scheduling issue with Jackson and a language barrier with the crew at our house and we didn’t get to see as many colors as we expected. I’m still very happy with our color but sometimes wish I had the opportunity to see a couple others before we decided. Otherwise, our experience with Moore flooring was absolutely top-notch.

They did an outstanding job with water damaged wood floors. Easy to work with and the finished product was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent work on refinishing very cupped and worn heart-pine floors. They also re-finished pre-finished flooring and tore out parquet flooring and installed new oak there. They were quick, professional and accommodating to our staying in the house as we were unable to vacate at the time.

Jackson and his crew refinished our hardwoods. We had high expectations and those expectations were exceeded. The floors in our house are quite old and they now look brand new. They put down many samples so we could choose the right color stain in our natural light. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Jackson and his team were great! I had water damage from a hot water heater leak and needed the damaged wood replaced. With this repair, because the wood was throughout 3 rooms in the house, Moore Hardwood had to sand and re-stain all of the wood in these rooms. It looks beautiful! And the process was so seamless. Jackson coordinated everything, down to moving my furniture out and storing it, to picking a stain that worked, to reviewing the work upon completion and to my satisfaction. The communication was great. Just one of the best experiences with repair work I have ever had.

Ive had this company refinish my hardwood floors twice. First when we moved in our house 1 year ago and then again last month after a faulty refrigerator line caused significant water damage. If I didnt have such a great experience on the first job would have never selected them for a second round. His crew is very polite, listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. They keep a neat work area and removed all debris daily. We met with three floor refinishing contractors before closing on our new home in Atlanta, Jackson arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the type and condition of the floors and resonated a confident, professional and friendly vibe. After getting back the three estimates his was by far the most clear and he also did not price extras like matching wood floor vents nearly as high as others. Once we chose Jackson Moore for the job the schedule was set. On day one we met them at noon and they already had all 1400 square feet sanded down and then laid down stain samples, they kept mixing samples (about 10) until we decided on a color. they were supposed to work a Friday, Monday, Tuesday schedule to finish the job but ended up working through the whole weekend and finished ahead of schedule on Sunday. The results were simply amazing, our previously Grandma Gold oak floors were a now silky smooth and glorious light brown/grey mix and we couldnt be happier. Jackson and his crew did a fabulous job.I highly recommend anyone in Atlanta consider Jackson Moore for all of their hardwood flooring projects, I can say for sure that the next time I need anything hardwood floor related i wont need to get three bids as Jackson will be our first and only phone call.
