Nikki provided a great experience from the time I walked in the door. She was professional and thorough in her presentation, explaining how Sport Clips works and the services they offer. She sold me on the MVP from the beginning, offering the first one at no additional charge. The lady who has cut my hair for years is retiring at year end and this experience at Sport Clips comes at a great time. I will be back!

Absolutely worthless customer service, app doesnt work, website wont work. Mean while they have like 2 hair cutters and the wait at 1101 at opening was 40 minutes.It offers no ways to check in and when i called the store they just didnt want to check me in either. They definitely lost my business. Not gonna drive over and wait 2 hours for a haircut. Useless

I checked in on the app as instructed when I called. The app advised a 30 minute wait to please arrive at 3 o’clock. I arrived at 2:55 and when I walked in there were five more people ahead of me and my wait time was longer than originally quoted. Not sure how I go from 30 minutes to an hour. When I asked one of your associates what happened I was told we have no control over that. Customer service is absolutely terrible I will not return to your location for a haircut.

Phenomenal experience. Went for a haircut during the weekend. Had to wait but was given the MVP treatment with a massage. Haircut was professional and all equipments were sanitized. My temperature was checked and they had masks on. Great experience. I’d say the haircut was a bit costly though but they gave me some discounts so will definitely go again.

The place is great, very clean, people are nice. The only issue I have is that it feels a little rushed, kinda like theyre rushing you out. Other than that its all good.

Had a scheduled appointment time. I received a notification that it was going to be sooner.Got there earlier and had to wait 25 minutes past my original appt time.Then get the worst haircut I’ve had in years.Be careful of which stylist you get!

Most times I come here Ive had a decent haircut, but for some reason this trip the lady was distracted or something and I now have big indentations cut out of my hair...

Passes all the markers for me, I came here from checking in online and I only had 15 minutes before I had to go back to work after I had waited out the check-in timer. The woman with purple hair that did my haircut was fast, friendly, and professional. Ill definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to this Sport Clips since they opened this location. Christy has always taken great care of me, and she always cuts my hair just right. That said, everyone on staff is very professional, courteous and customer experience focused. I have never had as consistent a positive experience at any other establishment. These guys rock!!

Ask for Maranda or Bethany. Both of them do a great job.

Always quick to get us in, especially since we typically check in online. While my husband gets his hair cut here, I also take my 2 year old son here. They are always super-patient and do a great job with him. Its so much better than taking him to a kids cut place where there are toys to distract and screaming kids making him nervous. These ladies are amazing! Great cut every time.

A few of the stylists here genuinely enjoy their job, others are....stale. But if you find a good one you can book online and know when to show up for your favorites.

Our dealership has bike night at Electric Cowboys so I needed to get in and get a great haircut. Alta was courteous, attentive, and did an even better job giving me a great haircut efficently. Will definitely be back!

Ive been a stylist for over a year and Love seeing all my clients get pampered with a steam towel and massaging shampoo all while they get their haircut because we all deserve it! The kids love coming too because they get to watch sports on our TVs and they even love getting the MVP treatment. Super friendly stylist! Im not picky when it comes to my hair, I admire their attention to detail though. I can honestly say, I have never received a bad hair cut from the lovely guys.

I waited at your Dallas Highway Village Green store for 40 minutes at 1240-1320 today. My name was last on a manual list. A new page was started as four people came in after me. I was third in line when I started. Two new clients were taken. The total stylists fell from 3 to 1 during this time (lunch breaks). When my turn came up, I was bypassed as they started on the new page. When I found this out the stylist had already started on the customer who came in after me meaning I was waiting until she was done with him. I told her I was passed over on the previous sheet. I received a blank stare back. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. I could not wait further and had to leave. The process is flawed at best. I gave you guys a second chance but you dont get a third. Allocating 90 minutes to wait and get your hair cut completed assuming I got back to the top of the line when another stylist showed up was something my schedule does not allow for the prices you charge.

Had my haircut by a different girl each time. This location has the best stylists of the other locations I have visited. Very convient location and always check in online with no wait time.

I gave simple details to what I wanted done. maybe a half a inch or an inch off, shorter on the sides, long in the front. My hair hasnt been this short since I was a kid. Never going back to a sports clips again.

The online check in was down, so I called and asked if I could put a name in. The answer was “No”. When I asked why, the answer was “Because I’m busy”. I asked how long the wait was and I was answered with an “I don’t know”This place is clearly eager for my business!

The staff is very friendly and has always been great for me and my 2 year old son. The prices are extremely fair and I rarely wait for more than 10-15 minutes to get in for a trim.
